I never received a pair of earrings that I ordered and paid for.
On 9/3/23 I placed an order # 5925. There were four items in the order. All of the items arrived except the Navajo Silver Feather earrings for which I paid $46.47. I want the earrings or a refund. I tried calling [protected]). The answering machine was too full to leave a message. I've tried to reach the on- line address to no avail. The name and return address on the package that I received is, Eva Kowalski: Native Indian Made: 4600 Monte Frio NW: Albuquerque NM 87120.

Quality of earrings
I bought a pair of silver feather earrings with a lapis stone post on August 1, 2023. Initially, I was pleased with the purchase. I wore them one day, then when I took them off, I saw that the hoop that connects the feather to the post was not soldered to form a closed circle. When I took my top off over my head, the feather fell out of the earring's opened hoop.
I did send an email, with a photo, to the last email I received from N.A. Made. The email came back to me as a "Note to Self," as if I had sent the email to myself, instead of a "reply" email. That was the first time that happened, so I am writing this complaint here.
At first, I just wanted to request for new earrings, but there was another problem: The earrings are not marked as ".925" sterling silver. I cannot verify the quality of the metal, let alone the integrity of the item (because parts fall off). Now, if I cannot get the earrings that I ordered (good quality and stamped as sterling silver), then I want my money back.
Desired outcome: I would like you to send me a well-made set of earrings with a sterling silver mark on them in exchange for the ones I have. If you cannot do that, then please refund my money, and I will send my earrings back to you.
I had a positive experience contacting Eva and Dominika regarding my damaged earrings. They apologized, told me to return the earrings, and I received the replacements with the problem solved. It was the artisan's fault, not the seller's, although they both should have had a quality control system in place prior to shipping. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a pair of feather and turquoise earrings from JewelryNativeAmerican.com - says they will send me shipping information after confirmation of the order. After 3 days there was no shipping information. I emailed them and they replied "the artist could not be reached."
This is obviously a con artist ploy so you do not cancel the bank transaction. All subsequent emails asking for information or money back are never answered. Phone calls never picked up.
JewelryNativeAmerican.com has not delivered my merchandise or answered my emails after the 1st inquiry. They are hosted on Shopify. I have detailed records of the purchase, emails.

Service and shipping
I ordered a necklace here on 11/30/21 and received it on 12/14/21. I immediate sent an email with pictures showing that what arrived is not what was described on the site. The necklace was supposed to be from a specific designer and all the hallmarks on the necklace I received showed otherwise. It took 3 emails to finally get a response that it was indeed a mistake. The communication was very poor as I had to continuously reach out for the status of the refund. I dealt with Eva and Dominika and I have email trails showing all this. Finally, even though it was their fault on sending me the wrong necklace they refused to refund the return shipping fee. I sent several emails asking since it was clearly their fault and not mine, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional and does not treat customers well. Any business should make it right if it was the business’ error. If I had incorrectly ordered the wrong item or if it was way my fault, I could understand having to pay shipping back to rerun the item, but since it was obviously their error, it’s wrong to expect the customer to pay for sending the incorrect item back to the business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order anything from here.

I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts via emails and phone calls, at trying to get my order completed and shipped to me.
Company staff not returning my latest emails nor my phone calls to the best of my knowledge.
I have supporting documents regarding what emails correspondences we have had regarding lay away, payments and method of payments.
I will be sending the company a certified letter as a last resort in attempts to hear back from someone regarding a full refund at this point.. upon locating the company's physical address.

I ordered jewelry from Native American Made, (online shopping.com) Oct. 2021, and NEVER received it (now Jan.2022). I heard every excuse possible with Covid and no mail running at the reservation. OR just wouldn't hear from them at ALL! No one answers their phone, and about 2 emails in 3 months with excuses. DO NOT purchase from this company! They are taking peoples money with no products! If the price is too good to be true, they ARE! They send out hundreds of advertisements for 70% off, they are just stealing your money!

Cheap, horrible jewelry
I thought I was actually getting a sale on some nice jewelry. I was wrong. After I ordered, it took weeks for them to arrive. When they did, I was horrified. I ordered two necklaces, two bracelets and some dangle earrings. Not real silver and cheaply made. Could get these items at the 99cents store! I spent over $300 on junk. I emailed them and told them this was fake jewelry, not silver and definitely not of good quality. Plus, a couple of the items were listed as "last one available". It wasn't. They falsely advertise it's the "last one". I demanded to get my money back and not pay for a re-stocking fee. Dominica returned my email and stated she was out of the office for a week. I emailed again demanding a refund and she said to return it and she will "ask" if I can not be charged the restocking fee. She apologized and said that they are genuine Native American jewerly. Which they are NOT. Now after reading these complaints, I feel if I return these items, I won't even get my money back. They are scammers. Don't buy from them!

Really bad customer service, I was hoping for better service, I hope the Necklace is authenticated with a paper proving that it is 100% American Indian made using only 100% American Indian traditions and real cut stones with pure sterling silver and Indian materials, or else I will requisition my money back, and possibly bringing them to court for scam.

Navajo men’s cuff bracelet
I order the Navajo cuff bracelet for a good price. They were prompt to take my money and sent a receipt to my email. They never sent an email that provided any tracking information. I waited for the item to arrive but it never did. I sent them emails that they never responded back to and I made numerous phone calls only to get their answering machine and a voice message that Dominica was unable to answer the phone because she was away from her desk assisting another customer... I finally realized that I had been scammed. I contacted my bank and they are going to assist me in getting my money back... DO NOT purchase anything from this company it is a big scam.

2 sterling silver feather bracelets
I made & paid for a purchase via online in the amount of $200.51. This was a gift. However, it wasn't to the liking. I then emailed them and they responded by requesting that I return them. I did so, insured. Since the return that was delivered on 1/2/2021 they refuse to respond to my several emails, voicemails, let alone answer the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It'll save you time and frustration if you decide to return any item you've purchased. I had to file a claim through my bank. Which I did today 2/4/2021. My bank will investigate with the USPS tracking number I provided which shows it was delivered. I say this again DO NOT ORDER FROM NATIVE INDIAN MADE! they are thieves! Sent back and put several items that they could send to replace it. They say the won't return money so I put down 5 items that I was going to order. Navajo Silver Onyx Bracelet. ID 2-36660. IT had a lot if stones and since I received the other with the stone out I just wanted it checked so I wouldn't lose a stone from it falling when wearing it.

already called 4 times. Dominika returned a call when I was gone, but
failed to say when the product will be sent. She claims she does not know my name, but it is on
the credit card, obviously. So, Native Indian Made is stealing from me,
and even though it is not a huge amount of money, I consider this fraud.
I will not rest until I receive my product and I have contacted the Better
Business Bureau for the wasting of my valuable time as I hunt down the
product I am owed.
