Perfect Vape There legit

Bottom line is all these under age kids trying to buy an elfbar get mad when asked for ID and can't produce it...Then an only then perfect vape can seize your funds and give you nothing. If your if age you have nothing to worry about.. trust me.. I'm 41 btw . I live in Boston ma from ordering to receiving is 10 days. Hope this helps legit people thinking about using perfect vape

Perfect Vape I have purchased the Hyde rechargeable vape pens from this site

I have purchased the Hyde rechargeable vape pens from this site. Almost half of all my purchases the vape pen gets half way and leaks out everywhere.. since I had already used them by the time they started leaking I didnt complain.. however when I made my latest purchase of yet another hyde vape pen I finally get it in the mail to only discover that this one wont even work straight out of the packaging. So I file a return request with the company just to be rejected. So you make money off me and I get screwed and get nothing out of it. If you cant back the products your selling then your scamming people. All I wanted was a replacement for my purchase that did not work at all straight out of the packaging. Terrible customer service, terrible company! Dont waste your money and get screwed like I did!

I purchased items from perfect Vape twice. The second order had 5 items. One item does not work. I asked to return it on the website because it does not charge. I received an email saying request rejected. No explanationjust rejected in bold letters. Then I saw the rating on the website. I clicked and saw they had tons of complaints. *** learned.

Perfect Vape I would give zero stars if it was an option

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Bought 5 vapes, nowhere did it say we must open and try every single one within *** hours of receiving or you cant get a replacement. Obviously NOBODY is going to need to open and smoke five separate vapes at once, so of course we didnt. We went to open one yesterday, brand new, and it does not work at all. It wont hit, it wont charge, its just completely a broken vape although the package had never been open. Perfect Vape refuses to stand by their product and will not replace the broken non-working brand new vape they sold us and we wasted our money on. I have bought vapes locally that were faulty, and have never had issue getting a replacement. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Save your money! They sell broken items and then refuse to replace the broken items that they sold you!

Unless you are located in the same state and can actually talk to someone in person about an order, don't come here. You are subject to paying not only for your order and shipping, but if the package is not delivered to your address and you want a refund, you get less than 75% of what you paid back. Don't waste your time.

Sent me nicotine salts that were not sealed, leaked in the package and no seal on the bottle. They refused to accept the return. They did give me a $10 credit, which I will never use because they send out product that is not sealed and expect you to use it.Would you use Tylenol if the bottle was not sealed? I sure as heck would not.Same applies to nicotine salts but they expect me to use it.

Perfect Vape Around the last week of June 2022, I placed an order with Perfect Vape

Around the last week of June 2022, I placed an order with Perfect Vape. When the order failed to arrive within two weeks, I checked the status of the provided tracking number. The USPS website stated that they were still waiting for the parcel. Meaning that they have never shipped it. I reached out to them via email and waited two days for them to reply, but they never did. I sent them a second email and they ignored that one too. The only thing that got their attention was when they received from their credit card merchant that I disputed the charge for not receiving my order. That is when the owner of the company sent me a long and nasty email while also telling me to never order from them again. Trust me, I won't. Perfect Vape runs a bunco scheme that needs to be brought to the attention of The Office of The Oklahoma State Attorney General.

My minor son placed a order and use my card and a different address to do so. I was asked to do a identification check with my ID after was proven it was me they was emailing to cancel my order. They insisted they could not cancel *** the order was placed on the 20th which I have pictures where it states it was placed today! No refund nothing! I'm just screwed now and they was going to sell to a minor!

I have only had one issue which was I was missing 1 item out of at least 10. I emailed them about it, got a prompt response and an immediate store credit. I order from them often and was very happy that my last order arrived quicker than normal. I will continue to be a customer because I've never had any issues. Shipping isn't their fault once the pkg leaves their warehouse so I understand if it take a little bit.

