Terrible customer service and it's been very
difficult getting my order processed at a tune of almost 300 dollars. I get automated chatting that can't explain why it comes out of my account after shopping with my Ambassador, Ms. Brown from Texas. I do hope she's doing well. I use the website usually without help from any representative. My family and myself had jobs like these too. We still have some things. The items are usually excellent. I love Avon but the problems have always been keeping a sales representative in the area. I've had a few reliable people in my life that would be great to get in touch.
I am tired of the run around and no help they have so much from my family to treat me this way too. I never take it lightly eventually though. That's my official warning. Work on being dependable and easy to deal with. Poor service!

I made contact with a real person and they found my order . I received an email saying it was on the way. I hope it arrives soon but the help was amazing. I think their products are excellent, the service is terrible sometimes. The more representatives out there, things should improve. Thanks .
Becoming a New rep
I do not find Avon is a professional organization as they were decades ago. I reached out to 2 Reps for guidance and mentoring and neither would help me even find a customer service number to call.
When I found a number to call for help, the CS rep would not help either; nor would she give me direction on finding a mentor. She told me to wait another week and someone should call me before then.
I still have never received a call or help from any person in this organization. It is my assumption that Avon no longer cares about its reps and new reps are left to fend for themselves.

Service from avon office
I write this complain about your service delivery to some of your representatives. I made an order last Monday from which my order was just send wednesday which made me very angry for wait. I'm a representative that always has a compliant to lay cause this is not the first time it's happening. I don't know which month in this year the same thing happened and I was told courier takes 5 to 7 days and when I went on the couriers page to see how long you wait for your parcel it was never stated you wait 5 to 7 days. I am really unhappy with the service I get and no one is taking responsibility for their actions. I know my rights as well as the customers rights not everyone that's selling avon is uneducated. There are educated people also who sells avon for an xtra income so please. I am letting you know that if u have a Avon promotion and the full products isnt sent, I ordered Skin so soft bath oil, hand creme, and I was supposed to get the skin so soft lotion with a promotion you provided. Apparently you ran out of Regular Skin so soft lotion and it wasn't back ordered for you to send to the Avon representative to receive at another time. I think that is unacceptable, when you have a promotion, you should honor it and provide a raincheck for that person to get it at a later date, instead of returning for a full refund. I've purchased ur products for many years and haven't had any issues before and if this is how you do your customers, you will start losing them. On the 24th of June we received our order which was ordered on June 22nd. We

Paddle brush red
I have had problems as this is my second brush this has happened to and it faulty as the red eye has come off in packet, hasn't even been opened and it is unusable as the went all over packet have to through it away as I did the first one it also had been kept in a cool room with no direct sunlight so shouldn't have done this. The first brush was also a bristle brush.
Desired outcome: Please refund as it was two brushes it happened with and shouldn't but why it happened in first place and not happen to anyone else.

Order is placed two weeks still no delivery no communication and when I try to call the phone is the machine that answers I lost customers for that late delivery.
When placing an order we are told is 7 days fee delivery know why is it taking longer than 2 weeks and when you track the order it appear to be shipped but fo so long it has never arraived. Fraud using my details
My Name is Ntombekhaya Kosnel. I live in Dispatch Eastern Cape. I met this women who sales Tupperware and Justine products some time in 2020 and influenced me to making money as an extra income, I was doubting at first but ended up signing up anyways but I did not take any products. In April 2022 i received an SMS stating my account was transferred to credit burau and need to make an immediate payment of R1300. I called the institution that sent me the SMS informing them that I did not take any products. They advise me to submit documents with a police statement. The debt was cleared, but yesterday I received another SMS stating that my account have been transferred to another credit instruction and owing the amount of R295. This means that the same person is using my details to fraud using my own details.
Desired outcome: I would like Avon/Justine to clear my name and prevent delete/block my name on their data base so that this person won`t take products under my details. Lastly this person who did this must be found and arrested for fraud.

I used this product yesterday 28th July 2022 (face, neck, arms below short sleeves and legs below shorts) and went for a walk.
I got several bites on my legs - bad enough, but the product caused angioedema to me - severely enough that I had to go the the ER and have an epipen, iv benadryl and be put on a course of steroids. I felt incredibly ill.
Desired outcome: I think that the product needs to be re-evaluated and I'd like a refund please.

After 33 years Avon closed my account
Avon Claims I was selling online after 33 years. I asked to send me proof because it is not me and they could not. I have tried to order from Avon because I have used face cream for years. They would not let me order but they charged my credit card.
They contacted me to pay my balance sine they closed my account and they cant
even take my credit card. It says its not good which is another lie. They are idiots. They use cyber source which allow them to block people and payments.
I was a big seller and always paid my bill. I was loyal for 33 years during cancer,

since they were purchased by south Korea. They are changing all the Avon products to another name made in Korea. What a shame. Go to Ulta.
They will not let me give my customers to someone else. They have stolen my customers and my down line.
Shipping fee
I have been with Avon for many years when they treated us like family now they have taken away most of our commission by charging the reps for shipping to customers on line instead of splitting the charges with customers and Avon instead of charging the Reps. It is bad enough that we can not ship returns back free of charge at least once per month, I remember when we shipped returns back free of charge by putting the box on the porch for UPS person to pick up. You are making billions off the reps work, why are we being treated so unfairly because we need to make a little extra money by selling Avon

On the 8th of December 2021 I placed a order with Avon, I waited at home for delivery which did not happen, I called the call center a week after and obvious they were closed, when they reopened in January I immediately phoned to find out what is happening with my order, the lady I spoke to (Nicole) told me RAM send it back and did not deliver, no one can tell me why, as I were at the address which I had on as the delivery address and also had my phone waiting patiently, I asked her to recapture order which she did, I received some of my order on the 12th of January there was however items missing, when talking again to Nicole she send me the messages below - [1:34 pm, 12/01/2022] Avon Android: We apologise for the inconvenience caused. last four items code on the initial invoice were omitted when order was recaptured.

I placed a new order as soon as I could there after to be able to get my items, today is delivery day so I decided to check on my order and once again items are not in my box, and in costumor service I spoke to Vernique who doesn't seem to know anything that goes on there and just want to recapture order, how many times does a order need to be recaptured before it get delivered, what do I tell clients that has to wait 2 months for a order? and then no one can really assist in the costumer service to a point were you can know everything will now run smoothly, this is not the first time struggling with deliveries from Avon, I'm at a point where I will pay for delivery if only the items I pay for can get to me, I believe however that being a rep for Avon will not work since now my clients feel its me that can't do my job correctly
