First of all I bought robes through Amazon made by Luxor Linens. The robes were monogrammed by Luxor an shipped by them. I received the robes and the first thing I did was wash them because of possible contamination of bacteria or chemical residues from other countries that manufacture products sent to the U.S.. When you see the picture of the robes on Amazon's website the label doesn't even have Luxor Linens name on it, probably embarrassed because of such inferior and poor quality. Now you go to "Luxor Linens " website all the labels have their name on the products imagine that!, My robes No name. Within all of the pictures depicted on Amazon's website there is a picture of all the measurements of the robes. Most 100% cotton will shrink between 12%-15%. The picture shows the Sweep or circumference around the robe from one end to the other. Luxor Linens website says 63" around, my robes are 52"around now, 13" over a foot smaller, when you do the math for shrinkage 12%=7.5"at 15%=9.5". Forget the sleeves, they are up past my elbows like a short sleeve shirt. When you try to close the robes don't even come close to overlapping to tie close, they look ridiculous. Spoke to one of the owners and he said he would send me one robe from "old inventory"?, free shipping, he did, this robe is worse. Made a claim through Amazon, was denied because it was past the 30day return policy.I did not send them back because when I spoke to one of the owners of Luxor Linens he said he wasn't going to take them back because it says in their return policy "no returns if monogrammed ", even though the robes are low grade poorly made. So in the end I have 3 crappy robes that I might just cut up to wash my vehicles with.

I order 5 beach towels from the Today Show promotion on June 8, 2016. My credit card was charged that same day. When I checked on my order today I was told it would be sent out by July 1, 2016. I was given my order number to reference. After following up on their website my order number still states " it is not a valid order number!" Also the tracking number I was sent for Fedex states it was generated on 6/9/16. They are trying to use the excuse " Due to a large volume". Yet the order number they gave me isn't in their system.

I needed a wedding / christmas gift combo and it seemed like I had the perfect find. The product represented was a luxury towels set in gift box with Bride Groom embroidery What I ordered was the Giovanni Signature Egyptian Cotton Turkish Towels from LuxorLinens.com Advertised delivery was to be guaranteed delivery by the 22nd. I reached out to customer service only get an automated response that the company offices will be reopening after the holiday weekend…. so nice for them while I am stuck here with no christmas gift ! The shipment has no movement until the 23rd and I only received them on the 29th ! So finally the towels arrive …. gift packaging was nice but guess what was inside 2 robes with Groom Groom Embroidery I literally had no words I finally reached customer service on the phone replacement is being sent out but regarding delivery time I was told some some crap about that I ordered the gift passed their 11pm EST shipping deadline, common really I placed the order 9:30pm PT on Dec 17th It says nothing on their shipping rules about EST, see for yourself. From Luxor Linens website "The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. Orders received Monday - Thursday by 11:00 PM normally leave our distribution center within 24-72 hours after the order has been placed. Weekend orders are processed the next business day" Also another things that really ticked me off is if you read the product description below. It says the product was made in "Turkey"…. WELL my towels were made in Portugal "Premium Giovanni Resort Towels are Meticulously crafted in Turkey to meet the standards expected from our 5-star hotel clients. Available in 3-pc set ( 1 Wash 1 Hand 1 Bath ) and 6-pc sets ( 2 Wash 2 Hand 2 Bath )” In the end they got the order right but I want to make other customers aware of what I had to go through.

I bought curtains and sheets from the company www.luxorlinens.com. I wasn’t happy with the purchase, because the colour of the curtains was completely different and didn’t match with the picture. The sheets arrived, but the size was wrong and didn’t fit me.I agreed with the seller to change the order, but after I have returned the order, seller hasn’t sent me new one. And heard nothing from this guy.

I ordered a set of sheets with them using a Living Social coupon. The confirmation email said I would receive my order no later than Christmas day, 2013. I have still not received my order and it is February, 2014! I have made every attempt to cal them, and email them. Both times I called they said my order would be shipped in the next few days and it wasn't. Other times I called I would be on hold for 20 minutes and the line would disconnect. I simply received no email back from the ones I sent. Thankfully Livingsocial refunded me, but not in original form of payment. AVOID LUXOR LINENS! They are a scam!

I wrongfully trusted Kijiji daily deals. Received an offer for a luxurious bathrobe normally selling for 260$ from Luxor Linens but offered by Kijiji daily deals at 99$ Thought it would be a great gift so I purchased it. Took some 3 weeks to receive it and when I did I was furious ! The worst thing I've ever seen and I'm a fashion designer by trade. Very poorly made (unfinished seams) When I washed it to get rid of the excessive starch that held it together, it fell apart at the seams. When I tried to contact Kijiji about this purchase gone wrong all I got for an answer was "to unsubscribe click here" ! Never received an answer until I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) who took charge in no time and finally received an answer and refund from Kijiji.
Luxor Linens is over charging for very crappy products, and Kijiji is pocketing wherever they can and hiding away after charging your credit card. Beware of both. The BBB is the place place to go when you get ripped off !
