I'm really happy with my Mallett building. Hurricane Ida tore the roof off my house, but my Mallett building, which was 80 feet away, didn't have any damage. It was in perfect shape. Even after the hurricane, all the doors could open and close without any problems. The building is really strong.

I had a grate experience with Mallett Buildings and their sub-contractors. ***, who build my building, was profishent, responsive, and fast. All the other subs worked with my strange requests and tolerated my questions. LOL. Love my building!

Great customer service from start to finish. Everything in the process was explained well during initial visit. Everything went according to plan. I keep telling my family and friends about Mallett Buildings. I wouldn't think twice about doing business with them again.

Customer service is really bad. They're not consistent and seem to have too many jobs, so things take forever. They blame it on other stuff, but others had the same problem before the hurricane and Covid. All the people who actually do the work are from third parties, so nobody communicates. The builders didn't even know which way to put the building, and they almost messed it up. The concrete finisher told us we needed a trough, then immediately asked for a check and left to deposit it because his daughter was getting an apartment. It was a bit strange to me and seemed planned. We spent $25,000 and expected better than this. I'm not impressed and won't recommend or use them again.