Perfect Vape Placed an order for coils on 4/11

Placed an order for coils on 4/11. I emailed them on 4/16 after no progress and they they take 1-5 business days to complete order fulfillment. So on Friday 4/17 I emailed again and was told I can expect to see an update by the day end. However nothing happened again. So I called in and someone told me that they are "going to work on Sunday and ship my order on Sunday". As expected nothing happened, I emailed and called them on Monday 4/20 after I see my order status change to "pending" and the lady now said my item is now OUT OF STOCK and without apologizing offered store credit or a full refund to my card. I wish I had come here before even giving them a cent and seen all the horrible reviews they have. If anyone is here before they buy, please, unless you want to waste time/money, do not bother with this company. Take your business somwehere else. Perfect Vape more like Perfect Scam

First off, let me say I absolutely love this company and how kind the customer service agents that work there are to the customer. I only do mail order for my vape supplies and disposables. They have the absolute best prices I have been able to find. They offer a free rewards program and will bend over backwards to help with a order problem. Prior to the pandemic, I had never had an issue and did not have to utilize there customer service. Then the pandemic rolled into 2021 and this company, like many others was bombarded with orders and Im sure workers that got sick. I received one of my orders, short some of the items and there was a confusing issue with another that took some time to sort out. ***, the customer service rep who helped me was very kind and helped me sort everything out. I will continue to be a customer and continue to share there information with friends. I am glad to be a loyal customer.

Perfect Vape They sold me a defective Kanger battery

They sold me a defective Kanger battery. When charging on a Kanger charger the light on the charger should turn green to indicate a full charge. I get an ORANGE/YELLOW light indicating a defective battery. I contacted customer service and they initially said it sounds defective but then the supervisor sent me an email asking for a video of the battery malfunctioning. What? I told her a video was not applicable and sent her a pic of the defective battery attached to my Kanger charger clearly showing the ORANGE/YELLOW light. She then told me that they would have to test it and if found OK they would charge me $4 to send it back. This item cost me $9 to start with. Kanger gives it's distributors a liberal return policy. Perfect Vape did nothing to help me and put unwarranted obstructions, a video demand, in my way in addition to additional costs. They are wholly untrustworthy and I'd be very careful dealing with them. BEWARE.

They like to make excuses about every little thing that happens. They dont want to problem solve when an issue arrises. This company is like flipping a quarter, you either hit heads and your order comes shortly, or it hits tails and your order takes one month to figure out what's wrong. Manual verification is a complete joke. I will use my card with the same address and somehow the address is wrong when i order with them. Even if my order finally goes through, the next time i order, i will have to deal with the same headache. I shouldn't have to ride a company to get my order sent. If you are a patient human being who doesn't want to have to email the company multiple times to get anything done, don't order from them. You will have to be on them to get anything sent. I first thought that these negative reviews were people withdrawing and wanting their *** , but I now realize its that, plus the lack of ability for the company to have any organization. "

Perfect Vape I purchased a Geek Vape Aegis X from PerfectVape in April, by September it had stopped turning on

I purchased a Geek Vape Aegis X from PerfectVape in April, by September it had stopped turning on. I chalked it up to a dud and purchased another one on September 29th, which was delivered on October 1st. By November 1st I had the exact same issue, so I e-mailed their customer service. This was part of the response I received, I do apologize Perfect Vape can no longer compensate for defective mods as it has been past the 30 day warranty. So because I e-mailed them 31 days after I received the mod, they cant help me. Thats 2 Aegis Xs that dont work in a little more than 6 months, over $100, and they cant help me. Not to mention that Geek Vapes warranty states that their products are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase and to go through the retailer. So either theyre in direct violation of their warranty, or theyre not an authorized dealer. There was nothing perfect about my experience with PerfectVape.com. I will never order from them again, and I suggest you do the same.

Perfect Vape Horrible company

Horrible company. Extremely slow and doesn't communicate with their clients in a timely fashion. I ordered a vape for my wife on Feb 10th (nearly a month ago). It took them 2 weeks to tell me they didn't have the color I ordered in stock and offered me other color options. I wasn't pleased and I just ended up ordering elsewhere, but continued to pursue this since I already paid. I figured, I'll have a backup for her in the end. Each correspondence with this company took nearly a week for them to respond. We went back and forth a couple times and I agreed on another color. They sent me an entirely different color. I emailed them back and complained, asked for an exchange for the color I actually asked for as my 2nd choice. They tell me they will email me a return label for me to ship it back. That was 3 days ago...no label yet. I think I'm just going to keep this incorrect color because it'll take another month to get a new one. Just ridiculous. Don't buy from this company. They are extremely slow. If you need a vape quickly, go somewhere else.

