I had a really bad experience at Lush on November 13th, 2022 at around 4pm. I went to the Lush store located inside the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, Nevada with my friends. As a first-time customer, I was really excited to try out their products and see what they had to offer. However, after this experience, I have decided to never shop at any of their stores again.
When I walked into the store, an employee greeted me. I told them that it was my first time in Lush and I had no idea how things worked. I decided to explore the store and came across some fresh face masks in bowls. I lifted the spoon inside the bowl to get an idea of the mask texture and brought it to my nose to smell it. That's when a different employee approached me and explained that the masks were just for display and pointed at some testers behind me. I told her that I didn't know and decided to look at the testers she had pointed at.
After looking at the testers, I turned around and saw the employee who had told me about the testers mocking me with another employee. She copied the motions that I did while touching the display. I felt really uncomfortable and wondered how this company treats first-time customers. I told my friends what had happened and one of them decided not to purchase the items in her hand. As a result, the store lost a sale of at least $50.
I think that Lush employees need to be more considerate with customers. They should wait for a customer to leave before talking bad about them. Also, if a display is not meant to be touched, signs need to be present so customers are aware. Not all customers are comfortable with asking questions to employees.
Overall, my experience at Lush was really disappointing. I was excited to try out their products, but the behavior of their employees made me feel unwelcome. I hope that Lush takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I sold LUSH items I bought on eBay from another seller but didn't use. They weren't trademark copies or violations. They were packaged in their original bags. I will never buy another LUSH product again due to this stupid email and I'm disgusted that eBay would send me a Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) warning message without prior verification or clarity on their part. I think I was ripped off...
I bought 5 the big sleep jelly bombs about 25 pounds worth at the beginning of October. As you can see my order is not big, I picked a standard shipping, but haven't received anything yet.
I have no idea what may be the reason. Customer service is not very responsive, so all I know is that the jelly bombs were available when I was ordering them, so I just don't understand what happened.
Maybe I was just ripped off, maybe the answer is that simple :(
a slippery thing
I never thought I would complain about Lush. But unfortunately, I have to do it :(
I ordered several massage bars as usual. What I received was far from the best quality they usually provide. The bars were covered in something I can't describe. Something slippery and disgusting. Yuck!

Fraud..did not give me the full amount and pocket half of what I paid
I went into Lush in Sherman Oaks, CA and had a return...the lady who was the only manger in the store told me she couldnt give me the full price on the receipt, only what i paid in cash. I was like ok, well first off the previous bar I bought was half gone after one use so i returned it and payed more for an exfoliator and the store didnt give me back my original receipt. I told her to call where I originally did the exchange and so she called and spoke with the manager at the location of the exchange and he confirmed everything I told her. And then she told me we cannot refund u because u dont have the original when the receipt for the exchange clearly states that I paid on top of what I returned and now she gave me only half of what I paid. That is fraud! ANd the manager at the location of where I exchanged remembered me and confirmed that I paid on top of what I exchanged. That is not fair that I only get half of what I paid. Its like they pocketed half of what I spent when I returned there product. I was a new customer excited about how pure your ingredients are and now this happens to me. This is not right. Plus the manager at the sherman oaks location gave me a big attitude which did not match what the company stands by. Please help..this is not fair and not right!
