I called in my campaign 18 order last Wednesday the 15th and I should have received it like iv always did on Monday the 21st but did not receive, and when my orders didn't come today I called Avon to find out what had happened to my orders and I was informed that they were NOT submitted, this I was totally annoyed with as in all years of been a rep for Avon if never experienced this before, I believe that yobs will know the employee that took my order on Wednesday the 15th November, it was a man that took my order and he said that his name was John witch I don't believe that was his name. This dosent look to good for your company if you have employees that can't submit orders from customers and leaving them waitting for there orders that he knows won't arrive because he did not submit it. When I called this evening the girl I spoke told me that my order was on the computer but it was not submitted, but she kindly submitted my order for me. I hope that you will look into this concern and deal with this matter appreciate.

One of your employees never submitted my campaign 18 order last Wednesday and I was expecting it on Monday the 20th November and when I never received it yesterday or today I called Avon back again to ask about my orders and I was informed that my order was on the computer but it was not submitted, I was not amussed at your employee not doing his work right and if been waiting on it, I find this TOTALY unexceptable behaviour and you will know who this employee is and I sincerely hope this matter will be dealt with as appropriate .

late fees and overcharging
I'm being charged an extra late fee for one day when called up and said i'm paying the next day I don't make one cent i'm putting my own kids to keep it going but no more iv done it for a year now i'm done any most of the quality it really but I didn't customers that because I won'ted to make little bit of money at least but stuff avon. Avon is scam and everything they sell is hell cheap for them and [censor] quality but to overcharg for customers plus you have to pay yr own samples for customers to what the stuff is like and they are not cheap everything add up and it would add up to (Avon making a killing out of bad quality iteam!)

I have ordered from Avon's Catolouge a couple of times, but the first time I didn't receive my eyeshadow palette that I had ordered which was out of stock and I was assured that I would have it in the next order. When the next order came I still hadn't received my eye shadow palette which I found highly annoying as this was a present for a family member and now this was belated. I was then assured it would be here in the next, i then ordered a honey hand cream as well so now I was waiting for two items to arrive. Well I was informed that it had arrived and she would deliver it on Friday well Friday came and went and I didn't receive this. At this point I'm getting really rather annoyed as like I say 1) it's present and 2) I feel very let down as I always use Avon a lot but I now feel the representitive has let me down and I feel that it is unfair and not very customer service friendly. I feel as I should not use Avon anymore if I will have to wait nearly two months for a product for then it still not to turn up. I still have not received this product and I feel I should take this matter further!

In June I over paid on my account and asked Avon to send my money on a gift card or check which they say they mailed a check out June 22, but I never received it. I have contacted Avon numerous time regarding this only to be told they have escalated and to call back in 24 hours. This has been escalated at least 5 time and when I call back in 24 hours to be told nothing has been done and they have to escalate it again. This has been 4 months and I still have received my payment.

Hi am an Avon representative in Nottingham for 4 years and now I am getting mistreated as field support manager as she keeps ingoring my emails and keep telling me to contact customer services as they are not helpful. I contacted Avon to put me under a payment agreement to still receive my orders because I recently loss relative and I was very ill and got in a mess to pay my account balance. Which I wanted to clear as I gave up my sale leadership to do this payment arrangement to pay monthly it's was going lovely until they kept holding my orders and tell me to pay 228 pounds which I borrowed to pay it and a complete mess with my campaign 15 delivery and doing nearly the same to my campaign 16 being on hold which I phone up last Wednesday and told me to pay 63. 51 which a gain I borrowed and rang up again the next day . I found out my Wednesday call wasn't recorded on my account and telling me to pay 289 pounds which I haven't got and not borrow anyone as getting myself in debt and more iller as I should be on a payment agreement as long my account balance is less than 325 pounds which it is I tried contacting field support manager as she told me to contact customer services. Which I told her everything and not getting back to me and they suppose to help us as area 860 don't have an area manager as keep changing them. I really had enough now of getting past to pillow to post as they ain't listening to me and don't care about us or our customers only themselves. Please help and get this matter resolved.

Hi, Iv been buying this product for a while and my lashes seem to be much thicker and longer, the last one I bought seems to have done the opposite, my lashes are smaller than when I started, I emailed Anew and they said to Email you as this was your product ! It's quite expensive to buy and want to carry on with this product as it definitely works, maybe the last one I bought was just faulty but I'm dissapointed as the left eyelashes are smaller than the right !

