Marley Lilly Crapiest 60$ shoes I've ever gotten

Crapiest 60$ shoes I've ever gotten. They are so cute but a whole size if not, TWO size too small and uncomfortable. Will not waste my money on this website again.

Ordered a monogrammed item as a birthday gift. Placed an order on the 11th for a monogrammed item. It was shipped out on the 16th. (That is 5-6 day turnaround for placing order, making and shipping out). Per previous orders I have made in the past, I have always received items in a reasonable time frame. Never had to count the “business days". I emailed to get an explanation of why I hadn't received it yet…was 2 days before her birthday. Per Marleylilly, shipping is 2-10 business days. If 10 business days was the choice that Marleylilly made in shipping out my item, then I would have expected to receive it on the 29th. I wasn't happy about the response of 2-10 business days they advertised. I mentioned not falsely advertising shipping in shorter days because it gave me an expected timeframe that wasn't true. So, needless to say, I waited till the 29th, nothing, 30th, nothing, 31st, nothing…the 1st, says delivered…BUT IT WASN'T. Emailed for a refund but not expecting a timely email back. They haven't responded to my last 2. I can understand delivery company can hold a small part in this…but why give them any opportunity to make Marleylilly look bad? BUT my complaint is they charged me shipping at the 2-10 business days. They have it shipped out and mark the 10 day shipping. Since they are aware that shipping and delivery has been an issue since covid began, then why are they choosing 10 day shipping? My order was done and shipped out in a timely manner but marked for 10 business day. If the cost of shipping is the same 2 or 10 days, then why did they choose the 10 day for me? If I had known this, I would have paid a little extra to make sure it came in on time…but that shouldn't even be a thought.

I have purchased many items from this company. Many of them are very nice although not great quality. This was expected. Customer Service has resolve some small issues that I have had. However, my recent order included a pair of sneakers. These shoes are at least 2 sizes too small. I sent a photo to CS comparing the shoe to a similar shoe of the same size. The Marley Lilly shoe is at least 2 inches shorter. The tongue is velcro so they can monogram it. The shoes are so tight on my foot that the velcro pops loose. I asked to return the shoes and CS said I could exchange them at my expense or buy another pair. Why in the world would I want to buy another pair? They only monogram the detachable tongue so they can resell the shoe (hopefully to someone with a small foot). The MarleyLilly site does not allow all buyers to review products. So, buyer beware!

I ordered several items from here. One of those items was the leopard print poncho. It was small. VERY SMALL. It was thin and poor quality. It was worth maybe $5

This place has the worst customer service. Had no problem charging my card however. I ordered a gift for my boss, her b-day came and went. Marley tells me they sent it to the post office. They were supposed to ship it to my work. The post office can't find it. Now I'm screwed out of $66.00 And no present for my boss. I tried to call, no one answers the phone. I did the chat, who could only say call the post office. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, SCAM!

The size was waaaay off. They said they would exchange, but only if I agreed to pay some crazy fees. No thanks. The items were cheaply made anyway. Seeking a refund.

Very cheap my necklace broke the backs on my ear rings keeps falling off ! I paid extra for early delivery and still has not gotten it back !

I placed an order, went with the over 100 to receive the duckboots for free. Emailed customer service to get the boots added as they told me to because the boots offered to me were not in my daughter's size. They told me to call once I placed the order NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I keep getting a recording saying that the representatives are with other customers or away from the office. I keep emailing them, but cannot get a confirmation on if my daughters boots can be added, size 1 with her initials. I asked for a refund if I could not get the boots because as they stated in their intial email, all I had to do was call...you cannot reach anyone. The only reason I ordered 100 dollars worth of items, was so I could also get the boots. False advertisement at it's finest.

Buyer beware! I should've checked all reviews before placing an order. Worst customer service. They send “shipping notification" and all it really means is they printed a label. Ordered over two weeks before I needed for a bday gift and according to THEIR website - shipping processing FAQ's I should've had my package by now. Nope. And tracking has shown it in the same location for a week now. A call to *** tells me package is most likely lost but the refuse to replace items OR give me a refund. Will never order from them again

My husband ordered me 2 items for Christmas, over $100. When they arrived, they were incorrect. He reordered (they offered a discount, which was nice) and they just arrived. One is STILL incorrect and the stitching looks terrible. The other is correct, but the J looks exactly like a backwards G. I am extremely disappointed in them and will not order again. Can't even get through on the phones, constantly busy. Had to post to social media to get their attention.

Marley Lilly I purchased a product that was defective

I purchased a product that was defective. They refunded my purchase in the form of a gift card, but not the shipping. I spoke with customer service and they said that they never refund shipping. To use the gift card on another purchase I would have to pay shipping again. Will not be reordering from this company. Poor customer service.

The site is Jerky, all over the place. Takes f o r e v e r ...to ad to a cart. Then when you finally get all your orders in the cart, you do not get the free item for purchasing over the amount required to get the free item. What?, Customer service says sorry. I have spent an hour or more to reach the goal on your shopping your site. Just sorry. I keep shopping their folks because the clothes sizing isn't for Japanese girls. They monogram also. But dang if it's not getting harder to shop.

I used to spend so much money on this website however I bought a tank top from them and it was to tight I asked for another one, one size up. They denied stating I already had a one time courtesy however the one they are referring to they offered me i did not even ask for. had i known that it would only be a one time thing i would've denied getting a smaller sweater since i didn't even care for the sweater. i recently had a baby so i am still trying to learn my sizes and to be told i couldn't get a bigger tank top just ruined this for me. i will take my money else where.

Marley Lilly Very disappointed in this local company

Very disappointed in this local company. My husband ordered a $60 pair of shoes for me for Mother's Day. He ordered the correct size. However, they are AT least one size too small. They are labeled my size but are not. I checked their website and the only thing it said was; “if in-between sizes order up" not that they are just sized very small. When looking over their reviews and questions many others had this problem. When we called to ask for an exchange they said I need to mail back at my expense and then pay them another $10 to get them back, so now an $80 pair of shoes for their manufacturer problem. And to kick, they are now on sale for $20! And I can't get a refund, the difference in price, or at least the return shipping covered for their issue. The Only repeated response is; “it's our policy". Not a way to run a business if you want customers back. Won't even take responsibility for their products.

Marley Lilly I'm not a happy customer!

I'm not a happy customer! I've ordered before & liked my items. However I ordered a hat for my granddaughters & had there Initials on them. The first hats came through and I didn't like the color so I thought I would order another one. I did order another one paid $7.99 extra for the quick shipping, plus now the hat isn't on sale. No big deal though. It's a week later & it isn't arriving for 5 more days! I've called customer service & they had no real answer as to why it took so long. I'm just upset! They did however give my extra $7.99 back to me. I wished they were upfront about arrival time. I would of gone somewhere else. I won't be buying from here again. I just can't plan on an arrival date. I did it 2 weeks earlier. It shouldn't of taking this long. Now I don't have the present for my granddaughter. I bought one for each girl. So only 2 will have them until I get back home for the mail. Poor service!
