Betrug! Thieves!
I had an order from Megabad 3 months ago worth 1000 euro. After a waiting period of 1 month, It has not delivered to me because of mistake of them. They have given wrong adress to DHL. As a result it is returned to Germany Megabad. I have somehow only partially erfunden after another month of a waiting process. I am still fighting to got payed for the rest of my money.
Then second attempt. I reorder the products and payed another 1000 as cash bank transfer again. They apologized for my first experience and they promised they will be careful on adress line. After another month of waiting period, same issue! My product didn’t reach me again due to wrong adress given by Megabad. It is returned to Germany and I didn’t get a refund at all!
They are thieves! Do not purchase anything from them. I am in customer service line waiting for 1 hour no body is picking. No body is answering my mail. They are gosting!
