MCA Debt Advisors Waste of time and they rob you like they logo

I signed up for this company to assist with some merchant advances I received… they do not communicate once you signed agreements! They drafted my account almost $1k and I informed them it set me back financially and they didn’t care just stated to bring payments lower and I told them I want to cancel then she going to tell me there is a 5% cancellation fee which I understand but they want to charge a fee for a none verified balance from when we started the process…. These people are crooks and you will end up paying a lot more money to them in the end once I told her I want to cancel she started to get rude and say I can’t answer anymore questions since you canceled like who says that and they don’t respond to the emails I send to them trying to at least get half of my money back they refuse to help when that’s what they are there for what a joke 😂😂 I also see other reviews they want to mention the 5% fee that is crazy that’s how they making money by contacting people lenders when they want to and they start taking money way before they come to any agreements I want to see what they response gonna be to my review hehe many other companies told me these people with ruin me they claim they tried contacting me if you calling me from a spam risk number how am I suppose to know who you are normal real companies have a name on they caller id also I bet they can’t prove to me any emails they tried to reach out to me! Most real companies email you if they can’t get a hold of someone

MCA Debt Advisors MCA Debt Advisors, LLC owes my company more than 7k in escrow account funds

MCA Debt Advisors, LLC owes my company more than 7k in escrow account funds. I've been trying to leave the program and get my refund for over a month. They won't give me the tracking number for the FedEx package that supposedly has my check. They took over 7k in fees just to make some phone calls and send a few emails. It's impossible to contact the higher-ups who are supposed to handle program cancellations. I don't know what else to do except consider legal action. They're even worse than the vultures who do MCAs.

MCA Debt Advisors Stay away from this company, they are incompitent and cannot handle any account over $5,000 to settle

Stay away from this company, they are incompitent and cannot handle any account over $5,000 to settle. They reached out to me after discovering I had a merchant cash advance which I regret 100%. Unfortunately I was desperate to get some help and let them take over and try to settle my debts. Instead they settled two minor ones and left the biggest one unsettled. They hide behind emails and text messages when they don't have answers for you. I now have a judgement against me and owe more money than when I started letting them help me. Stay away from this company is the best advice I can give you.

MCA Debt Advisors These guys are crooks, stay away!

These guys are crooks, stay away! They took around $14,000 from my account without permission. I let them debit once and realized they were a scam. So, I put a stop payment on any future transactions, but they still managed to get another $8,800 after the bank did a stop pay. Don't use them, seriously. The bank said they can keep changing how they process the payments on their end since they have our information. Basically, the bank couldn't stop them unless we closed the account. If you've started anything with them, close your account immediately and don't talk to them again. They only refunded me $2259.43 out of $14,000! It's a scam, be warned!

MCA Debt Advisors I called this company and told them about my business loans situation and what I was going through

I called this company and told them about my business loans situation and what I was going through. They said they could help, so I signed the contract on the first day. They mentioned there might be a cancellation fee and some services that wouldn't be done. On the third day, I called to cancel the contract, which is my right according to the UCC code 1. I didn't need their services anymore because I had already negotiated with the lenders. To keep it short, they pleaded with me to stay so they could keep charging me, but I told them not to continue with the service. A week later, they charged my card over $3,000, which is a scam. I didn't even receive any service from them.

MCA Debt Advisors I got contacted by this company to reduce my debt or loan

I got contacted by this company to reduce my debt or loan. They acted like they were a non-profit or government organization helping people who got scammed. They claimed to work with all companies and said they would make my payments. I even asked if this would hurt my credit score or make my company look bad for defaulting. They said no, but that's not true. They haven't made any of my payments. Now I'm in default with my lender and they won't negotiate with MCA. MCA told me not to talk to my lender and that they would handle everything. They lied to me and approached me without me seeking a debt company.

MCA Debt Advisors On April 18, 2022, I had some money troubles and decided to go with MCA Debt Advisors

On April 18, 2022, I had some money troubles and decided to go with MCA Debt Advisors. They talked to me on the phone a bunch of times and seemed to be lying or maybe just not telling the truth about what they could do and how much it would cost. They said they would take 15% of whatever I saved in the negotiations. They started taking payments from me and it added up to $10,833.55. They told me not to talk to my creditor, OnDeck Capital, at all. For 3 months, they didn't answer any of my messages. I don't have any proof that they even tried to negotiate with my creditor. Finally, my creditor took me to court and even after I sent MCA a copy of the complaint and had my lawyer send them a letter, they still didn't get in touch with me. Then, out of nowhere on Monday, August 1, 2022, I got a check from EPPS LLC Refund Account for $6,221.74. Considering everything that happened, I just want them to give me back another $4,611.81 ($10,833.55 - $6,221.74) from the money they took from me.

MCA Debt Advisors On November 11, I signed a contract with MCA Debt Advisors, LLC, hoping that they could help me consolidate my merchant loans

On November 11, I signed a contract with MCA Debt Advisors, LLC, hoping that they could help me consolidate my merchant loans. However, I soon discovered that the lenders I contacted did not work with MCA. I reached out to Louis M and asked him to cancel my contract and not withdraw any money from my account. He assured me that the contract was null and void.

