Next week will make a YEAR that I've been trying to receive my 50.00 Visa Gift Card from Marlboro.com for the redemption of points.

Customer Service just keeps telling me to call back. They said they have no control over this. They have it on the site to order but they can't use that to ship my order. They could easily verify that the card hasn't been used. I think a year is far beyond my being patient. I wrote to corporate but never received a response.

No gift card and they won't return the points to my account. Having my points refunded would make it possible to order a new card.

Marlboro lights have changed. I have noticed a uncomfortable, toxic tasting chemical in all the packaged boxes with the "Promotional Advertisement on the outside wrapper and as well as the little insert advertisement on the inside. Now, Phillip Morris is being sneaky and doing away with the outside advertisement in the plastic to trick the customer into buying thinking you are buying a reg. Pack that tastes normal and you can actually enjoy. I have noticed this " Misrepresentation " going on for the last 3 years. Time has come to explain the issue and make it stop. You are fired! I speak for about 1200 people and we all feel the same. We would rather pay more for "American Spirits", natural ingredients, then spend money on lighter fluid cigarettes. You lost our business forever P.S., the cigarettes burn abnormally and burn up the sides of the cigarette. Chunks of tabacco and paper fall on the carpets

Every packets ziplock seal breaks in the first few hours of opening the packet which never happened till about a few months ago. This allows the tobacco spill out of the pouch and also become dry/stale very quickly.! I’ve tried many different suppliers and always the same problem now! We spend a lot of money on these smokes these days and I and probably many would like to keep our tobacco fresh as can be and within the pouch not on the floor or in your pocket!

I have purchased 2 cartons in the last month that are awful. They burn down the middle of the cigarette and waste it. The first carton I thought maybe we just got a bad box. Now we have another carton the same way.I have smoked these cigarettes for 40 yrs what is going on? Very disappointed! We buy our cigarettes in seligman Mo. Ruby's Store. We have never had a problem with Marlboro before. This is probably a quality control issue that was over looked.

Please see the attached below. These were purchased at a gas station in Bensinville Illinois. Who would not exchange them even with receipt or proof of purchase. Not a great reputation to put any name on. Its an Amoco (Grahams) on Irving Park in Bensenville illinois

reimbursement or coupon there were 4 packages crushed inside. These were purchased at Grahams Amoco on 1-27-23 for A carton $127.44

Last 4-5 packs (and now a whole carton) of Marlboro Menthol lights(gold) 100's that I've smoked for 15 years has a terrible taste now. (Since mid Jan 2023) Brother confirmed also as he smokes same.

Did Philip Morris change the "recipe?"

Consumers have the right to know!

I chose these specifically for the flavor...menthol, but not too much. Best way I can describe the issue is, not enough menthol flavor and bad after taste.

I'm now out of $102.64 and no product..yes, they taste THAT bad!

The last three cartons I have purchased have had the same problem, cigarettes pulled from brand-new pack are bent up and broken. When the cherry gets to the bend and crinkles, it falls off the end. I even bought from a different chain of stores and had the same issue. I would think, for the obscene prices we have to pay, these things should be in pristine condition. Really thinking about quitting due to expense and quality. I do not pack my cigarettes, either.

I have smoked Marlboros for over 30 years and had never been able to get the coupons mailed until a year or two ago. Well they arrive very sporadically but that's not my complaint. My complaint is that the last two times they have sent coupons it is for chew. I have never chewed nor will I ever chew. I signed up for cigarette coupons and it's pretty dumb and suspicious to send me chew coupons. When I tried to call customer service they left me on hold until they closed. This is a crock of [censored]. Please see if you can straighten them out over there. It is ridiculous to send me chew coupons when I have used your cigarettes for over 30 years 30 YEARS. I hope they can do better because with the I'm about ready to switch brands. They aren't the only brand around neither is Phillip Morris. Thank you

Why are cigarette prices almost $13.00 for a pack here in Maryland and they're less than $8 in California? Maryland is a tobacco state.
No one seems to be complaining about this When covid hit they jacked up the prices to almost double what we were paying your company lied about the fact that they were addictive so were all hooked on them and now were getting robbed by the cost of them. Something's got to give, you all this is insane.
I am now forced to buy loose tobacco and tubes to roll my own at $20 a month as opposed to $24.00 for 2 packs a day Your loss Phillip Morris, We shouldn't be paying for your lawsuits and any other BS that has nothing to do with the average consumer.

