I have purchased marutisuzuki a star vxi model on 25 mar 2011 from wonder car dealer chinchwad pune maharashtra & registration no. Is mh-14 cs0621
In two weeks of time my cars ac is not working infact I come toknow at that time only that my cars a. C. Is not working. When my friend. Relatives told me to switch on a. C. It was really bad feeling in new car
Actually I was looking for ford figo but I turn my mind towards maruti suzuki a star for tha commitment of company towards quality & the word reliability
But in no time it fails to prove me
Please look into the matter urgently as I am going for my cars first serving in two days
& take necessary corrective action at your end to avoid such defects in fuutre.

I booked the vehicle on 28th feb 2011 ith the name of "praveen kumar sharma" and the company had committed to give the delivery within 4 - 6 weeks. Now its 22nd april and still no response is coming. We had already tell them that we had marriage function on 5th may an d we need the vehicle latest by 15th april. They r demanding the complete payment in advance after that they will give the vehicle in 4 - 5 days but it is not possible. We r saying that take the money and deliver the car. So help us out as no such terms r declared at time of booking now at time of delivery they r giving new stories. Its a marruiage case so plz look into this with priority.
The bigger part is my own brother on whose name vehicle is booked is a employee of maruti in gurgaon manufacturing branch.
defective engine parts
Dear sir, I am a busy medical practitioner by profession. I am the proud owner of maruti cars since 25years. I had no complaints or problems with my previous cars. I purchased new zen estilo car on 14th october 2010 from rns motors hubli. on 26th january I went on a family trip with my family. my new car stopped on road without any noise or indication. it did not start. I was terribly shocked and shifted the car by towing to rnsmotors sirsi. after inspection they told that oil pan has been damaged and oil has poured out with the result engine is seized. regarding insurance coverage and warranty period they rectified that insurance coverage is only for oil pan and not for engine. though it is in the warranty period engine damage is not covered, it is due to the negligence of the driver. I paid the all repair amount. they gave me the car after exactly one month on 26th february 2011 with a caution that oil pan is made from aluminum metal which is easily breakable and oil pan is at lower level than other models of maruti. so drive with care on road humps.
on 19th march 2011 I with my wife took the car to distribute the invitations of my son’s marriage fixed on 21st march to my relatives. on the road while passing a small road hump I heard a sound in the car and I stopped. being experienced I checked the oil pan which was damaged and oil was leaking. I was once again shocked, phoned to aditya automobiles ltd sagar. he promptly responded and came to the spot. he took the car to his service station. he was not having new oil pan and temporarily repaired the damaged oil pan.
Now I have understood that these dealers are least worried for customer care and grievances. they try to safeguard their own interests. they have never guided me regarding the insurance and online complaints. it is not the negligence of the driver as they have earlier told but it is the manufacturing deficit of this new car. I have used my previous cars on such road humps for 25years with no single such complaints. my wife is very much afraid to go to weekend trips in this car. when my wife is afraid what the hell I do with this car.
I want a new car of different model of maruti to replace this, or refunding the amount paid to the car with reimbursement of the engine repair charges as early as possible.

I took an auto to office (paid for the engineer's travel fare as well) .Within 10 mints I get a call from the engineer saying my car will have to be towed to the workstation ... IMAGINE A 6 MONTH OLD CAR WITH STILL THE COVERED WRAPPED HAD TO BE TOWED, He said the tow charges will be Rs 800. I agreed and asked him to take the car . After 4 hours I get a call from the Maruti Dealer T.R Sawhney stating that the bearing and clutch was worn away and i have pay RS 7000. I was shocked not because of the money but because of the PARTS USED BY MARUTI . Within 6 months the parts needed replacement . I asked the engineer to start work . Its been THREE Days and still have not got the car . TO my SURPRISE, the dealer has informed me that the part is NOT AVAILABLE AND I WILL GET THE CAR ONCE THE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE . I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR A MODEL UNDER PRODUCTION AND IN A WARRANTY. CAN A REPESENTATIVE OF MARUTI EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS GOING ON . HAVE I MADE A VERY BAD CHOICE OF USING MARUTI .I FELL I AM CHEATED BY MARUTI . The dealer is very clear, he blames MAURTI for the failure. fooled by nainital motors
Sir,
I booked a sx4 zxi leather int. through Nainital Motors in 22 March, 2011.I gave the draft the very next day and the dealer assured me to give the car within 3 days.when i asked after 3 days, they told me get the car on 4 april.now, it has been 9 but still they have not provided the car.This type of fooling should be stopped by MARUTI.And because of this i am thinking to move on to other manufacturer.

