ordered lotion and didn't get it or my money back
I ordered 2 body lotions on March 17, 2017 and I paid for them. She didn't give a paper on the order. I haven't gotten my lotion or my money back. I call her but she doesn't answer. Ordered an apparel pack for 18 pound, paid for it but was wrong size so rep returned it without refunding. This was beginning of March, the rep keeps saying Avon are sending the wrong size but will be here next campaign.
I have now requested my money back and the Rep says she will refund when in area but just concerned I'm not going to be refunded as I haven't had a book for 3 weeks!
lip gloss complaint
Good day hope this email finds you well. I'd like to complain/bring to your attention that I've purchased from an Avon agent last month.
When I used it the first time it made my lips feel like a tingling and burning sensation but none the less I didn't think much of it, but now as I've been continuously used it I've noticed that it actually causes slight blisters on my top lip. I know this isn't normal or this shouldn't be happening.
How can I go about this lip gloss which is causing me more harm than good? The item I've purchased is the 3D plumping lip gloss 7ml the code underneath the lip gloss is Z120416

I recently had to go into hospital and advised Avon that I would not be sending in a c ampaign 3 order but would send a campaign 4 order in which i did on time before going to hospital. I therefore expected to receive my order today. they knew as I had e mailed and telephoned that I was away and could not do any action on my account until now. I was very annoyed on checking my account today to notice that my order has been held up as I owed £57.34 I have never before not paid my account and they were aware that I could not pay this until today, but still withheld my order therefore making me wait another week before being able to deliver my orders. I find this very annoying - they had not even informed me that they were not sending my order, I do not feel that Avon correspond with each department to let them know what is going on and did not even care about my circumstances and help me in t hese circumstances.
2 watches and a handbag
I hereby would like avon to acknowledge that the quality of their watches and handbags are of very low quality. I recently bought a blue watch and now the belt have torn. Firstly it happened to my other watch that was maroon in color and also the maroon handbag with fur the quality of it was so poor to the extend where it tore within 2 months. I would like to return them for repairs at my expense because all of the above mentioned were purchased for over R350. i bought them because I liked them I did not expect this.

Always I recieve a msg that your request sent successfully but then no email by avon. Kindly register me as soon as possible in avon representative list. I have many friends and family members around me who use avon products.
I never received 48 pieces of items order nor refund
I became a Avon rep a while back because I enjoyed their products and needed a way to assist me in paying my way through university. But that was a big mistake. I placed a huge order which cost me over us $350 and did not receive not one single item from that order I made. Called in to have this rectified, and was told that this would be replaced. I waited for months and nothing was done. Called in again and again and again, and was told that I could not get a refund only us $60 and the redelivery. I agreed to that, but received neither of these that was promised to me. I had to find money from my pocket to provide my customers their refunds, which completely set be back with school. Why would anyone want to give away their hard working cash to a company that makes billings in net profits?! This company uses a lot of people to get where they are now and give everyone including false hope. This has been the worst experience of my life and for a company this big to stoop so low in order be be rich, that's just revolting. I still want my money back with interest, had a lot of sleepless nights over this stupid company.

I had a nasty experience with avon representative named dawn storer, whitland. She was rude and abusive on the phone when I rang about my order before line went dead. I called to see where my order was as I ordered over a month ago. Dawn shouted swearing and refused to give me refund. I am leaving my custom with avon and complaining of bad attitude and no order to complaints department. Do I get refund if rep awkward or is it my word against her? I add photos to name and shame her of wrongdoing but will not do it publicly. She should get fired! Dawn has worked at brooklands care home, saundersfoot and waungron, trevaughn. Avon representative, never had this happen before with this rep. I'm her helper and have done so since 2008
But this time I ordered some things off the demo pages, and like eyeshadow quads were $2.99 and she charged me $3.50, and I ordered the ss treble cleft necklace $11.99 and she charged me $14.00, she has done this on alot of items I ordered.. When I asked why she charged 30% above the listed price, she stated that I hadn't ordered enough out of regular catalog. Is this allowed to happen. ? She is in missouri. And she is in rose circle.

credit limit increase and short deliveries
I'm a representative for avon and require a credit increase as december 2016 is coming up and orders will be high. I have contacted avon regarding the credit limit increase and they declined due to the fact that I had two late payments. My complaint is: we as reps have to get sales and work hard to do so for avon so that they can get rich and avon doesn"t recognise us but our payments must be on time but delivery is not and accomodation for credit limit increases cannot be approved.
Almost every single month I have short deliveries and my clients are disappointed, mmy point is, dont advertise something you cant supply, that is just plain unethical.

