I made an order of over £150 in February. The delivery information shows as delivered but not 'proof'. I made an enquiry as I had not received the order and was having difficulty getting in touch with their customer service team. After sending an email to another department I was told they cannot assist me further as the delivery details shows delivered to my address! If it was delivered it was left at my front door for the world to see and probably take! They have told me they wont assist further and that I am unable to order from them again (they do not need to worry I will not!). Avoid at all costs they are a dreadful company and I wish I had read their reviews before ordering!

They took your money and shrugged — classic bad business. If they refuse to assist, dispute the charge with your bank or PayPal. Publicly call them out so others don’t get burned. Never shop there again.
