I recently applied for credit with Mason easy pay and was approved with a credit line of 500.00.So I placed an order for 107.00 and the order arrived about 4 days later and I was pleased.The order for 2 pair of shoes were sent back because of a sizing problem, no problem.I called customer service about 2 days later to see if the received the returned items and if my account was credited for the return items, they said 'Yes', , , On the 11th of July I placed another order for a birthday gift for my sister, I even expedited the order to receive it before her bday on the 16th and everything was fine, the customer service rep assured me that I would receive the items by that date.On the 12th of July I received a e-mail stating that the order had been cancelled.I immediately called customer service to find out what the problem was, I was told I would have to make a payment first before I could order anything else.A payment on what, I returned the items for 107.00 and I have a credit line of 500.00!.I received a bill for 16.18 due on 7/20/2016 I guess for shipping and handling for the return items.I immediately went and purchased a money order and sent it out because I want no more dealings with this company, I have several stores credit card and I have never had this problem...

People, be aware that the company www.masoneasypay.com is real scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes from the company www.masoneasypay.com. The rep didn’t deliver any confirmation info or order as well. I paid about $150 for the order, but after that the rep started to take $25 each month. WTF? I tried to reach them, but of course no one replied, no info and no idea what to do now. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

Mason Easy-Pay allows people to purchase items based on only a social security number and birth date. This is an obvious and easy gateway for identity thiefs and fraudsters. The only way to dispute fraud is to fill out a fraud packet and send it back to the company. This means giving more of your personal information to a company that you clearly cannot trust.
I am surprised that this is legal at all and hope that my complaints on every forum possible will bring some attention to this ridiculous company best at harassing people. I had my information mis-used when I was not even living in the country. After hours of international calls, I still got nothing but poor customer services and an utter lack of regard for basic human decency.

I have a United States Social Security Disability Impairment Code 2940 which is a combination of Tourrettes (use of Vulgar language) and Aspergers Syndrome. I also have a documented sub – classification of
IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder) 132.34 – Verbal antagonistic
outbursts which as the term intermittent means at any possible time
wherein undue pressure is given due to real or perceived provocation. I
may say something inappropriate, but that is documented as part of my US Social Security Disability, and it is not to be inferred as a danger to
an employee. My doctors, and I find that the lack of interaction with
people wherein people initiate the interaction with myself as an
individual as one of the triggers that causes outbursts.
It is as I just said a royal pain and to all of you "i"d"i"o"t"s" that want to respond and say is this for real? I am the one that is living this and if you read my review that I made on the Publix grocery store chain you will know who I am and just in case you want to comment look at the last couple of interactions between some J O and I wherein I said that my attorney would slap this site with a subpoena to release your IP info. It is amazing that free speech is not so free. Anybody that "s"c"r"e"w"s" with my civil rights can either accept my disability or they can go live in another country where they do not have to obey the laws concerning Title 111 violations.

return shipping charge
Ordered size 9eeee shoes, when received though they were marked "9eeee" they were actually standard width. Shoes came with return label that indicated a 7.99 charge for return. Called their customer service department and was told that the return shipping would be refunded if the shoes were not eeee width, that they would be measured when returned so I used their shipping label. When I received my refund the return shipping had been charged against the cost of the shoes. Called their customer service department and was told "we don't gaurentee fit" and "that's what you get when you order shoes on-line." by a manager in that department.
Between the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge I am now out of pocket for half the cost of the shoes with nothing to show for it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I paid off my bill for 1 pair of boots for my grandson and they say I still owe them close to $100 . I've emailed them 9x about a discrepancy I thought was going on with my bill. They just keep adding and adding
they are knowingly misleading people to give up their information gradually without actually telling you they are going to access your credit report
Mason is leading consumers to believe that their credit reports are not being accessed because they only get the last four digits of your social security number not the whole number. Then they use your address information to access your credit bureau. After you give them initial information which is the last four digits of your social and your home address. Mason then through follow up phone calls as they delay your order "for processing" ask you for the additional information of where you work, for how long and your employers phone number leading you to believe that no credit bureau will be pulled. They then after getting more information from you end up just using that information to pull a credit bureau. They are knowingly misleading people to give up their information gradually without actually telling you they are going to access your credit report. Totally disappointing in the information acquisition process. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN REALITY UNLESS YOU TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE THEM EXPLAIN THEIR PROCESS WHICH THEY ARE CONVENIENTLY EVASIVE ABOUT AND UNWILLING TO GIVE YOU DIRECT ANSWERS FOR. BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR CREDIT BUREAU PULLED AND HAVE AN INQUIRY ON IT EVENTHOUGH THE PRESENTATION OF THEIR WEBSITE LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE THAT THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ARE NEEDED IMPLYING NO CREDIT REPORT CHECK! IN REALITY THEY DO CREDIT REPORT CHECKS WITHOUT BEING UP FRONT ABOUT IT.