Well I'm an Avon user. Body sprays, body/hand lotions, accessories, face cream and mouth lips stick .
Well I bought this "Avon Ultra Shiny tubes - Gloss ULTA brilliant " its reacting on my lips . It's get itchy and dry and sore when I get sores and it left Mark on my lips when the sores get dry.
I'm definite that it's this gloss because it reacted last and I left it and only use lipstick n baseline. Now I tried it and it's starting again . I have sore and my lips are itching.
I had bought 2 to 3 of them ? What must i do ? Return them and get my money and you will take this further more? And I always always use that gloss but now I'm unable to handle I.
unprofessional staff with a foul mouth
Good day. My mother is a dealer in your Avon branch in Apalit Pampanga. She was unable to pay just a month of her LOAN due of busy schedule. With that one of your staff called me to tell me to let my mom pay because my mother is hiding from the company with a very arrogant tone. I believe even though one of your dealers was unable to pay right on time your staff still need to talk with every person with respect. Especially, he need to do it with respect and pleasant tone. Since, he is talking that way I call his attention but instead of saying sorry he told me that I am a chicken who talk a lot. Then I tell him that he should be careful with what he says because he is talking with a teacher, I myself is professional but instead he replied oh yeah I'm a lawyer with the same arrogant tone he is using earlier and I told him to shut his mouth then he curse at me saying [censor], with that I give up and told him the argument is not worth it and end it. But, then I realize that if another customer will experience this they will not stop with it but call your attention through social media that is not good with your publicity. Since, most of my friends and coteachers are also your dealers I dont want that to happen again because it will tarnish your good reputation. I don't want this to happen with anyone because it really demoralize you and degrade you. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and I know you have the same perception. Your Avon Representative is making serious racial slurs on Facebook. Is this the kind of people you have representing your company? I don't think I will be making any purchases from Avon with people like this working for you.
I would post what she wrote on Facebook but it's too disgusting. She seems to have no prooblem using the "N" word and from what I've read this is not the first time she's posted such vile and disgusting racial slurs all thw while representing Avon!

Your customer service is absolutely horrible! I have called 3 times about Avon living magalogs that I have ordered and have gotten no where! The first time I called (Saturday August 26, 2017) your "specialist" told me I didn't order any with my C21 customers orders. So I got off of the phone with him and ordered 3 quantities. Then when those didn't arrive I called once more (on Thursday August 31, 2017) and the woman I spoke with said they will be shipped out in 7-10 business days! I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she said she couldn't cancel it because it has already been shipped, but she just told me they wont be shipped for about another week which makes absolutely no sense. So she assured me that once they arrive I can call and they will credit my money back to me. I waited and 2 days later my package arrived with an English order book and no Avon Living magalogs. I was furious! Once more I called (on Tuesday September 5, 2017) and spoke with a man that apologized to me and assured me that those other two times I ordered magalogs (yes he could see that i previously ordered a total of 5 orders of Avon Living magalogs) that I was not charged. He then helped me order some new ones. I told him I did not want the C19-22 magalogs because I only had 24 hours left until my C22 order was due (on Wednesday September 6, 2017) and that I wouldn't have time to get them to my customers. He agreed that they would be for C23 which I started today (Friday September 8, 2017). I did receive my box of Avon Living magalogs today and was eager to open the box but when I did it just made me even more livid. They were Avon Living magalogs for C19-22 which for me ended 2 days ago! I was definitely charged for these and I want my money back as I have no use for these at all. I love selling Avon and doing what I do but after this experience I no longer wish to sell if your customer service is going to have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about when I call and no clue how to fix the issue. I've only been an Avon rep for a month and this is not a good way for me to help boost my business.

I placed an order on the 31st August 2017 and informed it will be delivered within 24-72 hrs. Its been more than 120 hrs and the customer services agent has noted down a complaint with a tat of another 24-72 hrs. My customers are eaiting for their products. It's really disappointing to tell them one more day over and over.

Dear Sir, I'm old customer of Avon, resident in Riyadh . Recently I ordered several products before Eid (Islamic annual holiday). These products I neeeded them urgently this week. They were expected to be delivered today (28/8/2017) but surprisingly they weren't delivered. When asked, the delivery man told the representative that the headquarter in Jeddah had started their holiday vacation. How come? Still 2 days until the holiday. This is not the 1st time!
My request to take a serious action to deliver my order by tomorrow before the holiday. And prevent further delays in future.