I Mr. Sanjay Tatuskar have been purchased Ritz VDI in My Mother's name Smt. Sudha Tatuskar on 07/03/2011 from your Hubli Dealer RNS Motors, Invoice Nos. VSL10003177, and i have paid the total amount of Rs.5, 70, 000.00 this is price is including Road Tax, Insurance i.e on Road Price, after 1 month i have been to RNS Motors for the Permanent Registration now those people are saying me to pay the difference or Extra amount of Road Tax of Rs.7348.00, What is the us e of paying in advance for 1month, So this is my personal request to save my difference amount.

My name is Manoj Mohanan and I have purchased on Maruti Alto LXi from FortPoint Automotives Pvt. Limited. Mumbai.
It was a horrible and terrible experience with this dealer in the entire sales experience. After the first meeting the executive Mr. Satvir Singh ([protected]) has taken the advance cheque and vanished into the thin air. Then I started calling him on a daily basis and each time he will promise that he will come the next day to give the Documents and also to decide on the extra fittings.
After my 5th or 6th call he has sent one executive with a catalog and we have given the details about the extra accessories fittings required and send him. My loan amount was disbursed in 2 days time but this executive never called me or informed me the progress about the sales. Finally, after again another half a dozen phone calls he has agreed to deliver the vehicle on 28th March. By that time I have transferred the entire balance amount including the accessories, extra fittings, balance payment after the loan amount, registration and insurance fees, etc as per the details given by this executive.
After 2-3 days he started demanding more money saying that my address proof is not enough and need to pay a bribe of Rs.3500 to the RTO through his agent and after checking with his Manager (Phone: [protected]) and Senior Manager (Both of them were rude and senseless). I have agreed to pay the amount as there was no other option for me to pay the bribe (I don’t pay any bribe in my life as I know I am genuine but this time your sales managers of your dealer made me pay the bribe). I have given all the documents which are demanded by this executive and I doubt that there is a mafia behind this. I have even submitted
Then again I started calling him regarding the deliver. At-last on 31st March 2011 he has asked us to visit their Cotton Green showroom to get the delivery of the vehicle. While purchase of this vehicle the executive had promised lot of free extra fittings and also had given discounts on other extra fittings. But, when we took the delivery many of the accessories were not fitted in the vehicle and also the vehicle was not even washed and polished. It was very bad to see a newly purchased vehicle in a very bad condition even without a normal wash. I was shocked see that many things which I had already paid were missing in the vehicle. While making the payment he had calculated for the centralized locking system and today the executive came back and he started demanding more money for fitting the centralized locking system saying there is only a balance of Rs.3000 balance left and now I need to pay him Rs.2500+ for getting it fixed in my vehicle and also he had included Sun reflecting film that is also not fitted. Now he want me to take the vehicle again to the showroom for 1-2 days to get the fittings done on the vehicle. When I checked about the washing and polishing he has said that it is not mandatory!
I am very sorry to tell you that it was really a horrifying experience with this executive. When I tried to reach Mr. Rahul ([protected]) who is supposed to be a senior manager and is not lifting my call at all !
There is no place to complain. I am planning to approach Consumer Protection forum and this is just an initiator mail before going for that process. I really do not understand why you people are giving so much pain to a customer who bought a Maruti Alto to fulfill his long dream. It was really a very bad experience and I have decided that my second car will be some other brand other than Maruti. I hope you understand the pain I had while purchasing this vehicle.
I am working with an MNC and planning to put a message board entry restricting people from approaching this FortPoint for buying any Maruti vehicle.
I don’t know whether someone will see or read this mail but still I just want to raise my hand regarding this bad service from a reputed brand like Maruti.

I have maruti alto car purchased from bharuch delar
M/s. Raviratna motors, highway, bharuch. One day I was passing through bharuch shakti nath railway crossing and suddenly one tempo loaded gas cyl had pushed my car nr back side of my car and same time one scooter at back side of my car pushed strongly and meet accident.
I gone to raviratna motors and they inspected car and they infromed that only one side can be repared as u will not get claimed of both side, so who will help.

I have Maruti Alto std which is insured by national insurance company ltd.As i don't have any office of NIC in my city roorkee i went to authorized dealer of Maruti, Shakumbari Auto mobiles which has insured my car as well.I wanted to claim my insurance.As in an accident on 28 Aug 2009 at Nanital road my car's silencer was damaged and some other parts too but the head of accidental department of Shakumbari Automobiles Mr.Deepak Rathi has just denied and said that you cant claim it and i would not do any thing about it.My car was not even inspected by any survey engineer or NIC.

