Terrible service from Massey Services Winter Garden. Received a call from them in Feb about the service. They said I was scheduled for March. Now is April, haven't heard a thing from them. Wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business. They called me about this recent complaint. I returned the call; the person that called me was not in. I left a message. Four and a half hours still waiting for a call back. Sorry, I can't wait around all day for a call back (which I'm sure they have enough time to take a lunch now). They couldn't care less about their customers !
Recommendation: Stay away. I share my experience, and photos, with everyone I can.
4/11/25 - I heard from Massey. The lady that answered looked into my account and found out what happened. She had the lawn technician out the next day to service the lawn (thank you to her for taking ownership and getting someone to service the lawn). The regional manager called and said they are going to investigate why the issue happened in the first place. I believe him. Hopefully my lawn will get back to the state they use to keep it at. I give them the benefit of the doubt.
