I wanted to try the facial moisturizer for the mere cost of .99 cents shipping charge. Now here I am a year later and still receiving these products, and being charged for something I don't want, cant use, because of sensitivity and allergies to these products. I want this to stop. I never agreed to repeat charges for this product, and will gladly send back...

These people are awful! I wanted to try the product, no where does it say its a subscription, now I got 3 months worth and no time to call them! I finally called and they wanted to give me back 29 dollars. I pushed it and I got a full month refund but nothing on the other two months. I asked for a supervisor and supposedly he is going to call me, I doubt it! Now to call the credit card company to dispute the charges! This company SUCKS! And the product is horrible! Made my skin break out terribly! NEVER AGAIN!

Never signed up for a monthly shipment yet have been receiving it after paying a couple dollars shipping on a supposed clearance through Alta. Being charged $99. /mo. Rip Off big time.
Tried to cancel by calling and they refused to let me return product. Order # 8187583.
I would like a refund on the 2 auto shipments made without authorization at $99. ea. No billing or costs every provided. Just a shipment in mail.

I ordered the sample without knowledge that I was subscribing to a monthly shipment. The order also included an item I did not request - I did not click on it to order it - aquavo. As soon as I received notification that it was a monthly shipment I called to stop the shipment and cancel the order. I was told the shipment could not be stopped. I was told the items would be canceled. I was given the number to return the product but customer service never mentioned on the phone call that I only had 30 days to return the products. I have called multiple times with little to no avail with customer service. Today was the first time I was given 'something' but not what I was requesting. I do not want this product. It is not what I thought it would be nor was the website explicit in details for what would occur when signing up for a "trial". I am very disappointed and upset with this whole situation. I want to return the products and get a full refund. I called immediately to stop the shipment of the product - which did not occur. And in that call it included me cancelling this order/product completely - no future shipments or charges.
I take care of two people with dementia besides having two elderly parents who need assistance with a special needs son. If I knew there was a time frame for returning the products I would have done so. I went off the phone conversation with the customer service representative regarding returning the products.
Today, through this company's customer service, I was given a 30% "discount". I am asking for a full refund of the products. I do not want the products. I want to return them for a full refund.

unauthorized credit card charges
I posted yesterday, but I took a chance and tried one of the numbers I found on line today and got through and was able to cancel my order. I even got an email back supporting such. This is not the number I called, but the one that appeared on my email. The number I called was

I am like every one else. I ordered way back in the spring and it took month for me to get my order. I also looked to make sure I wasn't locked into buying more or monthly charges. There was NO FINE PRINT. Now I am getting monthly shipments and I can't stop them.
I would think something that JOANNA GAINES had her name connected to would do much better than this!

I ordered a trial sample of wrinkle cream and now I keep getting a jar every month. I've tried calling and emailing to stop the shipments. The number is no longer a working number and the email isn't any good either.
I called my bank to stop payments and that didn't work either. They gave me a number to call and I was told at that number that they don't handle Beauty Impressions

fraudulent sales practices
In May 2017, I responded to an online ad for what I understood to be a free sample of face cream from BEAUTY IMPRESSIONS, agreeing to pay shipping costs only. In early June I received the face cream-- plus a tube of eye cream, which I hadn't requested. I tried the products, wasn't impressed but gladly paid the agreed charges, $4.95 and $5.95. Later in June, I received the same two products in the mail and took them to be a mistake, planning to call the company and return them. It slipped my mind though, until another set of products came in mid July---then just now in August. When I checked my credit card bill, I saw that I had been charged for twelve products as a total charge of more than $1, 000.
Now I see that the company has an F rating from Better Business Bureau and a long list of complaints very similar to mine.
I want to CANCEL this practice immediately--for me and for other victims. I have registered the names of four companies (all apparently shell companies) that have charged me for these products with my credit card company to block all charges back to May 1, 2017. The hell companies are: IBL Intricate Beauty, Lively Beauty, PGI Skinlogica, and AJF eyerefreshpro.
vlamorous/ aquavo
I ordered two products from a Facebook advertisement for free beauty products. When placing this order I was careful to look for a link or small print that contained information about subscription of this product or additional charges. There was nothing. The products came, they cost me 1.95 each for shipping.
After two weeks I was charged 97.83 and 94.68 for each product. I immediately called the company and explained the situation. Turns out that vlamorous (97.83) has only a 14 day trial period before charging full price with no option to return. This was not stated in any of the correspondents upon placing the order and the packaging contained zero information about product cancellation. Aquavo (94.68) has a 15 trial period before a full charge, and then 30 days after your initial call to return the product. Also this information was not available to the consumer either. They attempted to charge my account twice for the aquavo one day early. Fortunately bank of america prevented those charges on my account as part of a fraud protection. They were able to capture the 97.83 for the vlamorous. I called the company and the customer service is terrible. The only offer the could give me was a 30% refund on the vlamorous, bringing it down to 68.48. When I explained that I DO NOT want the product and the advertisement was misleading the customer service representatives went into a scripted repeat mode. I asked to speak with a customer service manager who would have authorization to process a larger refund and I was informed that they don't take customer calls.
Instead, the representative that i spoke with will generate a note about my dissatisfaction and pass it to his department and if, and only if, they decide to issue a refund will I then get an email.
don't even remember ordering this face cream. am calling atty gen state of colo.
This popped up while I was on another site and took over! All of a sudden I couldn't get off and then was told I was being sent Vlamorous Cream...No costs other than a shipping cost of $1.95. When it turned up and I called, I was told I would be charged $97.00 but would have 50% credited for my "convenience". There is no order number, invoice number. Return is a P> O> Box in Englewood, Co. Home address is San Francisco, Ca.
vlamorous and aquavo
It says to try risk free. That is a lie! I ordered the Vlamorous for 1.95. While doing the order something else popped up and was saying you weren't finished that they had AquaVo and when I declined it, it charged me another 1.95 and they shipped that too. Then I find out these are 30 day supplies and if you want them they offer you half off. Here's the kicker, if you don't want them not only have they ripped me off for 1.95 twice, she tells me I have to pay to send them back! And on top of that you have to send them in 2 different envelopes! I have no idea what it is going to cost me until I get to the post office. They better no charge my credit card for 1 penny more. I did not even open the boxes and I am not paying 100.00 for this junk. Rip off! I am so disgusted. I received it in the mail yesterday and called them yesterday. I want to be reimbursed for the AquaVo that I did not order and the postage to send it back! I will be putting that information in with the return.