I booked a Wagonr Lx of maruti -suzuki with M/s Marketing Times Pvt Ltd on 9th March 2011. I was not informed of any waiting. There after when I contacted dealer for delivery of the vehicle. I was not getting any
response from dealer I wrote to maruti-sazuki directly they without going through my letter reverted back to dealer. On 14th march dealer informed me that delivery is only possible between 20-25 March 2011 . I would like to cancel my booking since even now I am not getting any satisfactory reply from dealer. when you contact maruti they revert back to dealer. It is to inform you that I had purchased one maruti swift car from the stan auto ludhiana in the month of october 2010 in the name Radhu Ram Chugh.After certain period of time a stone was struck in the front window of my car while overtaking truck. This Curvature type of crack was further elongated. So I went to Stan Auto and requested to replace same but he accepted through insurance policy.In this way I will have to pay.In my opinion that the front window glass is not toughened. The indication of crack lines is so harmful for the front seaters if it is broken .I am also dealing in the glass line and also manufacturing furnaces specially for toughened glass and glass bending. So the indication of curvature line cracks proves that window front glass is in the soft state .SO it is requested that your good self would be gracious enough to go through my problems and help me for its replacement.My car is still laying in the stan auto.

told me that they have given me steering cover & floor mats and floor plastic
cover etc.. but when i have to purchased the car i have allready negocieated

due to road signal. after open the signal i had tried to start my car but the

customer 1st. Anyway.. the person after diagnosis told me that it is my
fault.because they told me i never start my car in the morning through petrol
mode.so
the petrol tank and petrol to lpg gas converter was dry and jamed.they will
clean up and some little bit work was done and charged me Rs.2440 as on 28.11.10
cash memo no bc10009575 dt.28.11.10. But after delivery i have just cross 1 &
1/2 K.M. I got a signal for 3 mn'ts.so i stop the car and start off my car.
after few mn'ts the signal was green so i start my car but it was further failed
to start.lastly they told me when i will face the same problem then i have to
push the lpg switch which is right side of steering for few seconds and the 4
green lights will be stil, then
further i can start my car. I do the same. and called the persons over my
mb.then they
told me sorry sir we think your petrol to gas converter should be change
immediatly.I was frusted after there conversation.they also told me sir please
give us a order for new converter pump. It is not availble now. I done the
order.
after few days they calld me pl... come it is now availble from our head
office.I
further went 21.01.11. invoice no.br10001823 dt.21.01.11 they worked full day
and charged me Rs.9725 (including other charges). after payment i start my car
1st.but same problem i had again faced. the car is not starting again, I called
them. so many time they tried to start the car.but the story was same. after
some
times the person opensd my car bonet.and change the another switch (should be
relay)from another
car. fortunately my car is started on. I asked the person now what you have
changed?
they told me lie that, no sir.i have just wash your switch only. I was
stund... now i feel that original problem was from that particularly that
switch.when he changed the switch suddenly my car started promptly. so i think
there was no good quality technician at there who can done proper diagnosis. i
think they can not diagnosis properly. then why we will go your authorised
service centre? we will go road side service centre.they allways change the
spare parts and there charges also low. please take action against your jallan
distributors. I never agreed that issue. I will send you two photo of parts
also one of the converter that they have changed and another one is one
perticular switch (relay)that have been changed but they have denied. please
look
after the matter and take action immediatly. I am waiting for your reply also. I
belive & trust Marutiudyog.

On 27 april 2010 a private car insurance policy no. mi [protected] was issued by maruti insurance in coordination with the new india assurance co. ltd. for my maruti/swift vxi car with vehicle identification no. ma3ekkd1soo547960 (proposal no. [protected]) purchased through sai service in, parel, mumbai, maharashtra.
When the policy was issued a computer generated/printed policy was only handed over to me. however, till date the original hard copy of the policy has not been received by me. keeping the original insurance policy in the car is mandatory as per mumbai rto/police,
Recently, my vehicle was intercepted by police and I was fined rs 1000 for not keeping original policy in the car.
When maruti dealer was contacted to receive original insurance, they claim that only compute generated policy is issued and no original is issued, which is unbelievable as all companies are required to issue original policy with full terms and conditions.
Maruti india and new assurance companies are unreachable throough e-mail/website.

