I have on numerous occasions left messages to cancel a membership I never signed on for. I ordered one pair of leggings you had for 4.95 got and still getting 45.00 taken out of my checking account monthly. I want that money back asap. Who in their right mind would pay 45.00 for a pair of leggings!? If this is not corrected asap I'm writing to the fraud department for bait and switch. Had I known in the first place I would have never purchased from you to begin with.

Purchased the promo leggings and paid for them, sent shorts also that i didnt want or purchase, a month later im charged 2 x $70 charges and another for $15. I did not sign up for subscription, these payments have been taken without my permission.
No contact back from support lines.
Do not buy from this conpany they abuse your credit card. Im taking this to the ACCC if no contact is made.

Same here...tried the promotion...got charged 2x leggings and 1x shorts...all I wanted was one pair leggings. Sent 1 legging and one short...missing 1 legging...ok...got screwed...one month later I get charged 2x leggings and 1x. shorts...$100...!
I called the # on my statement and told them to refund me immediately...after a while...telling them that I not have a problem suing them...the lady on the other end cancelled and told me the money will be back in about 1 week. It was back on in 5 days... I would have sued the hell out of this scammers!

My first and main complaint; the customer service agents are unprofessional and do not repeat what the information on the website state. The agents go by whatever information [censored]s their customer over. The agents argue with the customers which is a definite problem. Any company that does that DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN BUSINESS. Any company that says you can't return items because they have no way of shipping the item back to China is straight up Bullock's. I really thought I was going to be impressed with lotus leggings but instead I'm filling a complaint with better business bureau. Posting and advertising one price but charging a whole other outrageous price is common bait and switch and I'm sure thats illegal. Just go to a store and buy your leggings or go on Amazon because lotus leggings are scam artist's and I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO
company's dishonest practices
At the end of September this company called Lotus was advertising leggings for $14.99, as a promotion. I was checking out and the company threw some shorts in my cart at the same time it charged my card, even though I didn't want them...I decided I would just return them once they came in. When I tried to buy what I thought were promo leggings this company also enrolled me in their VIP program that I didn't sign up for...so 2 weeks later still no pants but 2 $50 charges hit my account. The leggings & shorts(I didn't order) finally came in but the leggings don't fit & the shorts I don't even want, the slip had absolutely no contact or return info. So I spent lots of time online trying to find one, when I finally track down a number I called...The woman said I couldnt return the items & they refused a refund claiming that the trial period was over. This trial period she talked about was the 2 week period immediately following order, I didn't even get the stuff until 6 weeks after order. How am I supposed to trial a product & complain about something before I even get it? Even then, to what avail? There was no contact info on the order slip...
The customer service agent said I couldn't return, I wouldn't receive a refund, & the best I could do was email the company.
I said why would I email, I'm talking to you right now? She said they were a hired company, not the actual company, they're employed by several different companies.
I just want my 2 charges of $49.95 returned to my account...That's it.
This company also has hundreds of complaints lodged against them that the BBB has been investigating, as well as hundreds of others that started a FB page devoted to educating others to not buy Lotus Leggings. This has been a ongoing problem.

unauthorised credit card transaction
Lotus Leggings merchant has processed an unauthorised and fraudulent payment from my credit card. I have only been able to contact them through their Facebook platform, Customer Care, who say they can not assist. I understand now this has been a common occurrence for people who have purchased an item or items from Lotus Leggings.

30 day trial fee
I am very unhappy with the $49.99 charge that I received on my bank statement last night. Ireceived my leggings on October 9th I ordered the leggings September 18th I have only had the leggings in my possession for 10 days I have not been able to use them or trial them for 30 days as offered yes the membership has been 30 days but as for the trial on the product I have only had them 10 days. I have asked for a refund and stopped my membership but that doesn't change the fact that my account has been taken from without my approval I am very unhappy.

Saw ad on facebook for Lotus leggings back in June. Ordered 1 pair (which I could not choose design, only size) for 4.95. It charged me twice and sent me a pair that I did not even want. Looked for weeks for contact info to try and figure it out. A few weeks later, another pair came in the mail and another 4.95 charged to my account. This happened 3 or 4 times. Then there was a charge for 49.99 on my account and I still could not seem to be able to get ahold of anyone to fix this problem. Just 3 or 4 days ago, I received yet another pair of leggings and had another charge of 4.95. And today, another 49.99 out of my account. Finally found a number to call them on this complaint page and talked to some girl who wasn't exactly rude but she kept dismissing me saying that I just wanted to cancel my subscription that I did not even know I signed up for. I did not knowingly sign up for it. She finally cancelled my subscription but told me that they would not refund any of the 49.99 charges. Like everyone else, I should have noticed that there's a reason they're so hard to get ahold of. Because it's a scam to get your money. I will be calling again tomorrow to talk to someone else to try to get my money refunded, if they won't then I will be calling my bank and taking care of it that way. This is such a scam.