I placed an order on a free trial and you get locked into two products and you can not click off the screen. Trial $5.95 S&H Vlamorous [protected]) and $3.95 S&H Aquavo [protected]). No information given as to full price if not cancelled in 14 days.
June 29, 2017
Charged $97.[protected]) - Customer Service claimed it was for Aquavo and I can cancel and get refund when returned, I received an authorization # [protected], I was told Vlamorous was past it's time frame for being returned. I was then advised that I would receive another Vlamorous free for the compensation. I sent the Aquavo back and was refunded $77.83.
I was assuming the funds not returned was for the Vlamorous.
Now today, August 2017, I get charged $52.89. I call customer service [protected]) and they tell me I was supposed to return both items and so they charged me for the item not returned. So, I ask the question, what was I supposed to return? THE ITEM SENT FOR FREE. I called again for a supervisor. Names given "Lance Johnson ext. 136", Bruce Jenner, Ray Price, Philip Watson ext. 58047. Someone calls me back and transfers someone named Mike Johnson who claims to be a supervisor after I get disconnected or someone hangs up on me.
Mike advises me that they received a package from me at the warehouse, but they received Vlamorous. I sent back the Aquavo and have the Vlamorous in hand, which I am willing to send back because the product does not work and I do not want it. I only sent one package and if they received any thing the package received was the Aquavo.
The call center is not located here in the US. Each one of Customer Service Representative said they were somewhere else and did not know the right City and State. All the men had accents from India.
I would like to have the $52.89 refunded to my account and no further funds deducted from my account.
I need to discuss my recurring orders, and the customer service phone number is incorrect! I even tried to email them, and the email address came back as no such email address could be found. Help! I need a phone number!
eye vibe serum
I have sent an email to the customer service address listed on the packing receipt to cancel all future autopayment and orders but I have not received reply. I also called the support phone number provided on the packing slip and it is a automated recording asking for the phone number associated with my account. I tried entering my phone number and the system just kept repeating they could not locate it but no other instructions or options are provided so I was not able to connect to your customer service dept. Is this the companies way of trying to avoid cancellations, complaints and any responsibilities? I will notify my bank to refuse any future billings to my account as I never authorized auto shipping. Your contract fine print is a joke and I truly feel this is a scam. If this issue is not resolved immediately I will report this company to the BBB!

