vip soundcheck bts 2nd june
Good morning,
I bought 3 VIPs soundcheck for the BTS show on 2nd June. (Order number 43-33695/UK4) One of these VIP was for my friend and due to personal reason she couldn't attend the soundcheck but was coming later to attend the whole show. The problem was that I had to pick up the tickets the day of the show but since I got early for soundcheck it was impossible for my friend to get her VIP. I first contacted Live Nation so we can find a solution together and you told me, after confirming by email, that you will send the VIP in my home. I confirmed you can pay with my credit card. I waited for one month and still nothing. 4 days before the show I still got nothing and I called ticketmaster, who told me they couldn't do anything anymore. They did nothing for me to solve the problem even if it was their own mistake.
That's why I got to the live nation pick up box office the day before and you told me it was fine, I could leave one vip for my friend. So the day of show I left it and you told me everything was fine.
Now the real problem is that my friend almost missed the show because when she arrived, you didn't have her ticket anymore. It got lost. when the show started she was still outside the venue without her ticket. You finally managed to print out a ticket for her to enter by the manager but she still missed the start of the show, and didn't received anything like the stuffs we were supposed to get (like laminate) when we buy a VIP soundcheck. I'm very sad for my friend who missed the start of the show because she couldn't get her ticket anymore when you said it was ok, the ticket would be there.
I'm asking you a subsidy for this. We didn't pay a whole VIP to miss the start of the show because the ticket got lost. It's not about the soundcheck, my friend knew she was missing it and it was her own responsibility but she wasn't supposed to miss the start of the show. She arrived crying and I don't want it to happen again.
What can you do about it? I would demand a partial refund for that, I don't know, but we need a compensation for this VIP who was almost wasted.

misleading information about the comedy music and seafood show june 15th
I purchased 3 tickets for Comedy Music and Seafood online...later to find out the seafood part can only be obtained by buying tickets from the promoter Ray DeJon. No where on the flyer does it state that. I contacted him to find out if I could purchase the seafood voucher since I already had the tickets only to have an unsympathetic conversation with him. He was not accommodating at all and quite cold. I'm extremely disappointed because I thought the concept was different...but now I'm sorry I even purchased these tickets because I feel hustled. If you had to jump through a different hoop to get the food it should have been on the flyer. This was for my birthday...now I wish we had done something else. Bad business 😔
security personnel at pnc arts center
The security at PNC Arts Center is totally out of control. Something needs to be done about the security there before someone gets seriously hurt. They are using excessive force causing bodily injury for no reason at all. They are rude and very disrespectful towards paying customers as well as law enforcement. We were there for an event on 5/18/19 and was assaulted by the security there as well as spoken down to. I will no longer be going to events there because of this matter and I will be spreading the word around on how they are treating people and violating there rights. We have pictures of injuries from the security one being a female who was punched in the face buy them. This needs attention asap!

I spoke to a Ruby on Live Chat regarding tickets I just purchased 10 minutes ago and wanted a refund or resell the tix since something just came up. She said she could not help me on resell or refund? and to call Ticketmaster? Wow! So I called Ticketmaster and they refunded me since I just bought the tickets and were awesome! I don't understand how she just could not help me when I bought presake tix from your website and Ticketmaster helped me?

Ordered t shirts 19th April and still not dispatched (now 5th May). Responded to my email on 1st May saying order was stuck in processing and that it'd be issued ASAP. Still no dispatch. Reading reviews they appear to be scamming a lot of people. I'm surprised Beck would be associated with such a poor company. I'm emailing them now to request a refund - concerned that I've lost £100 at this stage. Something needs to be done about these crooks.

I placed an order on November 14, 2018. It was for a Christmas present. As of today March 25, 2019 I still have no Lynrd Skynrd T-shirt. I have called repeatedly and also emailed numerous times. This shirt cost me $52.45 with tax and shipping. Each time I am told it is on back order or a few times I was told that the order was expected to arrive this week but still nothing. How long does it take to make a fricken t-shirt? I finally today cancelled the dang order. It is has been 5 months. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Very poor customer service and they repeatedly lie to the customers. I wish Lynrd Skynrd knew how they were handling their merchandise that represents such an awesome band. Maybe they will see this review.

Sold VIP tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers Show in Hobart Australia then without notice cancelled it and gave away the guaranteed front center stage area to non VIP GA ticket holders and barricaded the VIP's away from GA area. The VIP ticket Guaranteed front center stage GA VIP area, early entry to venue, dedicated line in and $50 voucher to use at merchandise stand they did not fulfill any part of this. they also did this in Auckland New Zealand show
coldplay hoodie
I bought a Coldplay hoodie from Live Nation Mwrchandise on 29 December 2018. Yet it has still not arrived.
When contacting customer service I was informed that I need to contact to Royal Services about my shippment order. After doing that I find out that the order has been shipped to Warick UK, not London UK? Why may I ask? I clearly specified that my address and house number not to be confused.
Trying to reach out to customer service is very difficult, can't phone them, only email responses. From this situation I believe that LiveNation Merchandise only cares about tickets to the events, merchandise is clearly a setback

