Long Home Products review: Long home bath issues

I contracted with Long Home at the end of August 2024 to install a new shower, replacing the old one. The installation started the first week of October 2024. They installed the wrong shower tray. It took them until November 12th to replace the wrong items. December 3rd they installed the wrong glass doors. They were not what we had requested back at the end of August. On January 14th they had the old doors removed and installed the correct doors. It took Long Home 5 months to install/replace the shower in our Master Bath. They don't listen to what the customer wants and it would appear that they have a different plan. Not acceptable and I would not recommend using them. They don't keep the customer informed. I made many calls to their staff over that 5 month period, and they would rarely call me back.
