Lynx Air review: Cancelation of flight

We arrived at the airport two hours before my flight, completed check in and went through American Customs. My wife was randomly selected to be checked at customs and was cleared to go through. We made our way to the gate and waited for 2 hours until boarding. We were then called over when the plane was ready to bored and they told me I was Randomly selected to get searched again, the process took around 30 min. After that we were able to bored the plane, and once boarding was complete we were informed that the flight was cancelled.

We continued to wait another two hours to see what compensation and rescheduling of the flight was going to occur. I have paid for the hotel and now we are having to rebook the hotel even though they charged us for today we are also missing an event that we are going for, for business purposes . All West Jet flights still went ahead to Vegas without any problems and Lynx cancelled without notice or anything.

Our trip has yet to start and We have had a bad expereince with lynx