I ordered this as a Christmas gift on 12/8. It never showed up. I couldn't give my son his present. I emailed customer service. It took them fours days to respond and they gave me no tracking information or anything. I have tried getting a hold of them several time since and the phone message always says "sorry, we are closed", even during their ‘open' hours Are they ever open?!? Found out too late that my mom had a similar experience. I will never order from them again.
odd future merchandise
I ordered a hoodie and some accessories on Black Friday. Then 3 days later I got an email saying my order wasn't being processed and that I needed to contact customer service within 7 business days. So I called them that day and the lady told me she fixed everything and that my order was on the way. 2 weeks later I still haven't received my order, but odd future already took money out of my bank account. So I called customer service again, and after being on hold for an hour (not even exaggerating) this lady named Katrina got me my refund back but I still didn't get the items I wanted and now I have to buy them all for original price. Overall very disappointed in this company and will never buy from again.
vinyl record/service
I had ordered the Wu-Tang Clan 36 Chambers album on November 11th however I received the wrong record in the mail. Upon email request buy support team, I then sent pictures of the receipt along with the wrong vinyl. I was then assured that there would be no problem in getting me the record in which I paid for. It has now been over 5 business days since I have heard from anyone and that is unacceptable. The record was ordered NOVEMBER 11th.

I was charged $23.69 yesterday and I have no idea why. I have not ordered anything from Live Nation since I ordered Mac Miller tickets over the summer in which it was cancelled due to his unfortunate death. The description of the charge is "PreAuthorization LIVE NATION MERC [protected]". Please give me my money back or I will be forced to take legal action.

Currently in process off disputing a descrimination class act lawsuits against live nation security. The rent-a-cops believe they have the right to differentiate between heavily and lightly intoxicated without a factual breathilizer test while denying pre paid entry to a publicly sponsored event. The ticket sale do not say wheather or not you will otherwise be denied entry if the security descriminates against females attending without a male. Live nation is violating ticket payer rights and defaming the character of inncocent concert goers for their own amusement and conspiracy to steal personal belongings for personal gain. This act of discrimination is disgraceful and will not be tolerated in a court of law.
Yes they do have the right to prevent entrance if you're drunk or appear to be. It becomes a liability for the venue and the security if someone should get hurt. Ya know, the word security, means to protect and keep order. Try to take it to court. Good luck

I preordered a hoodie on 11/10, due to ship out “beginning of December”. I have tried contacting them 3 times, with zero responses other than an email saying they have a high volume of emails and it will take a while to get a response. It is now January 10th (they charged me the $81 on 11/12) & I have gotten no merchandise and no emails from a real person regrading my order. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and I’m super pissed.

I cannot really tell if this man was actually telling the truth, but I was defending racial equality and one of your workers, employees, supervisor or whatever he wants to call himself, called me a the derogatory racial slur "Spic", because of my Hispanic genealogy and he's continued on calling me this and a whole lot of other things. He claims he can act this way with clients, his superiors, and others solely because he works for you guys; LiveNation. I don't want money, I don't want attention and I don't want retribution, I want him terminated, because I'm pretty sure LiveNation is a racially diverse company and that isn't what you guys stand for. You guys stand for fun and quality entertainment not racism and bigotry.

unethical behavior
I have spoken to representatives in this matter on several occasions wit being told that they would look into the issue and get back to me along with emailing a supervisor with no response. I attended a Chris Brown concert Tingsley Park back at on July 28th of this year. I spent close to $500 on tickets not to mention the fee of the hotel and travel expenses considering that I reside outside of Illinois . Without notice our seats were first come first serve and by the time we made it to our suite there were no seats available. So we sat in the suite next to ours. We were told to leave the suite and told that we should have arrived to the concert earlier. The manager that made us move was very rude and condescending towards myself and my party. I believe that it was racially driven as she was speaking to us as if she was better then us and then proceeded to have us followed everywhere that we went on the venue grounds. Every where we moved or stood she would come and tell us that we could not stand where we were. I have been trying to get this situation rectified for 3 months with no luck and not only is this bad business but disrespectful to ignore consumers concerns and mistreatment in regards to your establishment. Someone reached out to me months ago stating that she would investigate and get back to me in reference to the mistreatment that we received and that phone call never happened.

I bought Pre-Sale tickets back in January for U2 in London O2.
I received my tickets in the post and when I opened the envelope it says limit view.
I would not have spent 100 pounds each for limit view ticket and when I was purchasing these tickets it did not say limited view.
I am really annoyed as I paid 100 pounds and now we will not see the concert.

We went to the Gorge to see Def Leppard and Journey on 9/29/18. It took us over 2 hours to go 4 miles and once we got to the parking lot, there was no where to park. We turned around and went home. We have heard from many who did get in that they were being stepped on and there was no where to sit. I think there should be a class action law suit started~ This was absolutely ridiculous~
poor performance
I purchased 2 tickets/seats to see Lauryn Hill for the show on 9/24/18 in Albuquerque, NM. I was greatly disappointed because she was supposed to perform at 8:00 but did not. Instead we listened to her opening act talk about politics for an hour. We waited another 3 more hours and she finally takes the stage at 10:00pm and the show started at 6:30. She did not perform many of the songs from her Miseducation album and complained about it being cold. Her performance was poor and I have been to many concerts and this was the worse. I did not pay $80.00 to listen to a DJ for 3 hours. I thought this was gonna be a great performance which is why I bought seats. I was wrong. We left early.
