Very frustrated and annoyed by their return policy that you have to call to get an RA number before returning. Problem is I can’t reach anyone to request RA number

Breeze airbrush makeup kit
On 1-28-2022 I ordered the kit and all the ideas with it. A few hours later I call to cancel and have been getting no help at all. I call first time and was told to call in couple hours then, 24 hrs then 3 days and now I have try to get anyone to answer and they said first to call at 8:30am, then at 9:00am but still can't get anyone to answer. They keep hanging up on me. Please help just want to cancel order.

THat is like stealing my money because i never recieved the product it would be different if i did . i was a medical covid deployment working staying in a hotel and never recieved my package . so just lie to me twice and take my money . nope not gonna happend

Luminess Air Brush System
I ordered the Luminess Air Brush system with the stylus and have been getting the bi-monthly bottles of the makeup and I have loved it. I love the way it looks on me and I want to start out by saying that I'm not filing a complaint about the product. I ordered the system after my mother's death on January 1st of last year because I and many others were so impressed by the way it looked on my mother in the casket at the viewing prior to her funeral. You see, the mortician uses it. He's been in this line of work for 50 years and when I asked what kind of makeup he used on my mother, he said Luminess, and that it was THE best makeup he's ever used and he's used A LOT of makeup. I had seen advertisements on TV and knew I wanted to try it. So, some time in the Spring of last year (I think) I ordered it and, as I said, I loved it. But, between 2-3 months ago I started having problems with the system. I thought it might be the stylus because the air flow appeared to be kind of stopped up. I clean the system each morning after use and have taken particular care of it. I called and talked with someone via phone and was sent a new stylus. I tried the new stylus and the problem was not solved. I was so disappointed and had no clue what to do next. I then thought it might be the little system that controls the air force through the tubing. I decided to just box up the entire system and send it back for someone to check it out. I really like it and I fix my face at least 6 days a week at a minimum and would love to continue to use it. Desired outcome: Just get my system back to me so it is operating like new again.
Mailing the entire system back so it can be checked out and the problem resolved with the air flow through the stylus. Love the system, hope to find the issue and resolve it and get feedback on anything I may not be doing correctly to achieve better performance.

I ordered this product and had second thought. Since it took until 11/2 for it to arrive, I wanted to ensure I would send it back immediately. I took it to the post office and he said to get a receipt to prove I sent it, because these companies have a warehouse where these products are kept and do not have any other address. I followed his advice. Yet, I see that they charged me 23 and change plus the 9.95.
I sent an email message and talked to 2 different agents. The first one wouldn't tell me if I had to call an additional phone # to cancel any further orders, but there was no response. The second one ended the call with the pick the options of what I wanted to do...

I purchased this product in june and have paid the auto ship for three months. I just now canceled the autoship and they send me an email stating they're charging my card another $106 stating the original purchase included a $60 discount and they are charging me that plus another shiipment fee yet not sending products! when they informed me i would get $39 credit as they sent the wrong product last month! scam and i will press charges asbtgeybhave been told in writing not o charge my card!

They are overcharging me also. I ordered it for $39.99 in four payments I got a statement by chat that said they were going to charge me $63.41 for four payments. I will be cancelling this mess as soon as I receive the other color of foundation that they guaranteed would match. The first colors were orange. I don't want to make two returns to this company. I want this over with. Ive never dealt with such a scam group. I was on the phone yesterday 2/9/22 with Lora and she advised me after I informed her that their web site gave price of the Breeze in total of $179.91 or $215.98 if you want the unit without the auto makeup delivery. When I told the girl this she talked to her supervisor or so she said and they agreed to drop one of the monthly charges of $63.41 and my trial was supposed to be extended until late march because the new color had still not come. I asked for a copy of what they agreed to specifically exactly how much I will be paying IN FULL for the Breeze without any auto delivery of the makeup and also a statement that the trial was extended. I got a page that showed I owed $63.41 for four months and nothing showing anything was removed and nothing saying that the price shown was IN FULL without auto delivery and nothing on the email sent showed my trial was extended. I have chatted with these people at least two times, sent them three emails asking for help and finally got a call through but Ive gotten NO REAL HELP. Stay away from this company! I plan to go to the Attorney Generals office and the BBB as soon as this mess is completed. It is sad because if they had worked out their price and given me the price that is shown on their web site and the price shown on my email from them when I ordered it I would have kept the system and worked to find a good color. I can order my makeup myself and so I don't want them shipping me stuff automatically. Too bad I will go back to using my regular foundation. I am too old to go thru this mess.
The worst draw of money from my account that continues for eight months now
I bought my luminous air product in December there was supposed to be four withdrawals of 3999 this is July and it continues to come out of my bank account I need to be refunded the money that they took out this for those extra months and I want this canceled

this company is so fraudulent charges me every 2 weeks since 1st of april i had trial payment and 3 more payments on june 11 and and june 18 i was charged bi weekly payments since march i have requested the installment plan as they say i never heard of such they wont take the junk back colors are disgusting i want to see it but better yet i want this cancelled was informed i couldnt i had my attorneys look at it suggested i start here if this doesnt work we will push to class action suit against the company so much for the reputation of this organization i want them to know it cost me 25 to get new bank card from my bank which thank god recognized as FRAUD the charges