I had been an Avon representive since the year 2016 just as a way of making a little extra money. However during mid 2016 I decided to not continue as I saw that it wasn't really making me any profit.
When that happens obviously I have outstanding balances so I start off by settling the Avon account, when I do pay that it results in me paying extra but I ask the surplus to be transfered to the Justine account. This was about a month, going on two... and they're still awaiting feedback from the admin department with regards to the transfer. I paid my Justine account since the wait would just cause more havoc...
Now they're telling me there's a shortfall for the Justine account.
I have been liasing with several different agents but still nothing gets done.
Is this just a delay to let the money build up interest enough to make you spend your whole life paying for it?
I've had it with this nonsense.

An Avon Representative is telling other people (customers) about a customer's personal financial information which is very un-ethical & un-professional. Finances are one of the #1 most confidential areas of a person's personal life. The Representative told other people (that has no business knowing) about a customer's banking information which can be most damaging. This Representative's bad business dealing makes the Avon Company look bad. I love Avon Products, have been ordering Avon for over 30 years, and sold it for 2 years. I've had wonderful Representatives until this one.
$300 nursing home credit
I've complained to the state twice already I will be making the 3rd. Your representative comes in my mother's nursing home and she gives people with no income credit. Hundreds of dollars a bill's family members a badgered to pay. The people's open them used them warn them. She's a horrible person and this is how she gets her bonuses from you .She's been asked to stop, the state spoke to her last time. She's a vulture and it needs to be stopped. I want to retrieve my father's monies he paid because hes an honorable man. I told him to leave her with with one of t hose big fat bills and she would stop letting my mother have things for free. I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau I'm gonna contact the news and I'm gonna contact an attorney this lady and the representatives that are like her are going to stop this and leave nursing nursing homes. If you can retrieve my father's money and remove this Woman and the ones like her from nursing homes and I will not continue with my efforts.

Jeanpierre is doing very bad business. Hes a fake and a phony. He hired me on false pretense and changed the terms of my compensation after.
Visit his store to purchase Ideal Flawless Foundation. Its expired. Part of my job at his store was to alter packaging to obscure expiration dates by either ripping the package or marking the date off with sharpie. Clearskin Porefessional Products get to shed their boxes when they reach the date. Plastic bottles get marked off with sharpie and then sprayed with alcohol. The date comes right off and he told me this is his "best life hack" In my 6 months working there, multiple women came back after unknowingly purchasing expired foundation to let us know that they had an adverse reaction to the makeup. It was my job as the "professional makeup artist" to convince the customer they must have an allergy to the ingredients.
There are TONS of expired mascaras the entire beauty bar is stocked with expired foundations. There is no standard of hygiene or sanitation the liptsick tester unit is absolutely disgusting and the Totally Kissable lipstick testers, in his very own words "will give you herpes for sure" He told me that his previous employee contracted Herpes from using his lipsticks. Everything is old and dusty. There was a fire last year. He wiped the soot and filth off the containers and restocked the shelves.
Oh the beauty bar. Ew. JP refuses to clean brushes, pay for brush cleaner or pay me for my time washing them. He believes that spraying them with alcohol is enough and that residual product molding in the brushes is not an issue. The brushes stink, they're moldy and the hair breaks off during makeup application.
The best part is that JP doesn't even care about makeovers. He spent a ton of money on a huge sign that says Makeover Center in an "attempt to draw a better demographic" and needs a makeup artist to help him pay for it. The previous sign read "Beauty Parlor" which the store is absolutely not. He is a fake and a phony and he's calling it "fake it til you make it" I'll tell you what it actually is. Its "fake it and pay someone $12 hour to make it while trolling grindr and leaving them in the store alone so you can go have sex with strange men from the internet".
He recently dropped in status as a leader. He has been pressuring me to sign up as a representative so he could pump leads into the account and order for his store from the account. His balance on his own account is over 15k and he has dropped to the bronze level. His intention was to make one account into one of what he used to be, and be able to order more and pay less because his Avon bill is so huge
He is trying so sooo hard but if you watch his videos you will see that his verbage is awful and his vocabulary is absolute trash for a college graduate. He can't spell and his grammar is atrocious.
He has also shared confidential information with me. I know everything that the people who couldnt take their cell phones into the meeting at headquarters know. I have fwd emails that I have no business having; JP is just mixy and catty.
I called this guy because I had some questions about Avon. When I complained about the cost of shipping he told me to piss off, I have called Avon corporate about him...
ordered lotion and didn't get it or my money back
I ordered 2 body lotions on March 17, 2017 and I paid for them. She didn't give a paper on the order. I haven't gotten my lotion or my money back. I call her but she doesn't answer.