It is stated that I purchased Maruti Alto K-10 VXI from your authorized dealer i.e. Berkeley House, # 27, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh on 3.11.2010 with Chassis No. is 139023, Engine No.4159252 and its Temp.Regd.No.is CH38(T)3851. Since the very day of purchase the said car it is not running smoothly on the road. The main defect in the car is that it creates vibration while running at a speed of 80-90 Kmph. This defect was brought to the notice of the dealer/service station at the very first service i.e. on 4.12.2010 but they returned the car after servicing it without solving the problem. I again visited the Berkeley Service Station on 11.12.2010 an authorized workshop of Maruti Company, requesting them to rectify the defect. They also admitted that the defect was there and tried to rectify it by replacing the left wheel excel by the mechanics/technician. They also hammered some parts of the car to set the machinery right. Despite all the possible efforts, they failed to rectify the defect of vibration.
Now the In-charge/Head of Berkeley service station asked me to visit again on 12.12.2010 for further check up and to find out the cause of problem.
It is further stated that in the new car purchased by me on 3.11.2010, parts are being changed at the service center by the mechanics/technicians which is defacing the very originality of the new car.
In view of the positing explained above it is requested that the Car may please be replaced with another new car in perfect condition, as the car already given to me is defective and not working properly. This is the manufacturing defect of Maruti Udyog Ltd. Quality check has not been done properly.

After 1 st service we have found oil leakage problem inspite of regular remind the dealer of oil leakage he has no able to fix the problem
actually there is manufactoring defect but the dealer is not
Respondinding properly. I have visited the dealer more than 10 times always they say to come another day so I request u to replace the oil chamber of my car immidiatly other wise I will foricely to take some legal action.

Respected sir i had been to the maruti service station naraina for the servicing of my car Reg.no. DL 3C Z 9845 two weeks ago.
My car ha 4 towel seat covers when i handed over my car to them but when i went back to take my car after 2 days i found that my 2 car cover from the back side of the car is missing. I did a complaint for this to the service advisor Mr. Bhatt and he asked to many person but could able to find out my covers. This is very dissappointed that in such a reputed firm this kind of theft is happning.

Dear Sir/Maam,
This is to apprise you of the extremely unsatisfactory service being provided by you authorized Service Centre "Mohan Motors Udyog, Auopata. I had given my car WB02V5810 a swift, for servicing on 21.06.2010. During this servicing the ckutch and brake shoes were also replaced. After getting the vehicle back on 23.06.10 i found that the gears were not getting freely engaged so I had to again take the vehicle back on 30.06.10 . During this visit they re-adjusted the gear and after getting back the vehicle i found that the gears were now getting normally engaged. After a few days I noticed that the ckutch was still giving trouble as during initial movement of the vehicle the same was vibrating and then moving forward. As the car met with an accident on 01.10.10 I had to again give the car to the garage on 03.10.10. After repairs I got the vehicle bck only on 30.10.10. During this period I came to know that no work was carried out for nearly 10 days as they could not get a spare required to fit the rear Bumper. I had to take the matter to their Works manager Mr. Mondal who was apprised of the situation where the car is idling at the workshop for want of a small spare. On receving the car on 30.10.10 I noticed that the Rear LHS light assembly which was replace had been fitted with a caracked glass (The piece being glued after it broke) and the front guard which was repainted after repairing dents, the painting at a portion had dimples suggesting that the painting was done with a layer of dust on the metal surface. The LHS Rear door was not opening from outside. I had to again bring this matter to the notice of their Works manager, who assured of repairing the same. I had to again give the vehicle to the workshop on 09.11.10 and requested them to redo the faulty work done and set right the rear door for which they informed that the latch had to be replaced. I agreed and also asked them to get the interiors cleaned which had become extremely dirty as the car was lying at the worksop for more than a month. Again on receiving the car on 11.10.10 I came to know that the door could be set right as they did not have a spare latch. The internal cleaning could not be done as they did not have the contract workmen who do this job.
I am a very old and faithful customer of Maruti as i had owned a maruti 800 for more than 10 years before shifting to swift, but now I find that the service being provide by your dealers is extremely unsatisfactory. Each time you go to take delivery it takes more than 30 mts. to get the vehicle even after informing thme on telephone a day earlier of my programme to take delivery and their assurance. If this is the stae of affairs I dont find any reason why I should stick to maruti and get the maintenance done from an authorized dealer.
Hope you will look into the matter and try to improve things.

I purchased dzire tour on may 2012, I got my AC repaired 3 times in one year and its now forth time after one year AC is not working again.
Not workshop Guys are asking me to pay 5000 rs - AC cooling coil is choked ( how can this happen to 12 months old car - whose ac is repaired lastly in feb 2013.. Seems they are finding reasons to make money ).
I got my ac repaired 3 times from TR Swahni (badli delhi) and got first paid service on April 2013 ( 11, 800 RS) from MSM GT karnal delhi. And AC again died on May 2013.
I have logged a complaint in maruti suzuki for call them 10 times in one day. Did anyone faced this problem aswell..
What should i do now please suggest?
I was facing the same problem. I have recently purchased new car, My car AC is also not working. I have contact to the dealer He don't give responding and still the engineer has not visit to repair my AC.
