Two different family members called to cancel services on two separate occasions. One in June/July of 2024 and myself in August/September of 2024. At that time all services were paid in full and cancelled. However, I have now received two phone calls asking for additional payment for services after the contract and services were cancelled. I was called on holidays both times. The first call was on Christmas Eve 2024 and the young lady who called admitted they have it in their notes that both my sister and I had called and cancelled all services. You would think that would be the end of it, but they called again today, Martin Luther King Day/ Inauguration Day asking about payment for services they were not authorized to perform. They destroyed parts of our lawn, did not control the pests and now are harassing us. This has to stop!
Desired outcome: Stop all phone calls and attempts to collect money not owed to them.