I would like to cancel my subscription. I tried to cancel it a long time ago but it never was. I keep getting charged for things that I never even receive? I signed up in July only because the ad was deceiving. It said leggings for $4.99. I received some leggings and shorts that are horrible quality. I tried to cancel it then and apparently it was not. I was on Messenger and a pop up for Lotus Leggings showed up, it said try these leggings for $4.95 and I tryed to buy them but it kept adding a pair of shorts that I didn't want and wasn't gonna let me order only the leggings and I didn't want to pay for a pair of shorts I didn't want so I didn't hit confr and thought the order was canceled, next thing I know is I was charged for the leggings and shorts plus shipping, so I called and said what had happened and said that I didn't want the shorts and I didn't want a membership or anything, the man said that he would cancel everything and it would take a couple weeks to get my money back, so I thought all was good, wrong! A couple weeks later they steal $49.99 out of my checking account, so I call and tell them what happened and they let me talk to a supervisor that was rude and said I couldn't have my money back and that I only canceled the shorts and that was that, I remembered that I had a confirmation number and an email from the first time I called and it plainly says I will be charged no more and that I cancelled everything, and when I called again they said the email was only cancelling the shorts and I said No! It says I cancelled everything... Anyway still No money back!

I recently ordered some leggies, and then I noticed a debit for 49.99 and the same time, another 49.99 vip...I didn't sign up or agree to these charges! I'm a disabled senior woman and live in my disability check..I need my money out back on my card! The leggings were gifts and didn't even get the ones I ordered!.please put my money back! I should not have been charged once, more less twice!

I'd first like to say I tried these out because of an Instagram ad. I tried to opt out of the shorts that they added on anyways, and they charge me for a second month. I wasn't aware I signed up for a subscription. I thought I was "trying" them.
Because of that, I tried contacting the support on Lotus leggings but they were redirected me to a VIP membership phone number. The phone number was unactive, and kept saying Error #16 before hanging up on me.
I'm honestly highly upset about this and I would not recommend anyone signing up off of Facebook or Instagram. This is a big scam and I will be contacting my bank in order to stop the withdraw of money. Don't sign up for this unless you want to get ripped off or taken advantage of.

I signed up for a $4.95 lotus leggings VIP membership from a Facebook ad. I did not select to add the shorts they offered me to add onto my subscription but they added it to my order anyways. They do not give you the option to review your cart before you buy, and unknowingly I was charged for the shorts. Once you pay for the membership there are no links to the website, your account, how to set up orders, absolutely nothing.
I went straight to the website and created a user name and password with the same emailed I joined the VIP club with, and they have no record of me being a member or my order. Worst yet, their website has no information whatsoever about a VIP club. The prices are also way higher than the fake VIP club gave.
I am going to call my bank today and file a fraud charge on the phony VIP club and get my card changed so they don't keep charging it since it was a monthly membership. Complete fraud, don't buy a VIP membership unless you are on the actual website.

What they provide is a crappy attitude and a hostile tone if you comment on it.
You will pay good money for inferior products and the wrong orders backed up by bad service. I too was overcharged by them and told they would fix it and refund my card. I had to call FIVE times before they did fix it. Like everybody else here I can tell you this company and its reps are really bad news.

They dont give a damn and will show it. These are the rudest people I have ever dealt wth. Aside from just being sloppy and keeping you on the phone for way too long they are not apologetic for doing it or getting your orders wrong. They charged me 3 times too much even though I checked the price of the order befoe ordering and I suspect they do it a lot hoping people dont check their credit card bills.
You should not waste money on this site as the products are generally not of value - $49 for leggings made like theirs are is just ridiculous.

I called lotus leggings 3 times today and got one helpful operator - one totally disinterested one and one argumentative, arrogant guy called elijah who didn't listen to a thing I said. Then he asked me what I wanted after I had explained what I wanted exactly and in detail... He asked because he had not listened.
When I pointed out I had just told him what I wanted he got argumentative and talked rudely over me despite my asking him not to do so - until finally I hung up on him.
Then I got an extraordinarily disinterested supervisor whose name is lakeesha who was equally unhelpful. Lakeesha could not have sounded more bored when I asked if I could lodge a complaint about elijah so that perhaps he wont be so rude to the next customer he talks to.
Don't go near this place - don't touch this company and do not order from them. They will rip you off, then be incredibly unhelpful if you want to return anything at all, aside from showing complete lack of concern in general.
Being responsive and polite (lets not even speak about being willing motivated or helpful) is not in the company culture. It is obviously not a concern to management that their reps generally have an attitude or it would not be evident every time I have called.
They advertise also at times 75% off all items, but then when you link to the site it is not possible to get that percentage discount at all.

I ordered a pair of leggings and a sports bra a few weeks ago and never recieved them. They have now charged my card an additional $50... 3 separate times and im getting pissed. Stop charging me! I got a private Facebook message to continue with my shopping which included a PS remember shipping is FREE.
When I tried to continue with the shipping, I was getting charged for shipping so I messaged back to ask about it after they offered me free shipping (no Ts & Cs with the offer).
The person sent me a link to the FAQ page and said it's only free over x amount and only in the US.
I said this was false advertising of them messaging me to offer free shipping and the person just sent 👍 back.

I called this company they told me and exact date to call for cancelling my membership which is absurd that they couldn't do it the day I called to begin with. So when I called on the date given they said they would refund the money. Two weeks later still no refund which I shouldn't have to call and remind them how to do their job but unfortunately they said because I disputed the charge there is nothing I can do to refund my money now. Lotus leggings is a complete [censored]ing joke. Do not order anything from them ... it's a scam to just get your money. I was scammed into thinking I get two pairs of leggings for $10... ending up costing $60 and I never got a second pair of leggings. This company is a rip off.
