free trial issues to magazines plus gift card
I was harassed about this and do not want ANY magazines or gift card and she kept telling me I had to take this offer which is not what I called about. I am 82 yrs old hard of hearing and understanding and should not have called about this supposedly free offer plus shipping of Beyond Biotics and Perfect Enzymes.
I do not need or want to read any magazines, I tried to tell her I did not want or need any of this, but she really badgered me and wouldn't stop.
Please get me out of this. I am a 24/7 care taker of a very sick husband and I do not need this kind of junk.

This business debited a charge to my checking account without my permission. They seemed to have removed it but I can't verify that I'm free of this unwanted service. they have phone numbers for customer service, but put you on lengthy hold... I did not sign up for this and have contacted my bank.
Ordering any product from infomercials is extremely risky because of who these companies hire to take their calls. Any number that is called from the tv to order a product or get information is being answered by another company. Credit card information is sold and personal information is sold to a data bank company and as you know, promises are not kept. Every "additional offer, " which is "Free Rewards Plus, " "Magazines, " etc, the company taking the calls for all infomercials benefits financially with these scams. Anyone who have elderly people in their families need to warn them about buying products on infomercials or even calling numbers from the tv, in order to protect them because that is who these companies prey on.
magazines
To whom it may concern:
My name is Edna Esquer, I want to inform you that the magazine rewards business has charged me on 10/2/2017 $20.00 for magazine services that I did not request. I am petitioning, asking for a refund. I did not subscribe for a membership. on the other hand, I am currently unemployed, and do not have any money to spend on magazines.
I hope you understand, my financial situation.
Thank you for your understanding,
Edna Esquer

$50.00 walmart gift card!
On 6/18/2017, I called the 800 number([protected])to discuss the offer I received in my Sunday newspaper, a free $50.00 Walmart Gift Card
On 6/18/2017, I called [protected], to discuss the Walmart Gift Card offer. When a lady answered, she explained that the gift card offer was presented in conjunction with a magazine offer: "you are entitled to receive up to 3 issues of your favorite magazines, absolutely Risk-FREE."
My "scam" antennae began to immediately perk up!
The lady, I think she said her name was Rosemary, then proceeded to rattle off about 50 various magazine titles from which I was to choose three. I asked her to pause while I checked to see if i could find the list online at magazine rewards+website. She began to get impatient. There was no list on line of the magazines offered, so I asked her to go slowly through her list, and I chose 3 titles.
She then explained that there was a number to call to stop the offer before they proceeded to extend the charges for a full year's subscription to each of the three magazines I had chosen. That number was [protected].
Intuitively, I asked what would happen if no one answered at that number.
she responded "I'm sure that someone would answer"
When I queried "What makes you sure. Have you tried calling that number?
or are you trying to tell me that sight unseen this was a trustworthy company and..." at this point she hung up on me.
My strong advice is"Stay away from this type of scam offer."
Why isn't there any oversight to protect us consumers from so many pervasive scams? Who is responsible for overseeing these potential scammers?
When I find the answers to this question, I will add it on to this report. Or, maybe someone who is reading this can answer the question. That would greatly please me.

I decided to try the free trail for 30 days so I could receive the $50 Walmart gift card, which I never received. I cancelled the subscription before April 10 like it said to do but they are still charging me! I just got some magazines yesterday and they arent even what I chose. Very disappointed and expecting to get my money refunded or my bank will dispute it. DO NOT ORDER THIS OR FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS! YOU HAVR BEEN WARNED.

