Marlboro 100’s (Marlboro Light 100’s)
I bought a pack of Marlboro 100’s Saturday morning, March 4th from Family Dollar on Junius in San Angelo TX and have come down with a terrible upper respiratory issue. They tasted weird and smelled bad. I THOUGHT IT WAS ME BEING SICK THAT WAS CAUSING ME TO THINK THIS! Turns out its old moldy cigarettes. I still have the things if you want them back. Ive attached a picture of the numbers on the box.
Desired outcome: I want upper management at Marlboro to smoke one of these things to understand how bad my chest hurts right now. Then I want free cigs for the rest of my life and a new truck to show how sorry they are for doing this to me.
Damaged carton of cigarettes
Hi my name is Brittany I purchased a carton of your malbro nxt cigarettes yesterday from my local Murphy gas station and when I got home an open my carton almost every pack of cigarettes look to have some type of mold on them as if the package had gotten wet then dried an sold. I would really like it if someone could fix this or make this issue right. Thanks

Good Day , I'm really upset because I bought a packet of cigarettes and there was atleast 5 cigarettes in that packet that didn't have the pop flavor in it , it tasted like a normal cigarette and not a menthal flavored one , I'd there some kind of issue in the production of it , I've been smoking this for the last 2 years and never had any issues and now it's making me want to change my brand

Back in october of 2022… I stopped at the tobacco shop. The border of missouri and iowa… I bought 2 cartons of marlboro menthol black cigarettes… 100s…
About 80% of those cigars in the 2 cartons had cracked cigarettes in them… I didn’t think anything of it …. Until! I stopped again on dec 26, 2022! And purchased 2 more cartons… these also have cracks (wholes) in them… all but one of the carton boxes have been trashed… I do still have one carton box… I still have I think 7 packs not open on this last carton…when I go to open my next pack i’m gonna video tape opening this pack and check each cigarette 🚬 so I have proof…. I would have never thought … i’d have to do this… I mean seriously cigarettes are a damn arm n a leg anyhow!
I’m thinking you need to have a better quality control! I have been smoking for almost 30 years now… and prices r outrageous!

Marlboro reds carton
I read various complaints about cartons of cigarettes being stale, old and dry. That was exactly what happened to me the past 2 months after buying cartons from 2 separate places. Publix and circle k. They tasted horrible and I also had an issue with the cigarettes going out 2 seconds after taking a puff. Did something change in the make up with in the last 2 months?
I also am a Loong time smoker of Marlboro reds. I am also out almost $160.00 for 2 cartons I purchased. What can I do to make this right. I also never complain when something is not right, I usually just don't go back, or I don't buy their product again. If something changed in the makeup of the Marlboro reds than I have to change smokes or style as these 2 cartons were unreal harsh and nasty. I gave a few packs away and tossed them -- I could not do it. Myu throat was sore and something was just not right . Please let me know whats going on :(

I used to get monthly coupons towards my cigarettes. Recently the site told me to add the app to my phone for future coupons. There is no app for iphones. I was talking on-line with a representative, about this problem, when all of a sudden it took me back to the original screen. How can I continue to get my monthly coupons if I can't request them on-line anymore?

Carton of marlboro reds
After purchasing a carton of Marlboro reds I opened the first pack and they tasted AWFUL and burned through the tobacco way faster than usual. Upon further inspection the tobacco felt coarse under my fingers and real dry. It had gone stale in my opinion. And every other pack in the carton had the same problem. I had to throw them away, now I’m out $100. I would really appreciate it if I can get a refund. I’ma long time smoker and have always chosen Marlboro, I’ma loyal customer asking for your help cause money is super tight at the moment. I’d really appreciate it, thank you so much

Hello I previously had a Marlboro account with quite a few points my ex hacked it I had to lose them that was a previous call. Also my Daddy sister & fiancée never recieved their coupons as well. Rewards item never received
I used 15,000 points to order the JBL Wireless headset on 11/16/2022, have called 3 times and was told the item was backorder, although my item had shipped and I tracked it. Both UPS and USPS say they never received the order. Customer no service is a broken record if "its on backorder" "call back in 7 days, 10 days, even 30 days! It does not show out of stock in the catalog!
I asked to just return my 15,000 points and I would get something else... They said they can not do that!

I'm surprised with all the complaints that the people who work in management haven't stepped in and investigate their horrible rude employees.