Perfect Vape Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered 6 disposable (one time use) vapes from their online store. Just like any normal human I opened up ONE for use after they were delivered and used it until it ran out, which was about 3 days. At this point I moved on to another one from that order and it did not work. I emailed customer service explaining the issue and was totally dismissed and denied with them stating its my fault for not checking EVERY PRE PACKAGED DISPOSABLE upon delivery. Now if this *** knew anything about vaping they would know there a reason that the mouth piece and air intake come covered, and that is to stop the juice from losing flavor or drying on the wick before a customer is ready to use. So basically this *** wanted me to open six *** puff disposables and use them within 48 hours so if one was faulty they could return it. We are talking about a $12 item that I know for a fact if they took back and replaced(like any upstanding business would), the manufacturer would have replaced it for them. Any *** that is this dismissive of legitimate issue's their customers have is a downright bad *** and the vape industry does not need them.

Perfect Vape This company is a joke

This company is a joke. They are knowingly selling faulty products and wont replace them when they arrive broken. Save yourself the time and energy and order somewhere else. I have ordered rechargeable disposable vapes from them every 3 weeks for the last 6 months or so, roughly 10 vapes at a time. One of the vapes on my last order arrived broken; making this the third time that has happened. The first time, I emailed them twice to let them know and they never responded. I shouldve known better than to order from them again, but i went ahead and ordered from them again. Two shipments later, another vape arrived broken and leaked out in the mailing envelope, so I emailed them again. They responded saying that they wouldnt do anything about it because it had been 48 hours since it arrived in my mailbox. Mind you, I had ordered 10 vapes (the big ones with *** puffs) and didnt think to check every single one right when they came in. I was mad, but I kind of understood itSomeone could lie about it to get stuff for free. Then, 3 orders later, I knew to check them all as soon as they came in, so I emailed them within 24 hours letting them know about it. Their response was asking for the serial numbers, for pictures, for another email describing In exact detail what was wrong with them. Then, they asked me to send in a personal video of me hitting the vape to prove that it didnt work! They still wouldnt replace it.Im literally shocked that this company could lack such basic professionalism over $20. I would advise anyone considering using this company to think twice, and instead of buying from them, go to 1 of the other 100 companies that sell the same products at the same price- and will guarantee it to work. If this place is willing to sell broken products and not correct a situation to save themselves $20, what other corners are they cutting?

I've been ordering from a certain shop for over a year now. I must say I always get superior customer service, regardless of whether I'm ordering the perfectly blended house juice or replacement parts for my Vape Mod. There were two different times I needed replacement glass (once when my local vape shop didn't carry my tank, and another time when they were closed), and each time the glass sent was incorrect. However, matching replacement glass is tricky without comparing it directly with the tank. Both times, a customer service agent assisted me with great pleasure. The first time, they sent a return slip which I used to send the incorrect glass back and promptly received the right one. The second time, about a year later, the same agent advised me to keep the incorrect glass and offered me store credit or another solution. I didn't have to wait for days for an email response; the replies came within minutes, almost like a real-time conversation. When I mentioned I didn't mind returning the glass, the agent informed me they couldn't accept returns due to health precautions. I had forgotten about that, especially since I'm high-risk and under doctor's orders to stay home. The agent promptly credited my account and added an extra $5 for my patience and loyalty. So with this shop, you get not only quality products but also exceptional customer service if an issue arises.