Received product leaking & poorly packaged, make up caked. Replacement product was leaking all over packaging. Told to return with authorization number on box on all size by USPostal Service. They were the product was damaged and leaking, but insisted that it all be returned at my cost. Then they claimed they did not received the product. I shipped by USPS and the product was leaking. This problem seems to be a reoccurring problem with them. Now they want me to pay them $190 for their broken product with damaged packing & never returned my $19.95. So they sent my account to collections. I will never pay them a dime. It a scam!

Over charged missing some of my order
Well I ordered for there trysilk promotion for 19.95 for the 30 day trial before regular payment and well turns out they took two first time payments the same day I ordered it 1 for 28.50 and another for 67.61 both of which came out august 24, 2020, I didn't receive it until today sept. 12, 2020, it did not come properly packaged, had no dvd or instructions and the box of liquid cosmedics was open and scattered when I got it plus missing some items. Not happy at all extremely regretting getting it

I ordered the luminess air and was not satisfied! I called to cancel and they said to keep longer and see if I would like it then! But I still wasn't satisfied and i called to cancel 6/26/20 and returned it! But still haven't received my refund! And I live on a fixed income! PLEASE HELP?
The spray machine
My husband bought me Lumineers Air for my birthday and when I finally got it, I was truly disappointed, it was nothing that I expected of the product. The commercial gave me the wrong impression of the item itself once I had the item right in front of me. I wasn't satisfied what so ever. I only used the two shades of cover up (which was way too dark for me) and it made me break out even more. My husband's card was charged $98.00 for two months which was for the month of June and. Now I thought the payment were for $59.99 & $20 late fee. Well when I called & demanded a full refund since I only used able tl the two make up colors and the masscara, the rest of the items I never even opened. So I called and requested a return authorization number and didn'realized that I had only ten days to ship the items back (which I took a photo copy of the items. I had called & spoke to Andres & he told me that as long as the package was delivered by the 31st of July which was my billing cycle date. I had to scrounge up sum money & ship it by the 31st so that I wouldn't get charged another month & my account would be to close. Well I paid $13.59 out of pocket to send the package through ups. & I was told the package would arrive by the 31st. Well I tracked the package & it arrived to your establishment on 7/31/20 @ 9:20 A.M. but no one was there & you still continue to try to bill us for the month of August. I would like to just forget this whole deal doing business with you guys. It's constantly the reason for my argument w/ my husband! Now you can refund me the whole amount that you guys charged my husband card. I understand if you need to charge me for the masscara & some money for using the cover-up a few times but as far as the machine & all the other items that came with the order I didn't even bother opening that, I reshipped the item back with the original box. The only thing missing is the masscara & the little pink rubber lid that goes on the sprayer. I hope you guys can make it right & honor your money back guarantee policy if customer isn't satisfied. Please refund the two months of $98 plus the 19.99 amount for the item & close my account. I regret buying your product, it just isn't for me & I have returned the items & do not plan on doing any kind of business with your company. Such a big hassle and disappointment, please just make it right. I hope your company is at least good on honoring your customers.

Ordered Luminess Airbrush kit with understanding 30 day free trial for $19.95, after 30 days 3 "Monthly payments "of $39.99 plus $4.95 shipping. I guess their "Monthly" and my "Monthly" doesn't mean the same! They took out 3 payments in 5/25-$42.25+1.00, 5/21-$47.57, $5/27-$43.25 and in July another payment will be taken out! The $43.25 payment was for makeup that I knew nothing about at the time of purchase! The makeup amount is sent every other month and taken out of bank! Sly, shifty, a lot not disclosed at purchase! Buyer beware!

Luminess Air- Horrible rip off scam I agree they are a ridiculous ripoff and scam. Someone told me to order it because it was such a deal but we didn't realize what a horrible scam Luminess Air is. When I found out it would be any more then the discounted one time payment I cringed and want to throw up but when they now are calling their collections team to collect over the amount that the product is saying it cost plus interest and saying its too late to send it back. I never used this product its crap, The makeup is cheap and I wouldn’t use it one a dogs butt. I am not a movie star why would I need to go broke spray painting my face. Nooo I can not believe how rude they are. This is definitely a ripoff scam. They disgust me Im sick just thinking about it. They should be shut down! Horrible scam! You can't charge over the amount for the product then charge three times more after the first month then take away the discount all together and lie about what the deal was in the first place. Very Disappointing that they have such bratty people ripping people off in such a crappy way. Shame on them! They shouldn’t get away with this!
