Litfad review: Furniture - desk

I ordered a Desk, it arrived in 8-9 weeks, box was damaged, opened it and saw that all the boards for the desk were smashed from all corners, it came ib so many small pieces, instruction on the manual was completely non readable, more than half was Chinese. As soon as I received the product I emailed them with photos. but they said we can give you discount and send you another parts of what's damaged. As it says on the return policy I asked for a refund and they denied it and said I have to pay for international shipping charges to send it back. This product is so bad and low quality that it's not useful to even send it back. it's waste of logistical resources and money and time.

It's a total scam company, do not purchase anything from them. I have made a mistake of spending $275 on a desk and it came broken from all corners, material is so cheap that it's not useful at all. customer service is so bad that despite them sending such a bad quality product and also damaged, they would not provide service to return it or take it back or provide a refund. I am sad that this type of companies are out there and people are being scammed.
