Me and my husband both smoke L&M Blue 100's. Within the last month we have thrown out probably 1/3 of our cigarettes smoked( between the 2 of us 3 packs daily. The cigarettes taste like straight chemicals, enough to gag you. Or as my husband says like something pissed in the tabacco. Cigarettes are not cheap and the stations won't take them back. What do we do ?

I bought a pack of your L and M red 100 cigarettes and almost every one was broken right by the filter unsmokeable and a waste of my money. They were bought at a circle k in Telford last week. I'm very disappointed in the quality of your product because often times I buy reds and they taste like menthol, very unpleasant taste when your a non menthol smoker.

I bought a carton of Marlboro ultra lights (silvers) and every pack had 3 to 4 cigarettes in it with the papers torn badly so I had to throw them away. I have a picture of a couple of them to show you. Smokes are too expensive these days for this to happen so often. Please tell me what will be done about this!

Hello: For some time now I have been smoking Parliment's made by Phillip Morris. It has been wonderful to be able to get promotion coupons toward the purchase of these on the MyParliment.Com sites. However, the coupons ($4.00 off a carton) doesn't even come close to helping lower the cost. Parliments are one of the most expensive cigarettes out there. Currently, running $72.00 per carton. So the $4.00 dollar coupon doesn't put much of a dent in the pricing. I want to continue to use this brand of cigarettes, however, the price has now become higher than I could buy a lower cost brand. I am unfortunately, considering this. As I am retired and more reserved where my money is spent. I would suggest that your coupon reflect the consumer market cost, so we can stay and support our favorite brands.

I have smoked Camel 99's for years and now they came out with the new one that says its only new packaging and that is not true at all the new ones are very harsh and much stronger. They used to have a smooth taste now it is so harsh. Guess I'll have to switch back to Marlboro, I like so many others have travelled a distance just to find the Camels 99's in the gold pack and I will not buy the ones in the "new look" red box

Last week I purchased a carton of Marlboro Special Blend 100s from DJ's Grocery in Wilmer Alabama, nearly every cigarette in every package had holes in it from Packaging. The entire package 10 packs was completely unsmokable save for about 10 cigarettes out of 10 packs. this carton of cigarettes cost me over $50 and I was not able to return or exchange them. I would appreciate a consolation of replacement as I have been smoking me cigarettes for nearly 40 years and I've never as I have been smoking this brand of cigarettes for nearly 40 years and I've never had this problem before. Yes I bought 3 packs of the blacks my favorite cigarettes and was disappointed they were harsh very harsh like they were old and every pack that I purchased was the same. I didn't take any pictures of of them didn't know that I needed to. I would appreciate if you can help me with this problem. I have been smoking Marrboul brand for 15 year and never had a complaint

I have purchased multiple packs of Marlboro Black 100's from the new Wawa in oxford, florida and i have had ripped/cut cigarettes in at least 3 packs. The first one i didnt think anything of it and then i opened a brand new pack and took the first one out went to light it and noticed it was ripped so i tossed it out and pulled out all of them out and a total of 5 are ripped. I have never had an issue with Marlboro and i am disappointed.

The last 2 packs I bought the paper around the filter comes unrolled. This is my preferred brand. I purchased these packs at smokes for less and Casey's gas station in Fargo, ND. Due to the amount of times in a row this has happened I wasted money on cigarettes that fell apart before I got a chance to smoke them. If this could be resolved soon would be greatly appreciated. Long time loyal customer... I was pleased to be advised by the shop assistant I could now get a pack of 30's instead of 25's .. Upon opening the pack I was not so pleased, 2 smokes missing and a few with loose tobacco. I'm rather annoyed at this as these are not cheap, I can somewhat deal with the loose smokes although inconvenient they are salvageable, the missing smokes however are somewhat a disappointment. I paid for a product I did not receive.

I pulled a cigarette out of my pack of cigarettes and went to light it and I then discovered that the cigarette had a huge gash down by the filter. I did take a photo of it. I bought them at our local mom and pop store. The name of the store is j&l. I had 5 cigarettes left in the pack and this was the only cigarette with the gash.

My husband pulled a cigarette out of the pack with his mouth and there was a hard piece of plastic (?), he said fiberglass (?) that stuck him in his lip. This piece of contamination extended out from the end of the filter. See pictures for details.

This is an unusual event as he has been smoking for Marlboro cigarettes for a long. He purchases his cigarettes as cartons and prefers 100s.

As I have worked in industry supplying products to consumers, I believed it was important to bring this issue to the attention of the manufacturing facility. Appropriate corrective action and preventative measures will ensure no other customers experience his unpleasant surprise.

Please compensate him as a long time Marlboro customer.

I bought a pack of marlboro light 100's cigarettes at cumberland farms in ansonia connecticut and the filters come right off the rest of the cigarette. I dont know what to do about this and the store won't take them back so i'm stuck taping them together! Ive never been so disappointed especially since I pay nearly $11.00 a pack for them. I thought it must have been fluke thing then a few days later I stopped in to get another pack and I didnt notice anything right away til the 3rd cigarette and boom it was like oh not again.. So here I am with yet another screwed up pack of smokes!

I have noticed here in the last few months that almost every pack of Marlboro Black Menthol I buy has been dry and stale. I tried different store's in the area and got stale packs from them. At almost 2 packs per day. This is becoming a very expensive waste. I switched from Kool's and I've been smoking Marlboro for over 30 years. I do not wish to switch back to Kool's, so please do something to make this right.

I have been a faithful smoker of Marlboro Black Menthol since their introduction. Just bought a corton last night and opened a pack this morning, wow horrible! So I looked up the expriration code and sure enough they are OLD! Date code V130X72A3. If I am deciphering correctly they were manufactured in May 2017, today is January 31, 2018. Granted the store selling them is partly responsible. Not a happy smoker!

I have been smoking your brand for many many years now, I love your product, but lately the experience has not been so wonderful, the cigarette burns so fast and the tobacco seems to fall out whether they are packed or not. I bought 2 cartons of L & M cigarettes at the tobacco shop in Rossville Ga. and they were stale and were like trying to smoke hay. The sad thing is that you can't go out of a store and return 1 pack of cigarettes, much less 2 cartons. anyways buying cigarettes aren't much different than buying a used car with "AS IS" on the paperwork because when you exit the building the cigarettes are yours and there are no refunds or exchanges. However I am very disappointed in the way stores are handling the tobacco products and I was told to file a complaint and let the manufacturer replace the cigarettes because when you exit the building or get out of sight of the sales clerk they are yours whether they are good or stale, and this deters me from buying my cigarettes by the carton. I bought a pack of L&M Full Flavor reds on Saturday Dec 9 on Hall Rd Alcoa Store. 3 of the cigarette were torn . As expensive as cigarettes are I expect maximum quality. I am a heavy smoker have been for 30 years 2 packs a day I have NEVER seen anything like this! I know you are a reputable company and would love to keep this relationship intact.
