I've used LogOnFixIt .com for several years, immediate repairs every time. Mike just fixed my email (MS Outlook) and my iPOD application (Hoopla audiobooks). Even resolved my lost passwords. Love the convenience and ability to speak with a human technician. Absolutely delighted; I'm 69.

Awesome. They never asked for money up front they were willing to assume the risk by sending a bill after the work was done. I needed to call back with different problems a couple of times and the tech got it done quickly and by watching him work on my computer i actually learned a great deal. It was like being in class.

I had a crashed system from another antivirus program that pretty much made me want to by another computer. from what I learned from logon fixit.com it wasn't necessary and they went into my operating system and fixed what needed to be done. what a great job and saved my about 2,000 dollars from the computer was going to buy. this will be my first call from now on. cannot say enough about their work and professionalism. great job!

No monies are exchanged until the customer is satisfied with the service. This is unparalleled in todays customer service environment. There is a sense that they take pride in their work. You cannot go wrong using their service for computer repairs. You will be very happy that you did.

Stop using your mother's brother friends kid, use a professional, and Mike is the man. Friendly, explains everything, has great patience. He quoted me a price and didn't try to sell me anything extra, very important to a computer dummy. My very old laptop, runs like brand new. Thank you, thank you..and great service, even on a Sunday. I'm so happy I found them and I'm gonna hire Mike to take care of my office computers. The five star reviews should tell you something.

After over four years, I'm still using the same machine. Still running like new. That's made possible by having the annual contract with Logonfixit.com. I periodically get a "tune-up" and keep my machine in top-notch shape. The same goes for my daughter's machine. She opted for the annual contract as well and her laptop stays in tip-top shape as well. She produces videos and posts them online, so her machine gets a tough workout. Logonfixit.com keeps her online and on time.

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. My PC was toast. Windows kept trying to update and froze/crashed. Couldn't access anything--ANYTHING. Files gone, Office apps didn't work . . . a nightmare for someone who relies on her computer for her livelihood. Sunday afternoon in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. I was WAY past panicked . . . even if I'd found someone local to fix my computer (unlikely), couldn't have gotten started until the next day. LogOnFixIt wizard (seriously, a genius) contacted me within minutes, logged on remotely, diagnosed the problems, explained the process, offered a VERY fair price (especially considering how much more complicated and time-consuming the process was because of the need to update all of the Windows upgrades my antivirus app had blocked for the past year), and systematically fixed ALL of the problems, upgraded Windows, cleaned the registry, removed the viruses and other infections, installed better apps than I'd been using . . . whatever needed fixing, Mike fixed. EVERYTHING just works now, and works better than it did when this PC first came out of the box. Faster than ever, I can access everything, no annoying popups from Windows or anything else . . . and now I know what NOT to download and install! Thank you SO much! LogOnFixIt is my go-to site for computer problems, for sure.
