Long Home Products review: Disaster

On July 17, 2024, I signed a contract with Long Home Products for a walk-in shower. The two salesmen were professional and I gave a 5 star rating to the salesmen Only, not for the project which was horrible.
In August, Long started the project. I noticed the wrong wall color was being installed and immediately contacted Wayne from Long Home. I informed Wayne about the wrong wall color. He insisted that the workers should continue the install because it would be over a month before anyone from Long would be out. I reluctantly agreed thinking I was dealing with a Respectable company.
The wrong wall color was installed and there are other problems including shoddy workmanship. The shower doors rattle, the wall sealants size goes from wide to narrow, different colors of sealants were used, and the list goes on.

Not one Long representative visited my home to inspect the project. A person did come out and said he wasn't sure why he was asked to come to my house. He left without saying anything.
Long refused to correct the wall color but was willing to correct the other problems. I selected Carbon Ash for my shower wall color which is a premium color that is more expensive than the standard wall colors. My contract shows Carbon Ash as the wall color to be installed. The wall color installed doesn't appear on Long Home color chart.
I want the wall color Carbon Ash that I selected and paid for.
I filed a BBB complaint against Long Home but the company maintain that it fulfilled its obligations. It's hard to understand that the contract was fulfilled if the wrong
color was installed.
BBB closed my case because on good faith efforts. Long was willing to correct the other problems associated with the project but is unwilling to replace the shower walls.
I have a written contract that shows Carbon Ash as the wall color to be installed, but it wasn't.
I want Long to install the correct wall color or issue a refund.