Taking advantage and lies
They took 2.95 out of my checking account after I disputed the charges I received a letter from them saying that I signed up for a magazine and I would be charged 19 .95 monthly subscription fee for a magazine that I never signed up for they also had my Credit card number
I called them and told them that I never signed up for this and they started arguing with me I ask him how they got my credit card number and they wouldn't tell me so I had to cancel my card so I wouldn't get anymore charges this is a total scam

Good afternoon,
I still haven´t received the gift card for Walmart.
I did everything the correct way:
- I had a phone call with one of your representative
- my credit card was charged
- I decided to discontinue the trial
- I cancelled the trial in time
I was told that even if I discontinue it, I´ll still eligible to receive the gift card.
Please check from your side.
Thanks,
Anna
Hi there,
Can you please check the shipping status as I haven´t received any gift card yet.
Thanks,
Anna

walmart gift and magazine subscription
I accepted the $1.95 offer on April 13th to receive a $50 Walmart Gift Card and three trials of three magazines. I have received nothing: no gift card and no magazines. I have called twice to cancel the subscriptions and was only able to get voice mail. I am tired of trying to get through to talk to a customer representative. You need to cancel my subscription immediately. If this situation is not resolved immediately, I am prepared to take your company to court. My account number is [protected] and I can be reached at [protected].

no magazines, no place on website to unsubscribe, no answer on phone
I was contacted by phone, the Woman was very pushy and I agreed to the "Trial" 3 mo. subscription of three Mag's I could careless about, eventho I had kept saying no. She continued to suggest that I donate them to a hospital or somewhere, so I agreed. Since then even tho I was told I could unsubscribe at any time I can't reach them by Phone or their website! I am very disappointed that I fell for this! AND NO Magazines either! Mrs. Craig ID# [protected]
charged $1.95 - no magazines recd
We were given tall claims about the magazines & charged $1.95 & were to receive 3 magazines in the 30 day trial offer...
We never recd the magazines... Called their customer service... & a very rude person said that $1.95 was the authorization fee & since we cancelled the service within 30 days she cannot do anything... & they cannot contact the publication to check about the status of the magazines... It can be lost in mail etc etc & there is nothing she can do to help
Thank god we cancelled before being charged more... Else we would be paying for nothing... No magazines have been received.
This is absolute cheating & fraud going on ! Shouldn't they check on why those magazines were not delivered...
everything
i got into this because it sounded ok. i started in jan 2017 and it is now feb 27, 2017- no magazines delivered and nothing else they told me about. they just want to keep charging me money. i tried to call- closed-told to go on a computer site -no can do- it won't work. site swain to call- closed. and so it goes. and these callers wonder why people get pissed at the offers they send you.

digital recording traps the consumer
This company will call you and the digital recording, "sales message, " will not be clear to exactly hear the questions, it says, "say yes to receive your $100.00 free gift card for joining the plan, note; this does not exist. One specific issue is you have to spend about $100.00 to receive the visa card. The result is to sell you on something and use the lying techniques to get you to join, and they never said they were a, "Book Club." These guys are desperate and breaking the law by using an electronic device to illegally trap the consumer by telling them something else, This is boiler room sales from individuals from a different country other than the United States of America. Thank you concerned citizen, against others who rob from the honest tax payers. Had to cancel card at primary bank and block their business name and associates from doing business and lying to get credit card numbers.
The foreign advisors are nasty to cancel your membership, which the recording is not clear to trap

scam
My elderly parents took advantage of a 3-month free trial of magazines. When their credit card was charged after the trial period, we called to cancel. We asked to speak to someone about reversing the charges given my elderly parents' circumstances and the fact that they never intended to renew a subscription. The customer service representative said there was no one we could speak to and our only option was to send an email request. We did, however, never heard back. Then, the following month, my parents found another credit card charge. We emailed the same email address but the email bounced back as undeliverable. We called customer service again and demanded to speak to someone. Again, we were told that no one was available to speak by phone. The representative finally gave us the name of "Tori Roberts" and a phone number. We called and left a message for Ms. Roberts have not heard back. This appears very suspicious and this company is taking advantage of senior citizens.
magazines and gift card
They debited my card on 10/1 for $1.95 for the magazines I have not received my magizine or Walmart card they keep saying 12 weeks after 10/20 and still nothing. I'm getting tired of the run around they keep giving me. I either want my stuff or they admit it's a scam everytime I contact them they tell me something different as of now they say it's being processed which is bull because I should have received it by now. They are scamming people saying that they have nothing to do with the magazine so why are they charging you if they have nothing to do with it.
magazine rewards plus (a rewarding way to try magazines)
I was offered to take advantage of this offer in which I would receive 3 different magazines for $14.95 billed to my discover card... I am suppose to receive these magazines in a few weeks. They assured me I could cancel at any moment before 3 months with no charge. I have attempted over and over again to call their #[protected].
I was told I had 6 minutes to wait and was #12th in line. As minutes passed them informed me where I was on that list etc. When it came to my turn they said they were receiving many calls and simply hung up. I then called the same number and was told to hold. That time a message said "we are closed for the holidays"... Sounded fishy so checked their status on line. Need I say more?

