I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. I received an item that I paid $800 for that was worth maybe $50. The item was not at all what was described on the website. It said that it was made of iron and instead it was made of a flimsy sheet metal. It said there was a glass door and it was not. It was plastic. The website also stated it had a stone top. Because it arrived cracked, you could tell it was not actually stone and it was plastic. Their products are absolutely not as described on the website. Like other people in these reviews, they offered me first 15% back and then 40. I have made it dispute through PayPal and I will be reporting them to the consumer agencies as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Desired outcome: They can pick up the item and I want my money back.
