Maxsip internet data overcharged multiple times
I only wanted to pay for 3gb at $9.99 but was charged multiple times, EIGHT EXTRA TIMES TO BE EXACT!
I attempted to make the payment this morning so I could finally have interview.
I AM URGENTLY REQUESTING AN IMMEDIATE REFUND IF $9.99 TIMES 8 WHICH TOTALS TO $79.92.

Free tablet
I received a free tablet almost 2 years ago. I started the setup process of the tablet and it immediately went blank and wouldn't work since. I've contacted Maxsip many times via email, phone and text since then, they ignore my emails and texts and when I call in they say someone will call me back within 48 hours. I have yet to receive even 1 call back for my over a dozen call ins. the most recent calls I placed were within the last 2 weeks.
Claimed loss: A dead tablet that never worked.

Had a representative take money from my son for a phone and than they cut it off. They charged $20 for the phone and it was cut off within a month.
They have people on the street taking money from other for a free government phone. They are ripping ppl off. Also having kids work that are under age and not hired thru the company. smoking weed on the street and trying to make a sale. MAXIP TELECOM IS A HORRIBLE.

On December 29th at 8:00 something a.m. I had made a purchase for two tablets for two different people with the last four digits of the card number 5175 I called maxed several times they told me I haven't active account with a hotspot box I still do not have but I paid for these tablets and I was told that the friend that I ordered it for has been opted out of Maxim I am giving they are giving me the runaround I have not received the device they said it was pending resolution with ACP and I have an active case with ACP it is not nothing is pending with them

They have sim cards that just stop working then they send a new one and u lose your phone number it's not a good service their app has no info or it says coming soon your info is wrong and u cant fix it their customers service people are horrible my phone number was connected to alot of my accounts and i lost access to alot of my business accounts its not worth it it needs to be shut down completely

Got my tablet on 11/15 and I cant use it if its not connected to WiFi. Umm, the whole reason I got it was to keep my toddler occupied while on our road trip this Wednesday. Called Customer service 6 times before I got a rep to give me a different number to call. When I finally got someone, she kept saying that she was going to escalate my issue, but what are you escalating if I STILL have to wait 7 days for a new SIM card. Escalating my issue would be me getting the SIM card within the next 24-48 hours. Im so annoyed with these people! At this point they can have the tablet back and process a refund for me! It completed defeated the purposes of getting this thing since Im not going to be able to take it with me.

I have been trying to get approved for a tablet and I have called numerous times to find out what the holdup was. Every time I was told that my problem had to go to a special dept. that would take care of this. Each time they promised me that they would have them call me and I have yet to hear back from them. All I want is to find out what is going on with my application and what is the holdup.

Sexual harassment and scamming
I was lied to and sexually harassed by the person who sold me the phone then then they randomly cut my phone off. Filed a complaint with them on October 20th (not even a week after getting it) for all of this. Their investigation unit was supposed to be calling me back and I never heard from them. Then a manager contacted me and I never heard from them again. Each time I called back all managers were in a meeting. I provided them with evidence they have yet to see. They were notified of their workers lying, taking my money, and serially harassing me.

My service getting shut off for no reason.
My service went down today. I payed 20.00 a month ago for this phone and the service. I receive food stamps. So I've been approved or i would not have this phone. So now the gentleman i got the phone from called to deal with the problem they told him my service will be back on in 1 hour it been close to an hour and a half now and still no service. Internet connection and service problems with phone my name is Mark McLaren my fiance Rebecca Whitaker and I both have the same phone a HD65 cellphone we got ours through the acp and my fiances phone kept cutting off the service the internet is very poor where I she called about 50 times about the service where it officially crapped out and she had to get a whole brand new device the hearing on the device in so crappy where u cant hear people talking while u are in a middle of a phone call