you can't upload the form to get the 50.00 walmart card.
They promise you a 50.00 dollar Walmart card: if you order the veneer teeth they advertise on tv. So I place an order., then they offer the magazines to get the gift card. The teeth are horrible and look very fake. makes you look bucktooth. So as of 11/29/16 I have cancelled the magazine subscription and cancelled the order for the teeth on 11/27/16. I don't want the magazines at all! They better not bill me for anything, as I stated I already cancelled on 11/29/16. This is truly a RIPOFF! (SCAM)
unauthorized charges on my credit card
On October 31 2016, I became aware of a reoccurring charge of $19.95 on my Chase credit card every month. I have had similar problems in the past with accepting promotions so i am VERY CLEAR when talking to operators and turning down what ever they have to offer. I DID Not authorize trial or deal and have not used any portion of your promotion. I want full refund and interest payed at 17.99%. which is what I paid. Please contact me by Phone and by email. I have waited the ten business days to speek to someone of authority in which, no one was available nor was an explaination given as to what was going to be done and why. but I was, apparently given a refund of $79.80.
I want to talk to a"Corporate Manager" as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number in which, and to whom I can address my concerns. Thank You for your prompt action, Lynnette R. Hoy-Dingmann, 2063 Raccoon Trail, Pollock Pines Ca 95726. I can be reach at [protected] or [protected]. email is [protected]@comcast.net
never received magazines or free gift card
I was to receive 3 FREE magazines and a free Walmart gift card from this company, as yet I have NOTHING! Everytime I contact them they give reasons for the delay. I placed the order the middle of September and I have heard nothing from them. Spoke with them today and was told it would take about 12 weeks for the magazines. The gift card would arrive sometime in December! I did cancel future magazine though, so I am thinking they are sending nothing because they want a sale from me. I will NEVER deal with them again because I think they are liars and are ripping people off!
Never received my $50 Walmart Gift card and my voucher was mailed out on 8/8/2016. Since I had NOT received any of the magazines (free trial) I was forced to cancel the subscriptions, which I was able to do on 8/23/2016 Cancellation # 94684. I should have received the gift card on or around 10/3/2016, WHERE IS IT?
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I was supposed to get a list of free things I did not get any of them . I never got any of the three magazines I was to try for free. It started with a coupon supposed to give me a free 50$ wallmart gift card. And other coupons and freebies that I did not ever get.
Worst of all is they sent the charge to my CC for 19.95. I tried to cancel this charge but the cancel phone number was stuck in a loop that asked in a recording over and over please enter your phone number followed by the # sign. I did that 7 times. No one answers the phone. Called the order number and the lady hung up on me when I told her what happened. I called again got a nicer lady but she just had the same number to give me.
No help, now this charge is on my CC statement as pending today but if I cannot cancell before midnite they are going to charge me for magazines that I only said I would try. And that I have not gotten.
I want this charge removed from my CC and I don't want these magazines.
I also want this flawless creme $99.97 refunded. Free trial.
I want to cancel my magazines rewards

Thank you
Supposedly this was charged to my credit card account from my phone number. I would never order magazines over the phone. I saw the charge of $19.95 on my bill With "MGZ RWD [protected]
30 BUXTON FARMS RO, CT 06905" and did not recognize this charge. I called the number but all it would say is to put in the phone number in which I accepted this offer but I didn't accept the offer. It just kept saying that and nothing else. I contacted my cc company and submitted a dispute but I also noticed that it had a "Y" by recurring billing indicator. This is fraudulent and I hope that others are not caught up in this mess. My advice is to never say the word "yes" to any question on the phone!