valamorous beauty (face) cream - unauthorized credit card charges
I ordered a trail size & read all the "fine print", but found nothing that mentioned auto shipment. I have since received 2 additional monthly supplies (the one (1) I thought was just a mistake) but I have since received another one. I want to cancel my auto shipment - this product does nothing for your skin & in fact, is somewhat irritating to my face. In addition, the size of each monthly supply is the same size as the sample!
My auto shipment is coming to 439 Red Cedar Rd, Lake Villa, IL 60046.
I want my account canceled immediately I cannot afford $96-99 a month. I live on a very limited social security income & also have medical bills.
I do have (2) unopened jars of the Valamorour Face Cream that I would like to return for credit. Please advise how I can do this. As I said, I cannot afford this payment on my social security income.
I will need to block this debit from my bank account.
valamorous skin care cream
This company has so many complaints against them that I can't beli be they are still in business. I received a trial offer that was sponsored by Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper. Wish her reputation of being a good Christian, I felt this product would come from a reputable company. It is a scam where you are automatically sent a jar monthly and charged $93. They will let you opt out of the automatic shipments, but they will not refund or let you return the product, even if not opened.
I agree, this is a rip off. My credit card filed a stop shipments and refund full amount charged. I have return the shipments many times, they keep on sending the product. I will try to return unopened package again, which I write "do not send product and issue full credit to my credit card". I will try one more time. AnnieToivonen
I can not print this message on this website. That should tell you something.
you are exactly right. Same thing with me. Rip off company!
2 products sent: ahl stunningski and beauty vita
I did not see anything on the web site to indicate to me that more products would be coming. The first products which I have not opened were promoted by ellen degeneres and I ordered them in a weak moment. I don't usually order anything on line ever. Boy what a ripoff! Date was 4/16/2017. Original pricing was $3.95 and $5.95 respectively. If the company wants them back, i'll gladly send it back. The other more expensive items (2) will go back today, 6/15/2017. I did not open them, but kept long enough for my bank to get addresses. This company needs to be more upfront about what more will come and deadlines need to be concise and large enough to see. Thank you
I would really like for BBB to have their feedback on every page that advertises anything that is supposed to make our lives easier or more beautiful, etc., before we fall for the "scam" and pay out hard earned money and miss the hidden cancel dates. The BBB is probably the most influential organization that will determine if you buy anything on the internet or not. BBB keep up the good job, it's well appreciated.
eyevibe and skin element
This is my third attempt to cancel this subscription. I have sent back all products and have never received a refund although I have asked for a refund every time. The last one I sent back on 1/26/2017 was order number [protected].
I no longer have job and cannot afford to pay for this product. It's either eye cream or milk for the kids. I need milk for the kids.
Please confirm cancellation. I would rather do this kindly and easily rather than getting an attorney involved or the state attorney general or the better business bureau but if that is what is needed I can pursue this through one of them.
I expect to have an answer to this complaint and a full refund within 10 days of today, January 27, 2017.

scam! eye cream
I ordered what I thought was a sample, supposedly just for shipping, and then ordered what I though was another sample for a few dollars more. while I was waiting for my order, I started reading about the company, how people's bank accounts had been charged because they had been signed up for an atomatic shipment, which was Not stated anywhere on ad or order form. So, I start thinking this is a scam I better return as soon as I get it. It was left at my house, I went to the post office with unopened box, put rma number on it, and they sent back as refused package since I never opened the box! The company sends an email saying I will be charged a $20 return fee? They did not end up doing that since I had never opened the box. Anyway, fast forward to a month later this was Dec 24. I get an email yesterday saying my supscription has been cancelled, I send back an email saying what are you talking about? I cancelled this a long time ago because I thought it was a trial and read people were getting scammed. I look at my bank account and there is $105 pending charge for one item, and a $95 pending charge for another! I'm laid off and every time I spend I accounted for, and I certainly didn't account deformed these crooks! I called the company and explain that I sent the box back unopened and that I had received an email saying it was cancelled then and I thought it was all taken care of, I ask why they charged my account? The guy just keeps giving me the run around, I ask to talk to someone else, and demand a refund! I am put on hold forever, never got anywhere with the company. I sent a couple of emails but of course I haven't received an answer or my $200 back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
skin elements / eye vibe
I was directed to an sample offer of Skin Element (trial) and EyeVibe (trial). on a website that mad me answer lots of surveys questions over and over and mostly I always ended up with make-up creams etc and really only asked for and was promised a sample for only small S&H cost. They arrived around January 7, 2017 and I called to make sure they had cancelled further orders.Well they sent me a full jar of Skin Element but I thought that was the trial size because it says so on packing slip. The Eye Vibe was also included in same box as Skin element although I paid separate S&H for it. I called 6 days later to make sure the company was thanked for the products but informed not to accidentally charge more shipments to my method of payment because I am elderly, on disability, ill, and live month to month and certainly couldn't afford expensive products. I assured customer rep that I'd be glad to write a review of products after using them 30 days or take before and after pics to use.Well the rep informed me that they had already charged me $97.00 for Skin Element and I could avoid $107.00 charge if I sent Eyevibe back. I had already opened them but had used very little. I was appalled they did that without notifying me. After quite a few well spoken words by myself, Im cancelled, still returning Eyevibe, and getting $68.00 credit returned to the $97.00. charge. Please don't order..There were no disclaimers or information regarding the company's intentions to do what they did.BEWARE

skin care creams
I applied and received Trial skin and eye cream products from Beauty Impressions (Skin Elements and EyeVibe)
I contacted the company to cancel the automatice membership and was asked to return the products within 30 days.
In their confirmation email they stated I would be charged a 'restocking fee' of $20 for each of the products, which were mailed in the same package from the same company.
I would not think they could restock an item that has been used. Is that legal? Just wanted to determine if they have that right.
thank you.
