It's been 4 weeks, but I haven't heard anything.

The old one still worked, but I thought the new one with the swivel cord and better temperature control would be worth it. I mean, the old one lasted so long, so I figured this one would too. I got it in December , which was like 2 years ago, but I've only used it like 20 times since the pandemic started. Who even cared about their hair back then, you know? Anyway, I kept it in the original box and took good care of it. But a few days ago, when I tried to use it, nothing happened when I turned it on. I tried different outlets and nothing worked. So, I checked their website, and they say they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They don't mention any time limit, just a month for returns. I contacted them, but they said it's been over a year since I bought it, so they can't do anything. Nowhere on their website does it say there's a one-year limit. I really loved the original straightener I had, and if I knew this new one would die after less than 50 uses, I wouldn't have bought it. I would've just stuck with the old one. I'm really disappointed in the company. They didn't even offer me a discount on a new one.
