I purchase a hair serum online and when you go to the checkout they must have added in a 12 month subscription box. I noticed the first payment coming on my credit card and contacted them straight away. Their response was I cannot cancel the subscription and have to pay the whole year and receive goods that I didn't even know I had ordered. Can you help to try and cancel this please?
