These people are cold hearted [censored]! I explained that my card was stolen and that they took out a charge that wasn't mine they refused to help me! The we're happy to steal 55 dollars that I needed for formula and diapers. I told them that I didn't know who bought leggings with my card but they said oh well can't help you! They told me to track down my thief and get the money from them when it's lotus leggings who stole 55 from me! So I have no leggings that they said I bought and I'm out 75 dollars. I guess feeding my kids and clothing them will have to be put on the back burner!
Such a waste of money! They pride themselves on stealing money! Carma is a [censored] and I'm sure she will catch up with them! Their lives will crumble and they will wonder why! They stole 75 dollars from my account and refused to help me! They are thieves and I hope they loose business. I signed up for the try lotus leggins trial and was not only forced to pay for shorts I opted out of buying but was charged an unauthorized 49.99 AFTER I asked for my account to be closed and was denied a refund by customer service even tho I never received the trial leggins to even TRY the leggins and I was never told I would be charged 49.99 a month for this service. I am going to my bank this Friday to file a fraudulent charge claim and to get my money back. Also every time I try to cancel I am told I have to call a 1800 number and when I call the number I am told I cannot get a refund and am given the run around! I can buy leggins for $5 at Wal-Mart. Their prices are not only outrageous they are absolutely downright ridiculous! I want a full refund and my account to be closed is all I want! And I can't seem to get anyone to do this, so my bank will have to handle it asap

I had the same thing happen to me! After me requesting to speak with a supervisor she offered me 20% of my $49.99 back I said NO! I still have not received my initial trial how do I know I will even like these? She was very rude and told me I was talking over her when I was only responding to her then she offered 50% when I said I'm going online to report this horrible company. Then out of no where she offered me 75%! I was like cancel my damn subscription! I finally accepted the 75% refund just to get off the phone!

I bought A PAIR of leggings from this sight and was automatically signed up to their VIP membership without knowing. A month later I get an email from them saying "Thank you for your recent order..." then about 2 weeks later I get another pair of leggings. I looked at my bank account and I was charged $50. I went back to that email I got and there's no way to contact these people. I had to dig and dig to find any kind of "contact us" link. Finally found an email. Emailed it and nothing. Called my bank. They started an investigation. In the meantime, I got another email saying "thank you for your order" again $50 drafted to my account. My bank couldn't figure out where it was coming from and suggested I cancel my card. BIG pain in the butt to do that, as I have bills and other "legit" auto payments that come off that card. I ended up having to cancel the card. I'm very annoyed with these people. They're crooks and steal people's money. Something must be done. I have also reported them to Facebook.

I want to cancel the "vip subscription"
One of my family members ordered a set of leggings from Lotus Leggings as part of a free trial. The initial charges were small, no more than 5 dollars, but I discovered today that suddenly $49.99 had been deducted from our bank account without my family member having actually received any products from you. I would like to cancel this subscription and get my $49.99 back, because we cannot afford such a large charge on a monthly basis.

lotus max legging - did not agree to subscription; did not receive earlier order
Hi, I went on line as a friend has ordered from you (on a number of occasions) and intended to buy 2:1 $20 leggings.
I got taken to a special offer trial $4.95 for a pair of leggings - no choice in design only size. I then got offered a pair of shorts which I did not want but could not get off my order, I made the mistake to continue as only 4.95 (total order $12 ish).
I have not received above order but have just had $70 taken out of my account! I am furious. I went on line and investigated and see you do some sort of subscription. I have absolutely not signed up to this at all.
I cannot find a telephone number for Aus customers (or anywhere else for that matter - error page comes up) but wish for a refund of money taken unapproved from my account and either immediate delivery of my actual order or refund of that money too.
I am sure this is an unintentional error and am hopeful it will be addressed urgently - I cannot afford this,

