Haven't received my order. And they won't return my emails or answer my calls
First I'd like to say I have NEVER had an issue with this company in the past 2 years that I've been shopping with them up until the past couple months. I placed an order on June 21st for 24.91 and it's July 29th and I still haven't received my order. My shop app tells me that a label was created but the package never made it to USPS. The same happened to the order right before this one but they got it fixed after I emailed them about it. I mentioned in that email that the same thing happened with this order but now I've emailed them 6 times about it and received no reply I've also called 3 times during hours and haven't been able to get through to anyone. I have been as polite and understanding as possible but now I'm content on never buying from them again.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. And id like a response or compensation for my troubles this is absolutely unacceptable
Well they responded to my email after I posted this and said they where looking into it and "if the replacement hasn't been shipped" they would issue a refund. I gotta feeling they gonna try and ship it now instead of give me my refund and I'm not going for. You'd think when dealing solely to witches and Magick users they'd act right. We will see though.
Review: Cool Finds at Magick Planet, but Lack of Communication
my order. But overall, Magick Planet (magickplanet.com) looks like a cool website with lots of cool stuff for people who are into the mystical and magical. There's a lot of different things to choose from, like tarot cards, crystals, candles, and more. The website is pretty easy to navigate and the prices seem reasonable.
I'm really excited to get my order, but I do wish there was a little more communication. Like I said, I haven't received a tracking number yet, and it's been four days since I made my purchase. I understand that things can get busy, but I'd love to know when I can expect my order to arrive.
Anyway, I'm optimistic about my experience with Magick Planet so far. I think it's a cool website with lots of cool things, and I'm looking forward to doing some more shopping in the future. I'll update this review once my order arrives, so stay tuned for more!
Unhappy with Magick Planet: Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery
I gotta say, my experience with Magick Planet was not too good. Their customer service was really terrible, I mean, I don't think I've ever seen such bad service before. And on top of that, I still haven't gotten the stuff that I ordered, which really sucks. I gotta say, I am seriously, SERIOUSLY unhappy with this whole situation.
I mean, seriously, I don't think I'm ever gonna use Magick Planet again. I was really looking forward to getting my stuff, but now I don't even know if it's gonna arrive at all. I'm just so disappointed, you know? It's really frustrating to have to deal with such bad service, especially when you're really excited about something.
All in all, I would definitely say that if you're thinking about using Magick Planet, you should probably think twice. I don't wanna tell anyone what to do or anything, but I just feel like it's important to share my experience so that other people don't have to go through the same thing. So yeah, I'm definitely not a fan of Magick Planet.
