I contact Long Home Products for an estimate for a new bathtub and shower. They came to my home and took measurements. They went through a long spiel about the how good their products were. They even showed a printout from BBB proving that they had a great reputation. They had us sold. Then came the price which was twice what I expected. I hesitated but figured you get what you pay for. I paid the deposit of $4662 on Feb 12. We were told that our installation would be around March 4. We did not hear anything back so I contacted them this week. They said there was a problem getting all the supplies. I started checking into the company and came across your site. I realize that I have been scammed. I called the representative to tell them that I was aware of all the bad reviews and wanted to cancel. He was not at all surprised and said I suppose you want a refund. I replied that I did and he said he would have to talk to his boss. I have not heard back since.
