Manny's Air messed up my place. They dropped a drill from the attic and broke my washer, but they didn't tell the boss. The crew didn't clean up after themselves, so there was trash and insulation all over my laundry room and garage. I called the main office to complain on the same day they did the work. I even sent them pictures and a video, but it's been a whole week and I haven't heard anything back from the boss or the salesperson who was in charge of my job. They don't know how to treat customers right, and their workers don't know how to follow the rules.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Manny's Air. I've had to call them out a bunch of times this year to fix my *** unit, and it just keeps having the same dang problems. The service techs keep trying to fix it, but it's like they're only putting a band-aid on it. I'm getting pretty fed up with this whole situation, and I think it's time for the owner to step in and take care of it themselves. I don't want to keep going through the same old song and dance with these service calls. It's time for some real action.

We got a new air conditioner from Manny's air on June 3rd. The unit failed a few weeks later, and they had to change the capacitor. We asked for a new unit, but they said no. The unit failed again on June 18th, and they had to change the capacitor and the condenser motor. We asked again for a new unit, but they said no again and told us to contact the manufacturer. We didn't choose that manufacturer, so we're not responsible for contacting them. Manny's Air offered us that brand and unit. We paid *** dollars for a brand new AC, and we don't want to deal with a defective unit in our home anymore. It's causing us stress and negative consequences. We had to leave the house and pay for a hotel during extremely high temperatures in Phoenix. The customer service was rude and poor.

Bad experience. We had an appointment with Manny's air on Wednesday 7/27 because our air conditioner was making a loud noise. But it broke down, so we called them back and they said they would come if they had any cancellations. They came on Friday 7/29, but they were late. We told the assistant on the phone (Wednesday) that the fan in the air conditioner had broken off. When the employee arrived today, he asked us what the problem was. We explained that it was the fan inside the unit that had come apart. He didn't open the A/C unit or look deeper into it. He just glanced at it and said "Oh yeah, it's the fan." They didn't bring any parts to fix it and still charged us for the service call, even though they didn't do any maintenance, repair, or even an observation. We had to stay at a hotel with our pets because there was no air conditioning. They said they couldn't get the part and come to fix it until Monday. We called another company and they came within a few hours with a new fan and fixed our A/C unit. We've been loyal customers for over 12 years, but we won't be anymore.