Ordered a $50.00 Cabela's card back at the beginning of November 2022. I never received it and have contacted them on 3 separate occasions only to be told we do not have any in stock and to contact them again next week!
It should not fall upon the customer to follow up with them. They should be able to enter it in their database and automatically ship the new card out when available and then notify the customer via email.
I spent an hour trying to get through on chat today and this is totally unacceptable!
Desired outcome: I want my Cabela's card or a Visa card of the same value.

09-01-2023 I paid $35+ for a packet of tobacco cigarettes, Listen; I used to be an avid enjoyer of this product and now it no longer tastes like tobacco, my complaint is that I paid for tobacco from Marlboro that isn't what it should be, there is stalk I them and poison to taste, while it does specify on your packaging that it is poisonous, I am concerned that you are doing this in a malicious deceiving way. If it is no longer an actual tobacco cigarette and rather it is a poisonous noxious agent sold to consumers as a cigarette, why are you not in prison? On this basis alone, if we cannot come to an agreement then surely you should pay for my court costs for any legal liability. As a consumer of my free choice, you have removed the option of quality that you owe the consumer from your product, I. E if you substitute caffeine and still sell it as coffee and what you substitute it with can harm or kill the consumer, You must be liable for false impressionism and intent to injure. I am concerned you think you had to substitute tobacco with poisonous chaff at all unless it is with preconceived fateful notion. I am very disappointed.

Marlboro Menthol Black 100's
I bought a pack of my normal cigarettes. Opened them and the cigarettes themselves were different. Blue writing above filer. No rings on filter. And the filter is smaller. I redeemed points for a $25 visa card back on 8/19/22. Never arrived, you guys said you sent out another on 11/1/22 , never recieved this either. You guys told me on phone this has been a reoccurring problem with a lot of consumers but then told me that there's nothing else yall will do for me. You guys apparently are using a vendor who is stealing the gift cards and just telling yall they are sending them out. You guys need to refund points to everyone who was affected by this misleading and malicious rewards offer. the cigarettes are defective! every cigarettes that i smokes until now stops burning in two places! it's because of the unequal density or because of how they are processed...
basically i throw away 1/3 of each cigarettes because it's not possible to smoke! and i need to relight each one several times

Not receiving a rewards item.
I purchased a $ 25 Visa debit card with my Marlboro codes. I made the order on 10/01/22. I received an email from Marlboro stating my order had been mailed out on 10-10-2022. I have sent several emails stating I have not received my Visa card. The first couple of emails I received from Marlboro said 7to10 business days to receive order. Then another email 2 to 4 weeks, the last email said to wait until Nov 7th. I did and still no order from Marlboro. I used 15,000 of my Marlboro points that's not something I just saved up over night and this is not the first order I've made, however, last year I did receive my order. I've saved up and used quiet a few points in the last year. I find it frustrating that I haven't heard anything back from Marlboro after receiving the last email a week ago stating my email had been forwarded to the appropriate dept. I think that if a person saves up for a promotion for a company that person should at least have things explained as to why or how they haven't or didn't receive their order. Marlborough Gold hard pack shorts
I recently traveled to Mississippi leaving California to go on a fishing trip. I bought 2 cartons of Marlborough Gold. I was on a fishing vacation and smoked 1 and 3/4 cartons. The cigarettes would not stay lit only if I puffed on them all the time and they had a foul taste to them which did not make me feel good.. Travel home still having a few packs would offer to send them back so they could test they could test them. I will include the manufacturer's number on the pack as a picture for proof proof. Dear Sir . I have a McD approved shop on New delhi .I wish to bring the unethical behavior of your Marlboro Supervisor by the name of Mr. Ravi Kant who has been assigned to our area. This gentlemen in question openly demands money for getting the Marlboro display to be arranged at shops. I myself had a display of Marlboro at my shop for about 24 months. Mr. Ravi Kant had charged Rs. 30000 from me for getting the display approved for my shop. I paid him the amount and display got sanctioned for my shop. Of late he has started asking for my money to be paid to him for continuing the display. On being questioned Mr. Ravi Kant got angry with me and removed the display from my shop. On top of that he threatens me to approach anyone in Marlboro. To make the matters worse he was instrumental in getting the Marlboro cigarette supply stopped at my place. With this mail I would like to question as to how people of such professional ethics can represent Marlboro. He openly threatens that I am free to approach anyone and he will make sure that I will not get supplies as well as display from Marlboro. On interrogation from other shops I have found out that he charges money from all the shopkeepers. With this mail I would like to seek your kind intervention in the matter.
