On August 31, 2023, I purchased a Marvel Unlimited Annual Kit that pictured a Marvel Legends Brown Suit Nova as the included exclusive figure. On, September 3rd, I received an email picturing the wrong kit, so, I contacted Marvel customer service. Finally, on September 15th, I was finally given an answer and that I received the wrong email and that I would receive the Nova figure.
December 9, 2023, I reached out to Marvel customer service again - I never received the kit. It was explained that the mailing address was wrong and that they sent the item; however, it was undeliverable. I checked the mailing address, there is nothing wrong with the address. Mind you, this is the same physical address I have had for years. Also, I have been a Marvel subscriber, member, Insider for over a decade. I had to contact them on December 13th, 18th, & 20th. There are just too many hoops to jump through to receive any information. On December 20th, I was informed that again customer service has forwarded my email and address on. It's now January 1, 2024 and I still have nothing. No response from Marvel, no kit, it's basically a runaround at this time. Honestly, just refund the $99 plus tax. This is akin to an ebay scam, but at least with ebay I can actually get customer service to contact me and my purchase is covered with their insurance. This is just bad business.
