I've been trying to reach out to them for a long time to cancel my service and get a refund. I have been getting the run around on who I need to talk to regarding this situation. I was only able to use the service once and when I tried using it again they told me the company have been sold and that it was under a different name. So they give me that information and when I tried to contact them, I couldn't get through. That account is covering a vehicle I no longer have.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and for the account to be closed.