I recently purchased 2 cartons of ultra light cigarettes that burned extremely fast. I believe they were rolled to loosely. They really were a waste of money. I would light one put it down for a minute and then it was half burned. I have 6 packs left and am considering changing brands.the UPC codes are 284782 on all of them I threw the outer cartons away. They were purchased at Sheetz store in Orange VA. The approximate dates were 9/12 & 9/19. I smoke a carton a week. Let me know if any further info is needed.

I have been smoking this brand for well over 50 years and now may have to switch because the cigarettes are now burning faster than I can smoke them. I am paying $12.30 per pack this is terrible. This has been going on for about 6 weeks now. Instead of one pack per day I am buying 2 packs per day. Is it time to switch brands after all of these years?

I change marlboro to parliament cigarettes an I want to get coupons for parliament an not for marlboro an more my wife has change to an would like to get coupons to for cartons my # [protected] my wife #[protected] I hope you can do this because the cost is to buy them is getting to high net step is to quit we are on a fit income so to keep paying more is not in the cards

On the 01/09/2022 I bought two packets of Peter Jackson blue 5 cigarettes were half empty and the second packet had Longbeach paper around the butt I pay good money for my smokes and I'm so disappointed in the product that I paid top dollar for I want to be compensated for this as it is due to how they were made by you I'm very disappointed and angry that I wasted my money and if this is not corrected I will post my complaint everywhere and let everyone know not to purchase you cigarettes

Went to pull cigarette out of pack it came apart. Went to flick ash the whole cigarette except for filter fell off. Carton is defective so far every single pack has had several cigarettes that have been defective. I purchased the carton at Dollar General in Wayland Mi on 8/12/22. If it was just a few I wouldn't complain but it has been several. I have very limited funds right now, and with how much everything has increased in cost I can't see taken a loss

I’m a US Army Veteran and I’ve been smoking RMM for more than 15 years. Wednesday June 1st I bought 2 packs. Since then each pack has made me sick and throwing up. If I try a different menthol brand I do no get sick.

Something is wrong and it needs to be fixed. I had to throw away 3 unopened packs and 1 open pack. This is uncalled for and will be seeing my doctor at the Veteran Affairs Hospital and getting a lawyer if it isn’t resolved.

I have been a Marlboro smoker for many years. Today I switched brands. I was made aware that Phillip Morris continues to sell products to Russia despite them being in violation of international law. I will not buy any Phillip Morris products until the company stands for Ukraine. Stands for democracy. 03/08/2022

I was smoking Marlboro red 100’s since I was 14. Back then 100’s actually were in a gold box instead of red. When I got married my husband made me switch to Saratogas due to smoking odors of Marlboro, even though I loved them. After a carton of brown full flavor I switched to menthol in about 1974. Stayed with them until recently when I couldn’t get them anymore. Men were falling over each other back then to light my sexy cigarettes! ;) Even though I’ve been single off and on over the years, I stuck with my Saratoga menthols.

I am pulling huge storks out of my pouch. I have included a photo of one of the storks which is firm and as long as my lighter. Tobacco cost to much for this to happen. I bought the 15g of bond street red pouch from Coles, northgate, glenorchy 25th Jan. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement.

Bought a carton of Marlboro seventy twos. Opened a pack to find 3 cigarettes missing.

Opened another pack, it was missing three cigarettes.

At the price of a carton missing cigarettes from packs is not expected.

I have not opened the rest of the packs but 2 packs out of three are missing cigarettes I figure more will be missing from the carton
