Maxsip Telecom Corporation review: Phone service

Today is February the 7th, 2024

I received this new phone on December 29th 2023. On the 20th of January of 2024 my phone stopped working, I've had the phone for 39 days. The phone stopped working on that day and has not worked since. I called them and they informed me that they were going to send me out a new SIM card and I will receive the new SIM card in 5 to 7 days. I've been waiting for this SIM card for 14 days now and I just got off the phone with customer service and they informed me that they were going to send me another SIM card out for sure tomorrow and I should receive it in 5 to 7 days!

I am a 63 year old disabled person and I rely on my phone for telhealth appointments with my doctors so far I've missed 4 telehealth appointments. I was unable to go to 1 in-person doctor appointment because I had no way of calling medical transportation. I am very disappointed in the service that this company provides although I will admit that when you call customer support they do answer the phone but they never have direct answers.

I honestly don't know if complaining here will even do any good I just don't know what else to do or who to turn to so I just looked up on Google how to complain about this company and this site showed up so I'm hoping that maybe someone can help. Not having a phone for this long is causing me such mental anguish I don't have internet here and so not having a phone it's literally driving me a little crazy.
