I am not one, nor am I in the habit of making complaints, but the incident that took place in the evening of the 18th of Dec
at your newly opened Massimo dutti store on the Champs-elysees especially for a long standing client like me, I cannot and will not accept .
The inappropriate comportment of not only the vendeuses but also the manager who knowing how often I shop at that particular
store brushed away the incident walking off because she had better to do.
A week before that particular date I had reserved an item, and as usual when one reserves it is usually for the following day.
Name and date are attached to the item.
The following day I passed by to purchase the item in question. 15 minute wait and the vendeuse was no where in site.
Another vendeuse came by saying they were sorry but could not find the item.
It happens I guess but it was the first time. Was upset because had tried that item and it was a perfect fit.
No worries, there are more important things in life.
What was more upsetting was the incident on the 18th.
A day before had come by the store bought a few items and reserved two to be picked up the following day. Once again name and
date were written on the tag.
I come by the 18th AND ONCE AGAIN the vendeuse this time disappearing for about 20 minutes coming in and out of the reserve room pretending not to see me and sending another vendeuse to tell me THEY CANNOT FIND THE ITEMS! Incredible!
AFTER WHICH I am told by the INCOMPETENT BRAINLESS vendeuse "Oh madame vous n'avez pas de chance!"
Seriously!? This is not the way to respond to a client WHEN CLEARLY THE FAULT IS YOURS FOR THE SECOND TIME!
IT DOES NOT TAKE MUCH BRAINS and EFFORT to look on the date of the tag and to reserve an item along with the rest!
(Just as a note, one of the items was the last 36 in Europe and was not even available on line.)
Honestly it was just a pair of pants and as I said there are more important things on my mind, but it was a gift and the individual it was for wanted only that.
What surprised me more was the managers comportment, knowing that I am a good client, was very well aware that my reserved items were no where to be found FOR THE SECOND time and brushed it off saying it's a new equipe and they are learning and walked off!
WELL! Or this manager does not have the skills to GET THE BASICS through to her vendeuses, OR she has collected a team of HOPELESS , INCOMPETENT and BRAINLESS KNIT WITS who instead of apologising for their incompetence respond by saying "MADAME VOUS N'AVEZ PAS DE CHANCE! Really!?
MY RESPONSE TO THAT IDIOT OF A VENDEUSE is Au contraire! "MADAME C'EST VOUS QUI N'A PAS DE CHANCE because from all the shopping I do from that particular store always bringing friends and family members, NO MORE!. Will spread the word on the incompetent team at the champs-elysées store no worries there!