How to increase my credits limit in avon account
Since August 2016 I joined avon I find that they do'nt deliver on their promises. You send alter.itive products.I have worked hard over the past 6 months .I brought in a lot of orders, just to be given an acc of R900.00 credit. I have to decline some of my customers, because I don't have no other income. A t least after one year of working you should include a gift as appreciation of our hard work aspecially at chrismas time.Appreciate you people and you profits will reach the sky.

I ordered things on Avon as I usually do on monthly basis, I received a box sealed and with my invoice they actually charged me things that were not even packed in the box, each item was 139.99 each broucher price, I immediately called them to alert them, they said they will include them on my next order, I can just pay. I did that, but spoke to my team leader, and emailed her information so that I can be credited back, she promised to do it . I received them on my next order but they charged me again, I cant pay for something double when it was received once, I did many follow ups with the sales team leader but no luck to date, its almost two months. and this will affect my credit score. I would rather leave it than have my name be dragged on mud

You never know what level of commision you will get stuck with. Avon fee's you to death. The products are cheap and repackaged. Like the perfumr u loved that they did contined smells awfully like the new repackaged new scent just put out. The facial products are the same way. The makeup is cheap, made in china. On the 29 march an item was returned to avon sales leader and from there go to the manager for the items to be returned it is now the 06.05.2016 and still avon insists the they have not received the item of which I have the proof that is was returned to an avon sales rep whether the manager has not do her job has got nothing to do with me. I have no requested for my account to be closed with immediate effect. Have security issue happening!
I am an avon lady and starts buying avon deal of the day a month ago, everything find is like submitting avon orders through the avon deal of a day.
But three days ago, it is not! I found out someone is using my id and email to submit avon deal of a day.
On my campaign 10, I counted my avon deal of a day order would be around $200, but it came up to over $800?
I have only ordered some lipsticks, lipgross and hand detergent with highly discounted rate. And there is no way over $800.
I have called avon, and may be is the first time happening, everyone are so rude. And I am no happy. No one explaining what exact has purchase about the $800, and help me pointed out the wrong thing and help me to keep my original avon deal of the day order, instead, they have to hold up my campaign 10 customer order $50 and my avon deal of a day $200 for 10 for cancellation because of I am not pay the $800 avon deal of a day order that I did not approve to order.
Someone know how to get into this avon deal of the day system and add up the order.
I highly do not request or allow avon to have anymore promotion on "avon deal of a day".
Because is not safe to staff, is not safe to customer, and when issue comes out, no one from avon is helping and the people work there getting mad to staff and customer. I have called avon manager, customer service and no one, I mean no one can speak public customer in perfect english just to explain the situation and help! I thought avon lady has customer servicing skills, if the back office avon is help like this, how can the staff work functionally, and keep up the products and make the customer and the avon owner satisfy.
And how the avon lady work as a workaholic drive to honor their job for avon and earn more money and be stable in their job and kept their client in good hands.

I believe they should stop the Avon deal of the day promotion immediately to prevent any people has face this problem/mistake for AVON ! And that could stop customer or fans of avon keeping following up or look for help. Because they AVON customer care has no power to handle or look at the invoice on the computer system. This is a mysterious group of people doing this type of advertisement. People approved this Advertisement on Email internet should be punished and apologies to the public.
This issue is a classic. I think I do not have a lot of experience. But the senior sales only explain and said they know it. And I just skip and not go into this kind of presentation selling, and then now have been years, they do not show this kind of way to purchase Avon item by Sales. So, I think it has been resolved. And I see some other advertisement coming out and it looks great.

Hi. I signed up for Avon back in July, and was loving it, and GOOD at it, until 4 months later, I lost my "leadership status" which means I can never go anywhere or earn decent money, for a reason Avon cannot give me. Yet, I still receive leadership earnings statements, of $0, can't get an answer, yet my DSM has committed fraud twice, and never been questioned. I know I've done nothing wrong, and I want my job back.

