My name is Balarama Avadhuta. I was promised by Lufthansa a refund of 600 EUR, for a missed flight, BUCHUNGSNR.: 3CH83R, on 20 October 2022, and since almost one year now, I still have not got my money back. I want to use this voucher, FB ID [protected], to book another flight from Munich to Merida, Mexico. I addressed an email to Lufthansa Customer Relations, but Lufthansa does not even reply anymore to my requests and complaints.
I also asked Customer Relations to write to me in English because I am American; I do not speak German, and Google Translator is unprecise with translation, yet Lufthansa employees write me only in German.
I want to fly from Munich to Merida, Mexico on the most affordable flight, on or about 1/10/2023 and return on or about 1/5/2024, and I want to use my voucher to pay part of the deal, but it seems Lufthansa is not responsive. Please, let me know how I can use my voucher to purchase a ticket? And please provide me with a Customer Service contact number hence it seems emails are often disregarded for longer periods.
