Lycamobile USA review: Non renewal of service pre-paid after previous plan expired and phone simm lock

I have been told my pre-paid plan will start after the previous plan expired, well that never happened, instead I found my phone had locked! And sos was showing in my phone after trying by-pass think it was a glick of some type, later found it was not, it was the service, why did this happened and why was it not corrected, ruling out a possibility of a scamm or simm problem had never been out of the phone. Bbb has to be notified for $52.00 dollars paid for no rendered service after been a customer for almost 2 years.