To my surprise, on November 27th, MCA attempted to withdraw funds from my account, but luckily, they were unsuccessful. I immediately contacted Mr. M and questioned why they were trying to deduct money. He promised to resolve the issue and assured me that I wouldn't face any further problems.

However, on December 30th, MCA successfully debited $1,196.01 from my account. I emailed Mr. M once again, expressing my concerns and requesting a refund. He assured me that he would escalate the matter and ensure that the funds were returned to my account.

After not hearing back from anyone, I decided to call and inquire about the situation. To my dismay, I was informed that MCA would continue to deduct money from my account for the next three months, claiming that they had performed work on my account. This was not true, as the contract had been voided less than 24 hours after signing it.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation. I demand a full refund of the deducted amount, as well as the additional $38 fee that was taken from my account. Furthermore, I have been requesting a copy of the voided contract since November 12th, and I still have not received it.

MCA Debt Advisors I didn't end up going with MCA Debt Advisors, LLC before they processed any payments

I didn't end up going with MCA Debt Advisors, LLC before they processed any payments. They told me I still had to pay 20% of the total debt, even though I canceled and stopped them from taking money out of my bank account. It's unfair that they want to charge me when it was less than a week since I signed the contract. They want $2600 just for me signing a contract for a total debt of $13000. It's like they're stealing from me! They rushed me into signing the contract without giving me enough time to think, and they told me to immediately cancel all payments to the enrolled company, even though I wasn't behind on any payments at that time. But now I am! The contract also says that if I cancel before making any payments, there's a 5% cancellation fee of the total debt. That's still ridiculous! They want $650 for doing nothing! And on top of that, they still want 20%. I don't have any bank information to stop the $2600 payment. It's a business account and I can't close it. This is completely unfair! I don't think I should have to pay them anything! They rush you through signing the contract, so they don't give you all the information you need.

MCA Debt Advisors I want my money back that I put in escrow for debt consolidation

I want my money back that I put in escrow for debt consolidation. MCA Debt Advisors contacted us by email after we filled out a loan application on nav.com. They sent us the first email with a "guaranteed quote" on how much they would save us by consolidating our short-term advances. The email said that we were currently paying over $16,480 every month in expensive daily payments of $824.06. MCA offered bi-weekly payments of $1,750 on average, which would save us $6,727.21 and reduce our balance to $44,726.93. They asked for our personal information and a voided check to set up the new payment plan. I received more calls and emails, and I believed that this would save me money on interest and broker fees as MCA had told me. However, it ended up costing me an additional $14k in fees from lenders, and MCA kept $5400 of the $6k I paid into escrow. So, after enrolling in their program, we will end up paying over $20k more in fees, even though they guaranteed no additional fees in the email.

MCA Debt Advisors MCA Debt Advisors, LLC, where do I start?

MCA Debt Advisors, LLC, where do I start? I should've looked into this company more before believing their lies. Luckily, I haven't paid them any money yet, but they're threatening to debit my account for over $5k on Monday. None of my creditors will even talk to them, so that money won't go towards anything. I've talked to my bank, and we'll be watching to put a stop payment, but in business, you shouldn't have to worry about things like that. I've asked for payments to be canceled since no services were provided, so there shouldn't be any issue. I've told them I don't want to stay enrolled in their program. All of my creditors have contacted me and said they won't work with MCA Debt Advisors, LLC. They fraudulently claimed they could help me settle my debt. Now, I have collections agencies calling me, liens being filed, and employees being harassed, all things MCA Debt Advisors, LLC said wouldn't happen. Mind you, I wasn't late or delinquent on ANY accounts until they "advised me" on steps to take. All of my creditors are willing to work with me. I should've never listened to their advice about stop payments on the accounts. I might even try to collect the fees I was charged from companies because of MCA Debt Advisors, LLC's "advice." Now, they're threatening me with a $6,000 (5%) cancellation fee on debt they never verified, and they're sending me other companies' personal contracts with personal information. I think that's outrageous, and if it's not illegal, it should be. They shouldn't be sharing other people's personal contracts with anyone. This company needs to be shut down.

MCA Debt Advisors I got a call from MCA guy Randy Allen in September 2022

I got a call from MCA guy Randy Allen in September 2022. He said they know about my debt with PayPal/LoanBuilder and they work closely with the lender. They said they can help me lower the interest rate and save over 7K on my payments. I signed the agreement on October 4th, 2022. They told me to stop paying PayPal and let MCA take biweekly payments ($1,420.82 & $1,321.82) through ACH. PayPal kept calling me saying I was behind on my loan and they didn't know anything about MCA. MCA lawyer Dennis P Williams, then Steve Bennett, Michael Shelby, and Marcus Ward Senior Negotiator contacted me and said everything was fine. I told MCA that PayPal didn't know about any settlement. After 3 months, I asked to cancel the program, stopped the ACH payments, and asked for a $7,281 refund. Their agreement said I could cancel before the first settlement. Even though MCA didn't do anything and there was no proof of negotiation or settlement, MCA/Marcus Ward refused to give me my money back. They said I defaulted and would charge a 20% fee on my debt. This is a total scam. I'm already struggling financially and thought MCA could help me. But they scammed me and lied about being in touch with PayPal. They blame me for leaving the program after 3 months. People need to know about these scammers and report them to the authorities if they're in the same situation.