Hello lotus leggings this is Renee De Bruyn from Adelaide south australia. I messaged you last week about extra charges to my account after I had received the black leggings and black shorts I received at $6.95 each and I have not purchased anything since then these changes where taken out on the 13th and 14th of September both charges where for $69.79 on both days. I want to cancel any membership I may have signed up for. I have also tried to message on Facebook but when I write my message no one replies to me. I have also tried to ring the international phone number and I cant get through

In my situation I am very upset that I subscribed and received my leggings for two months which I fell in love with but now I've been waiting to receive my 3rd legging for this month and nothing! I just got off the phone with customer service and they said my membership was cancelled due to many attempts on running my card and payment not going theough. So I have to subscribe all over again and this wouldnt happen if they would contact me via email stating the issue before having the system automatically cancel my membership.

Lotus leggings is a scam. If you ordered already watch you bank acct. I'm at almost $200 extra they took out and can't get a return phone call.
They say they're true to size but I found their size chart. I'm a 1x, ordered a 2x in case they were small and that is equivalent to a 12 large in the U.S.
Look at the comments on their site ...a lot of the accts are dummy accts.

I wanted to buy leggings not pay for membership, I do not want to be charge a next time for a membership that I don't want. If you have an offer it should be clear that is also gonna charge you for membership so we have the option to opt out of it! I find it disrespectful to customers to be charge for something without even asking if we want it or not.

I was trying to order leggings from lotus leggings, but first I had to hit the button to become a VIP member, which I didn't know they were going to charge me 4.90 cents for, but it said when you become a VIP member, you could order any of the leggings for 4.99, which is a good deal. So paying the 4.90 wasn't that bad. But I ran across lotus leggings again, I got excited, but guess what, they wanted me to hit the VIP button again, but I knew if I did, I would be charged 4.90 cents again, this part of it, ain't right. I finally received my leggings, and I love them, I just hope and pray that they fit. They look kind of small to be a large. But we will see. I know they stretch, I just hope that they don't stretch to thinly, I don't want them to be see through. When I order again, if I ever find the site, I'm ordering an extra large.
If I can find the website, and continue to buy leggings for 4.99, I will be 100%happy.

DO NOT Sign-up with LotusLeggings! I have had such a difficult time with customer service and sending back and getting a refund. My fault for ordering the trial legging and I tried to return the second legging, but it is difficult to return with the policy the company has. I tried cancelling my account. On January 6th 9am I spoke to Jack, from Lotusleggings he read off his script and was very very rude by hanging up on me. I will NEVER consider using LOTUSLEGGINGS again.

I placed an order received 2 pairs of leggings on 2 separate occasions and they were the wrong size both times. I requested a refund of $49.99 and to cancel my membership. It never happened, I called again after noticing another $49.99 charge spoke with 2 different reps after spending over and hour on the phone and being put on hold for over 45 mins I had to hang up. I was denied a refund by a supervisor Tony M. I will take legal action as my next course if someone does not get back to me and resolve this matter. I'm requesting a refund of $99.99 asap. I am trying to contact them for the same reason. I thought I was order leggings and shorts at introductory prices totalling about $12 on August 13. They charged me that and now have charged over $100 for a membership I did not agree to. I have not received any products and can’t reach customer service. I’m going to have to pay my bank to block their charges.

I was not aware of the amount that is charged on a monthly basis whenever you sign up for the $4.99 deal. You will actually be charged $49.99 per month. So when I called to cancel and get my money back, they said they do not take returns and do not refund at all. I think that is totally crazy for a company to be run like that. So I spoke with a supervisor and she did agree to give me 25% refund. So that's about $12.00 out of the $49.00. I appreciate that, but still! Their policy should definitely be amended!

I was charged $49.99 on the 20th of the month. I was not informed of the 16 day trial period. However I have asked about not being able to sign into my personal account. I called again today to change my size to a L because a small would have only fit my hand in it. I said something to the cs rep and she said to try [protected]@lotusleggings.com. Couldn't get in again with my information. My email is being used but I cannot log in.