Order #503130, I will basicaly be copying and pasting my conversation between me an customer service, Me- Yes placed an order on november 4th recieved an email the next day on the 5th saying it shipped but there was no tracking number assigned to it yet, and its now the 12th, 8 days since i placed my order and i still havent received tracking or any other update on my order, Customer Service response 4 days later on November 16th- Michael, It seems *** has just alerted us that they lost your package. We will be reshipping your order out to you today. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience, while waitin those 4 days for a response i had messaged again on the 14th Me- Yes emailing now for the second time sent an email on the 12th asking about my order still havent received an email back or an update, placed an order on november 4th recieved an email the next day on the 5th saying it shipped but there was no tracking number assigned to it yet, and its now the 14th, 10 days since i placed my order and i still havent received tracking or any other update on my order, customer service messaged me back on the 18th, Hello, I do apologize for the delayed response. I am going to take this down to the warehouse to see if I can get a tracking number for you. You should hear back from someone soon. Thank you Dangelic Mind you i was told on the 16th that they would be reshipping my order out and that *** had lost. The 19th i message them for the 3rd time, 15 days after ive purchased my order, still yet to receive a tracking number or any update on my package, and i message them this Me- Ty, i received an email yesterdsy saying it had been shipped, still no tracking number tho, at this point its been 15 days since i placed my order, ive still yet to recieve a tracking number from the first box that i was told *** lost, which doesnt make much since since i never even received a tracking number on it, ive already ordered juice from another company and received my order in less than a weeks time, while im still waiting on my order to be shipped with from yall and receive a tracking number, im starting to get impatient as this is 15 days into this, ive been told *** lost my package from the first time i emailed customer service and they told me they were resending my order and id receive tracking info soon, im being told now for the second time its actually been shipped but yet still no tracking number or actual any proof or receipt of this happening, at this point i would really just like my order or a refund so i can be over this situation as a whole, ordering and receiving vape supplies should not be this difficult, here it is the 20th still no tracking number or any closer to resolving this issue

Perfect Vape I made a purchase on their website on April 20 for a specific product that is in stock

I made a purchase on their website on April 20 for a specific product that is in stock. On their website, they have a disclaimer stating that due to the Covid-19 virus and shortage of staffing levels, shipments could be delayed by 1-7 days. On May 5th, since I haven't received the product, I emailed the company "PerfectVape.com" and asked why I haven't received any updates, notifications, or estimates for delivery. On May 6th, they sent me an email stating their apologies and a list if options for me to take to resolve the issue. One of those options was to cancel the order by calling and speaking to one of their representatives. When I called the number multiple times, it automatically goes to their voice message system. It's May 14th and I still haven't gotten an ETA for delivery and I'm not able to speak to anyone. To resolve this issue, all I want is for the product to be shipped off accordingly or a refund. They should update their website to state that waiting times could be upwards of a month on certain orders, not 7 days.

Order date: 7/27/22 Product leaked and the battery would continuously run Requested a replacement 8/22/22 when I opened the day before and only got a rejection email with no reason as to why. Responded asking for the reason and have not received a response. Product cost 14.08

I ordered from prefectvape.com and used my account as i usually do. I received order confirmation and later shipping confirmation. There was no tracking info. Come to find out theyve shipped to just ***. theres no street name after the numbers on my order. My address is even saved to my account so im confused how this happened and how my order was even shipped with no street name. I just want my oder reshipped with the right address so i will actually receive it. I have filed this complaint because no one gets back to me when using their complaint system. Love this website and i order from them all the time, just sad im not getting helped with what i need. I just want a response and remedy to this problem. thank you.

I was sent a dangerous and defective vape. I contacted them and they didnt respond for several days. When they did respond I was asked to send a video of me using the product. It has been proven that using a leaking vape can cause the leaking liquid to enter the battery and cause explosions. When I responded with this, the customer service rep never responded. It has now been over 48 hours since I requested a return and they have not responded. This is a fly by night company who doesnt have a customer service phone number, and isnt open on the weekends. They sell products which are illegal in this state, and their entire Complaintsboard.com complaint list is all the same. Their company takes no responsibility and has effectively stolen from me. I have since found out that it is illegal to sell nicotine vapes in this state. I would like to get this shady company shut down