I did Avon twice w/in 10 years and lost money both times. The biggest problem I had was the fact that practically every order I placed there were products that were "out of stock". How can that happen so often? By the time I paid for the catalogs, samples, orders and gas (deliveries), I was lucky if I had $12.00 left over. What a joke. It was just a hassle so I said "to hell w/ it" this last go around. I had hoped that things would have improved from the first time. Oh, and my district manager was brought up on tax evasion for not reporting the $100, 000 she had earned from her downline. I don't know what became of that but I couldn't help but laugh.
selling avon products - don't do it
I just started selling Avon again after 19 years. wow.. things are really horrible now. They charge 1.50$ per brochure and they charge for samples for us to sell their products which is a terrible thing. We have to pay to sell their products. They also charge us shipping now. That is disgusting! If you have returns, you pay the shipping.. not Avon. Also.. trying to get any help from my avon leader is impossible. Have left so many messages and she never calls back and she never answers her phone either. This is a crappy company now. No money to be made. I have over 50$ in returns and am stuck with them. I paid the customers their money back but I have to pay 15$ to send to avon and they do NOT reimbourse that money I pay for shipping. And they say they stand behind their products and refund 100%. NOT TRUE! They charge us to ship back products. We even have to pay to get the shipping label. 15$ I do like many avon products but I am quitting this now and will never buy from them again. They even threaten to block your account if you do not make payment on due date. I pay through the internet and it takes 2 days for payment to appear but they still charged me saying I need to pay before the due date. They charged 5$ saying I paid late. I paid on due date. Here is the price for return label. They actually make you pay for more than 1 so that is why it cost 15$. I just need 1 but have to pay the whole price. And the cheapest things of all that cost about 2.99$ on sale 80% of the time but sells for about 15$ ordinairily. Beware of Avon. Do not sell their products. It will cost you alot of money to sell their products.

On september 8, 2015. I placed an order with avon. At the end of the order I was asked to fill out a survey by bizrate. I completed the survey. At the end of the survey it offered me a $100 worth of complimentary magazines.
I took my time selecting the ones I wanted. By the time I was ready, I hit the submit button. I instantly received a message that said, it had expired. How, had it expired? There wasn't a message saying I had a certain amount of time to select the magazines.
This is one of the reasons I don't fill out surveys. It's always something deceptive in the end.

Avon is a ripoff! My husband tried to sell it for about a month and he did not receive any money from Avon. The only money he got was from customers. As an independent AVON representative you DON’T “receive any money FROM AVON”. You get money from your customers. Effectively, AVON is YOUR wholesaler and you are your customer’s retailer. You sell to your customers, buy from (and pay) AVON and the difference is your profit. If you bought products from AVON to sell, you DO “owe” for those products and if you “got money from customers” you DO “have it”. It appears that you don’t understand how direct sales works.
I totally agree. It is absolutely true. They pulled that on me a few years ago. I got my bank statement one month and wondered what the charge was. I waited, thinking I'd figure it out. (I had no idea what Great Fun was since I had not signed up for it). Then, the next month there was another charge - I believe it was $20-$25 each time! I finally called. At first they wouldn't even tell me who they were or how they got my info. Finally I spoke to someone who insisted that when I had ordered Avon online that I agreed to join Great Fun. I had to have them explain what it was. When they told me it was discount travel/admission coupons, I freaked. I rarely travel, don't have kids and hate using coupons for anything. I would NEVER sign up for something like that. They told me they couldn't refund my money. So I contacted Avon and got a canned response and never heard back from them. I did file a complaint with the NY AG's office. I have not purchased Avon products since that time - not even from a rep. If Avon had contacted me and gotten the money back which was taken without my consent, I would have continued buying their products. They lost a good customer who had purchased their merchandise for over 20 years.
Do not sell under these ppl Luz Steiner she is not trust worthy nor Jackie Lane they do not return products not price matching. They set ppl up and dont help them at all. Luz works at post office in Hinesville and Jackie Lane justs sells Avon.. I am in Canada and my rep sent me a messege via FB and told me that because I do not spend more than $1000 a year she no longer wanted me as a customer, and this was while I was out of the country waiting for a loved one to pass, she told me I was a liar and that because she saw me on FB a few times there was no way I was out of the country. Honestly never met such a rude Avon rep in my life! I will never order Avon again!
I just wanted to let you know that returning something to Avon through your representative should not be hard. I take returns from my customers whenever they are not happy in the least with the product. I wait until I have enought items for a shipment and I return them to Avon - no problem, I only pay a nominal fee. If you are having trouble with returns and you are a customer, pls. look for another rep. that will make things right for you. Sorry you had to deal with that.
I order from my rep online a lot and that has never happened to me.
