Receiving magazines that I did not subscribe to!
As of the end of August 2015, I started receiving 2 magazines that I did not subscribe to. I found out thru one of the magazine's customer service department, that I had been subscribed, in my name, by M2Media Group! I was given this number to call them so they would cancel these two unwanted subscriptions! The number is: [protected]. When I called the number a recording sent me to this website to cancel the subs. : https://cancelmag.com. WTF? This reminds me of when the telephone companies "slammed" you and switched you, unknowingly, to their service! It's completely ILLEGAL! Please stop these scam artists from doing this!
magazine not ordered, account debited
M2 media solved my problem. Us weeklyt debited my account $34.00. They said the subscription came from m2. I called m2 at
[protected]. They were friendly and helpful. They cancelled the subscription, credited my credit card and offered to stop automatic renewals on other pending magazines I had low cost subscriptions to.
don't subscribe for them – fake and they didn't provide magazines
I subscribed for the magazine, which offered the company m2 media group. I paid money and waited for the magazines, but these jerks didn’t provide it. I went to the website again and sent them multiple emails and asked to cancel it, ‘coz it was only waste of my money. I got the promising response, but nothing changed. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
BEST # FOR THEM is [protected] Be nice and they will help you. Start yelling and you will get nowhere fast
placed an order for a magazine I did not order
Today I received a copy of instyle magazine. Had I actually ordered this magazine, I would have been thrilled. However, I did not order this magazine. When I went to the instyle web site to cancel my subscription, I was advised that the order came through a company named m2 mediagroup. Scam scam scam. I went to m2's site and advised them to cancel the subscription I never placed. I also mentioned they stole my identity to place the order. Unreal that this company gets away with this scam.
I too started receiving an unwanted subscription magazine that I did not order! When I went online to place an order with Wayfair.com, apparently there was an area I overlooked asking me if I would like a free subscription. I needed to uncheck the box if I did not want it. So be very careful when you place online orders. I called M2 Media Group direct in CT by dialing their local number. [protected]. I had start punching in random extension numbers and finally someone picked up, too my name and phone number and a woman called me back within a few minutes to help me cancel my unwanted subscription. Her direct line and name is: [protected] Susan. She looked up my subscription by my last name and address and confirmed who I dealt with that generated this "free" magazine. She cancelled it for me, and informed me that in the future, be careful to look for this information when placing online orders with anyone. The subscription is free and she said I was never charged. It's not really a scam people, you just need to scrutinize every online order you make for the hidden details.!
Did you recently use Vista Print? They sign you up for all sorts of unwanted services. You might check your bank balances. Chances are they took some of your money to pay for your own "gift." Vista Print is s c u m.
sending non-ordered magazines
M2 Media Group obtains through underhanded means people's Home Addresses, and then sends never ordered magazines to these individuals. Of course the recipients of these magazines are surprised and puzzled as to why they have a subscription to a magazine they never ordered. If they manage to learn from the magazine that it was actually arranged not through...

I started receiving People magazine 2 weeks ago. I have not knowingly subscribed to this magazine. It is not a magazine that I would subscribe to. The # that I was given to contact M2 Media Group gives you a phone tree. When I tried to unsubscribe, M2 Media Group says that I was given a free subscription through a purchase from a company and that neither I nor my credit card will be charged. It went on to give me website address that I could cancel my subscription. Sounds fishy to me and makes me rather nervous about my personal information on the site that I DID buy something.

unauthorized magazine subscriptions
Hi, just the latest... Got 2 unwanted allure mag subscriptions which promptly rang alarm bells for me... I checked my credit reports & bank statements and to my relief no unauthorized charges have been made (But I will be a bit paranoid from now on). I called allure who referred me to m2m media group - which I researched on first courtesy of this website. Now, the [protected] number works, but when I called in today, I had to try several times because it was going into voicemail and I did *not* want to leave any info in there... (Hmm, looks like they wised up, eh?) after awhile, a lady answered (I was very nice of course... Had to get this darn thing cancelled, right?) and she referred me to another department where a gentleman promptly cancelled my subscription to allure after telling me it was a 'free gift' for buying from fragrance.net (No more business from me from now on!). Lesson learned! Be careful of online purchases guys... Always read the fine print, even if you have to use a magnifying glass. Good luck to us all...

I received an unsolicited magazine subscription from these people. What is their end game. This is sleeze ball behavior. Why can't someone shut these people down?
receiving unsolicited magazines
I do not want any magazine subscriptions of any kind sent. Please remove me from any type of mailing list I am on.
unsolicited magazine delivery
I am 70 years old and recently received a Red Book Magazine with my correct name and address. I did not order this magazine. I called the New York office of Red Book and was told that they could not cancel the subscription and that I needed to call the M2 Media Group at [protected]. I called this number and was told through an auto message to go to the website and email a message to cancel the magazine. What can be done to stop this kind of thing?

m2 media group magazines
I received an "in style" magazine in the mail yesterday that I did not order. I called customer service at in style magazine and they referred me to m2 media group. I called [protected] thinking I would get a "live" person, but to my shock, all I got is recordings. No matter how many buttons and numbers I pushed, it was all recorded. I don't know what kind of scam "in style magazine" and "m2 media group" is running, but someone needs to get to the bottom of this!
My wife just started receiving Sports Illustrated for no reason, definitely did not order. No one in the household is at all interested in sports, let alone reading a magazine about sports! Where did this come from? Who is paying for this subscription? Why were was my wife chosen to receive it? How can these scam artists be stopped?!
I have received 2 magazines which I did not subscribe to, I hope I don't get anymore, I do not read magazines .So far I THINK I have one cancelled. I don't even know WHO M2 Media Group is!
identity theft
Complete scam artists and identity thieves. Randomly received men's health in the mail with my name. Called the magazine, they claim that m2 media authorized them to send me a 1 year supscription based on an order placed through them and to contact them directly. Been leaving messages and emailing them for 10 days straight and no response whatsoever.

unwanted magazine subscription
I just got an unsolicited magazine in the mail, and when I called the company to cancel, they said they were unable to cancel my subcription because M2 Media Group, who I have never done business with ordered it. I need to cancel this trash! I called the number the magazine gave me for M2, and could not get a person on the phone. I went to their web site...

m2 media group
Like others have already written, we received random subscriptions to magazines we neither ordered nor wanted, and when I called the magazines to find out how this happened, was referred to M2 Media Group in order to cancel. Prior to this I have never heard of M2 Media group, nor have I done business with any of the partner sites they list. The...