Perfect Vape I placed an order on May 21, 2022

I placed an order on May 21, 2022. The order contained a pack of coils, a bottle of juice, and a 2 pack of batteries. I received the package on May 27, 2022. I immediately contacted the customer service email to let them know I only received one of the two batteries. They told me they could not send the rest of my order to me. They could only offer store credit or a refund. I believe this is a terrible way to conduct business. I was told they were too busy to send me the rest of my order. They could have just sent it in the first place but they werent careful with packaging it up correctly. I have seen on this site that this is a common occurrence with this company and they do not fix their mistakes. It would be just as easy to send me the rest of my order, as it would shipping out new orders. They refuse to complete my order. I will never use this company again. I am extremely unhappy with how the situation was handled. On top of not completing my order, the order was terribly packaged and the coil box was squished and the coils were coming out of the plastic container they are in.

The only transaction I can find is from 7/28/22 for $54.97. However, there are others. I didn't authorize this purchase. I am unable to contact the company because their phone number just hangs up on you. I cannot settle this on my own and want my money back and don't want to be charged again. I do not have a tracking number since I never ordered from them.

Let me start by saying that I've been ordering from this company with no problem monthly for a while now with no problems whatsoever and have contacted the company and asked them for help in this matter. My Order was placed on August 1, 2022, and my card was charged the next day. The package didn't ship until August 8, 2022, and the tracking was not updated until August 13, 2022, when it said delivered. The package was not in my mailbox. My neighbors did not receive it either.

After contacting the company and being told that I needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier, I did so. After speaking to the shipping carrier, they said that the sender needed to file the claim. The customer service representative is unwilling to help or offer any other solution on this order worth over $300. I can't afford the loss of that money/package.

I placed an order on 02/16/22 in the amount of $73.36. I received automated emails (1) stating it could take up to 10 days to process; and then (2) stating the status is "now shipped" but never received a tracking number or proof that it was actually shipped. After a couple of weeks, I inquired as to the status of the order. They then noted that it was shipped and delivered, which is when they provided a tracking number. They informed me that I need to file a claim with *** which I did but *** denied it stating the package was delivered but I did not receive it as it was obviously not delivered to me. When I inquired for further assistance, I was basically told it was not their problem and brushed me off. This is just extremely, poor business practices. I'm just an innocent victim who simply placed an order with the expectation of receiving what I paid for. They offered no assistance and just determined the all of the burden and inconvenience was my responsibility only. This is just completely unacceptable and frustrating that the consumer has to suffer the out-of-pocket costs and loss.

Order #***. I ordered 10 products and received 9. Out of those 9, only 4 are functional. I understand the return policy but they should compensate buyers for faulty products. They have no phone support so upon emailing, I received a reply you must contact us within 48 hours. I just received them last evening! I only opened all of them because there was leakage in the package and I was trying to determine which one. Turns out FIVE dont work at all!

I placed an order with PerfectVape on 7/16/22. (Full order details at the bottom) I received an email saying I would be updated with a shipping/tracking email from stamps.com. I received an email on 7/19/22 from PerfectVape stating that the order had been updated to shipped. (No tracking info) On 7/26/22 (10 days later) I still had received no tracking information, so I created a support ticket with Perfect Vape.

The customer support representative responded that the product had been returned to them because the shipping service didn't recognize my address. I regularly receive packages from the same shipping service so I doubt this is the real issue. They didn't tell me about this, I had to ask. That is terrible service. I'm fairly certain without me complaining they would have kept my money and swept it under the rug. On their own website, my order still shows as shipped...

Ideally, I get the products I paid for, but based on the other reviews I'm just crossing my fingers for a refund.

At the time of the purchase it showed they had stock of the product so I made the purchase. On May 21st my order began to show pending in their system and still shows pending. Because it's taken so long without any progress I've since ordered AND received the product from another outlet. I've left 5 phone messages since last Friday, May 22nd and sent at least 4 emails to customer service, just like they ask you do do when you want a refund for a cancelled order. No one ever calls back. They don't respond to your emails other than sending out a generic email which just explains what you need to do in the event of a refund for a cancelled order. Looking them up online I see many customers have had the same problems, especially when it comes to reaching them. Because I've purchased the product somewhere else now I just want my money back and have also disputed the charge on my debt card. I've been in customer service for many years. Perfect Vapes customer service falls short in the quality of service they provide.

