16 x blue faux leather chairs
We received the orange chairs as per the description and picture on their website
The blue chairs however were not received as per their website or description.
Instead we received fabric Chairs instead of Faux Leather meaning they did not match the other chairs that were delivered
The fabric Chairs do not suit what we intended them to be used for. As we required something that could be easily wiped down.
We reached out to litfad custom service. Initially they offered a 10% refund. After multiple email they offered 40% refund or a full refund if we returned the chairs at our own cost.
We did not want the chairs as they were not what we ordered.
We raised a case with paypal the provider who processed the funds. They sided with litfad and said we had to return the chair at our own cost to receive a refund.
I don't understand how the customer is responsible for sending back an order for incorrect items.
The chairs cost $2000. We got a quote to send them back $7000. How is that feasible.