On June 4th, I placed an order, but during the checkout process, the website charged me twice while only confirming a single order. I immediately began to send emails regarding this issue. A few days later, the order corresponding to the original charge was dispatched, indicating that the company's staff must be present in the office. I have attempted to contact the company through various methods on multiple occasions, yet I continue to be ignored. It appears they have discontinued their phone support, as inferred from the automated message that plays when I call the number I found for them. Over the past nine months, I have spent over $1000 with this company and have consistently encountered problems. Despite these issues, I continued to patronize the company because their products are priced very affordably.

I purchased a OVNS Vape from you. This is at least the 3rd time I've purchased this item from you. The item came and was defective. It did not work. I emailed you and I received this ridiculous automated response below: 1. A video of the defective product not working properly. We do require sound to hear the noises of the device (burning, popping, or if it does have strange noises.) a. The screen on the device needs to be viewable (if it has one). b. The light at the bottom of the device needs to be viewable (if it has one). c. We do need a clear view of you attempting to drag and blow out. d. Do not hold your power buttons without dragging. This will cause more damage to your product! e. We do not accept barcode numbers from a video. They must have a picture! 2. A picture of the serial/barcode number on the individual packages the items sit in. The square scan codes, typically on the side of the boxes, can be used as well. You want me to do all this for a $15.00 item? I offered in the original email asking you to send a replacement as soon as possible that if you included a return envelope I would be happy to return the defective one. This is really poor customer service, probably the worst I've ever experienced.

I ordered just about $100.00 dollars worth of Hyde Rebel rechargeable vape pens ( order#***). I do not open all of them at once, that's ridiculous, I'm one person and don't need 5 vapes open at once! I opened one of my vapes just yesterday and as I went to take a hit off of it, my hand felt oily. So I started looking at the pen and the whole side is completely cracked! Juice everywhere! I requested a replacement and was denied! So now I'm out $14.61 +tax. Even though a friend of mine who had an issue with her hyde retro leaking out overnight recieved a refund! I think it's unfair that they expect me to open every single vape at once and try them all! 48 hours is ridiculous! This company needs to rethink the way they do things, because this is how you lose loyal and valuable customers! These kind of issues are easily correctable, and when it's just simply rejected, that's when customers go elsewhere. I will not reccomend this company to anyone ever again and will tell them what I have been through when I'm asked about perfect vapes. I won't be the reason that someone else has this issue. All I want is a refund for the defective hyde rebel, I'll even send it back. I paid hard earned money, for them to say oh well not our issue!

I am filing a complaint against this company for illegally selling vapes and nicotine products to a minor. I located purchases on son's computer and did not have any idea he was purchasing these products online. The companies website states an adult signature is required upon delivery which did not happen. Additionally they could have noticed multiple red flags, such as being out of state and multiple different gift card purchases. I contacted the company and the manager stated she will block his account and then threatened me with contacting my local authorities if he tries to order again. She refused a refund on any of the purchases since most items are opened and he purchased everything with gift cards. I stated that these were illegal purchases and that I want to return what we did find and that every purchase he has ever made there should be refunded. This is insane that a 14 year old can go on their website and order items you must be 21 to purchase in their state and mine. They should be ashamed for not even attempting to work with me. They should be shutdown indefinitely until they are able to responsibily sell their items. We are talking over *** in purchases since June. That is rediculous! She said they blocked his account. I hope they don't try trashing the evidence of their illegally obtained funds. Thanks in advance for any help you can be with resolving this very pressing and disturbing issue! Bottom line a child cannot entire into any contract!

I purchased 3 items. A juice and (2) 5 packs of coils. Upon delivery, I opened the package, which only contained 1 item, which was the juice. I reached out to their customer service on March 16th (they only offer email customer service) to let them know, and asked for the 2 missing items to be shipped. They responded pretty quickly on the same day and informed me that they do not reship and would offer me a refund or store credit. I responded (March 16th) stating that in that case, I'd also like a refund for the shipping. I purchased 3 items and paid for shipping on those items. I did not receive all of them. I was informed (March 17th) that they can not refund the shipping and they referred me to their FAQ and Terms and Conditions. These terms do not apply to the SELLER making a mistake. The consumer protection act literally protects me from this exact thing. I let the representative know that (March 17th) and have not received a reply. I reached out again (March 23rd) and advised them to visit the *** website and review the consumer protection act. No response. I reached out again today (March 24th) and advised them that I would like a refund AND a response or I would assume they are just trying to steal my money. Still no response. This is a literal and blatant violation of the consumer protection act. I can not be forced to pay for shipping again due to the sellers mistake on an item I already paid to have shipped. I would like a full refund, including shipping, for the items not received.

Not only was the responder for the customer support email rude, they were so quick to refund my order rather than help me, the customer. I sent TWO screenshots in the email with my order confirmation and shipping/billing information. The representative kept informing me that I selected a pick up in store when I didnt. 1. I live across the country. 2. I provided TWO examples of my shipping confirmation. One from the email confirmation and one from my account information on the website. The customer support representative was so adamant on charging my card an additional $10 for shipping fees. I kindly asked for my items to be shipped without an additional charge because 1. I do not authorize the additional charge and 2. This was an error on their end. For me being a first time buyer/client/customer, I believe I was treated with zero respect and zero courtesy. This company cares more about quick responses and a $10 shipping fee rather than showing empathy and assisting the customer. This website was referred to me and I am unbelievably unsatisfied with how my order concern was handled. When I asked for a supervisors contact information, the rep was extremely rude and wouldnt provide the correct contact info. Instead, the rep responded that my order was cancelled and refunded. When thats not the result I was looking for. Nor my permission.

I ordered a box of 9 Loosiestick disposables on 5/2/22, for a total of $35.11, delivered May 6. Opened pack on May 12 and the first didn't work, so emailed them. Customer Support replied on May 12, 2022, at 11:55 AM, stating no compensation as it was past 48 hours since delivery. Their policy is a 48-hour warranty for disposables. I visited perfectvape.com/loosie-stick-disposable and found no such information. Out of 7 pens tried, only one worked. I'm requesting a refund due to the faulty products.

I've done business with this company multiple times and have never had an issue with their quality before. This isn't a matter of personal opinion of the flavor, I took it to a local vape shop and they even said not to use it. I have been vaping for years and I'm familiar with the way thicker viscosity liquid can separate and after shaking the bottle I received vigorously the taste was still awful. Within 3-5 minutes there is a clear separation in the liquid, that shouldn't happen that quickly (picture included).I attempted to process a return through their website and immediately received an automated rejection email without further explanation (screenshot included). I have tried calling the business directly several times, each time I was forwarded to there voicemail, I left messages to call or email me regarding the matter but was never contacted.I responded to the Admin email address from the rejected return, requesting that someone get in contact with me but still I received nothing. This is unacceptable. They have no problem processing the payment quickly and corresponding with me while making a purchase. So why does no one reply to a customer service issue? I only wish for them to accept responsibility and make this right, I've spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past and even recommended them to other people. I completely understand that mistakes happen and/or sometimes there's a bad batch of liquid, I'm not sure what the situation was with that particular mixture/flavor but I would like to exchange this bottle for another flavor. In the even that they are unwilling to exchange, I would like a refund. Regardless of the result here I will be sending this bottle back so they can hopefully find out what went wrong. My name is [redacted] and on 5/11/22 I purchased a rechargeable disposable and a Hyde Mag disposable for a total of $39.98 including the $10 shipping on my credit card ending in [redacted]. Order number was [redacted]. It was meant to be a gift for my boyfriend [redacted], who was having trouble finding flavors of disposable vapes so I thought I would try a couple and if he liked the products then we would start buying from the site, because he had mentioned to me that people had told him about it. I placed the order under his name and started an account on their website for him. An hour later he came home with 2 new vapes, so I immediately went online and cancelled the order. Within minutes the order went from processing on the site to cancelled, but the transaction that was pending on my credit card as a hold (which I understood at the time, being that I own a restaurant, so I fully understand how cc processing works) eventually fully processed in the 48 hours and never refunded. Now we received an email requesting ID for proof for refund which was provided on 5/17/22 to the [redacted] email address and since then there was not even a reply to that email and still no refund. At this point it's not even so much about the refund anymore. It's about the obvious scam that seems to be happening. I hope anyone else reading this does their due diligence on checking out businesses before placing orders online. Seems like there have been consistent issues with customer service. At the end of the day your job is similar as mine with my restaurant to provide a service. If my customers aren't happy it's my responsibility to fix it, of course within reason sometimes. But at this point your company didn't even provide a service to me, honestly besides the headache of just taking my money. Perfect Vape We have spent more than $31,000 purchasing products with Perfect Vape for our retail stores

We have spent more than $31,000 purchasing products with Perfect Vape for our retail stores. Over the course of the past four years, Perfect Vape, has rarely had an order correct, had our order complete, shipped out as told or out of stock of items they claim are in stock. Each time they we have had an issue with our shipments or with being billed for product we did not receive we would have to contact them and try to get the issue resolved. This was a painstaking ordeal, because they often do not answer calls, or respond to emails. When we do finally get through to them, they initially apologize and offer to call back with a resolution, but (as seen again yesterday May 12) never actually call back and follow up. The aforementioned has happened on approximately 80% of our orders. I will detail the last two orders we placed in specific, because the outline two different issues with similar results. We placed an order and we placed it COD. When we placed the order the product was all shown as being in stock and with some having significant stock levels. When it arrived (keep in mind it is COD and they are billing us after the package was picked, packed and shipped with a printed COD label for UPS), we were short 26 items. We then saw a memo for our account that stated they were out of stock and they credited our account. Basically, they were able to collect the money from. us up front and shipped out product they knew was not in the package and was not in stock and collected from it. This is deceptive trade practice and we complained. The last order we were also short 19 items. No call back no response no credit issued yet. After we made our complaint - Perfect Vape seems to have retaliated and changed our pricing structure and increased our costs by 20%. We now pay 20% more for wholesale as of the same day I called to tell them collecting money on items they know are not in stock is called deceptive trade and it's illegal in Oklahoma.

Made an $87 purchase containing 5 items from Perfect Vape. I checked out my order when I received it to make sure items worked. I went to use 1 st of the 5 items ordered. It worked for maybe 3 minutes and then quit. Requested a replacement for just the one item which did not work(it was only a total of $13.40). Received an email that they were going to replace my item. Was happy and thought what a considerate company, then about 2 to 3 days later received another email from Perfect Vape, now stating my replacement status had been changed to rejected. I have dealt with Perfect Vape on many purchases and have spent hundreds of dollars on those purchases. I could not believe that Perfect Vape was not going to stand by the original replacement (a non-functioning item they sent me only totaling the $13.40). First said they were replacing my item purchased from them (Perfect Vape) then to turn around and now tell me they were not replacing my $13.40 item, that was no fault of mine. It didnt work when received from Perfect Vape. I am very disappointed with Perfect Vape and their unprofessionalism. They never once tried contacting me for any information on my defaulted item they sent. I still am in disbelief with Perfect Vape. What kind of business treats repeated customers with no respect? (Have they not heard the old saying when working in retail: The customer is always right)? Needless to say I will no longer be ordering anymore from Perfect Vape and would even PAY ANOTHER BUSINESS DOUBLE THE AMOUNT that I paid PERFECT VAPE. No way to treat your customers that enable you to get a paycheck. I just cannot get over Perfect Vapes business ethics. Today i have ordered a geek bar 9000 disposable and nothing happened it was all normal then a couple hours later i got email saying my order status was changed to refunded which i never requested a refund so i was confused i ask all my friends and they all said that never happened to them and i never got my money back.
