BGASC is a good place to buy your stuff, but sometimes they mess up. They might take a long time to send your stuff because of problems with their service. If you want to cancel your order, they might charge you extra because of their own mistakes. They got bought by another company, so things might be confusing with different websites.

I been doin biz with BGSAC for bout a year. Dey got fast service. Had an order dat took a while and got word from *** dat it was lost. Told BGSAC and dey tracked it down and I got my order. I had nothin but good biz from dese guys. *** tried others and shipping is slow. With BSAGC dey usually ship out da next day unless you order over da weekend.

BGASC is a really good company that sells a lot of different metals at a good price. They are really fast at getting your stuff to you, which is great. It's really easy to make an account, look at stuff, pick what you want, and buy it. They also tell you when they get new stuff in, which is cool. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and I think they're a good company. They seem like they know what they're doing and you can trust them.

This is the best company to buy Gold and Silver from. They ship fast, even during busy times. They always ship within 48 hours. I trust other people's reviews and the ComplaintsBoard.com. This company is great. I've bought from other companies, but this one is the only one I use now.

BGASC is the best! I've been buying bullion from them for almost 6 years now and they never let me down. I started in January and have been buying almost every month since then. I've been dealin' with BGASC.com (*** is my guy) for a while now, sellin' off a bunch of gold coins (total sales to BGASC = way over $100k). They always get back to me quick, and they're real nice and professional. I trust 'em to do what they say they're gonna do, even if it costs 'em money (like if the price of gold goes down after they already said they'd buy my stuff). And their prices are always super competitive. Plus, every time I sell to 'em, they wire the money straight to my bank account. And they always do it the same day they get my gold and check it out.

I found BGASC when I was lookin' for gold coins online. They seemed like a good choice 'cause they had good prices and a good reputation. I'd bought some silver from them before and it was all good, but this time I was buyin' a lot more. So I called up and talked to ***, who was super helpful and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and made me feel good about buyin' from BGASC. The transaction went smoothly and they kept me updated the whole time. I'd definitely buy from them again, no matter how much I was spendin'.

Don't order from BGASC, they're not reliable. I ordered something and UPS didn't deliver it on time and didn't give me any new dates. I called BGASC and they didn't do anything helpful. They just said they're waiting for the underwriter to investigate and it could take over a month to get resolved. I can't get a replacement or a refund or anything. BGASC used to be good but now they're not. Don't order from them.

We are new to the bullion market, and buying from BGASC was a very pleasant experience. They were very professional and prompt in responding to our queries. Their pricing is transparent and competitive, and their service excellent.

I just received my first purchase from BGASC 5 1 oz Silver Eagles In MS-69 in my opinion and got my order fast. I have 3 other orders still waiting over 10 day's from 2 other competitor's, that is OK. This was just a test run. I am very happy even though this was a small time order for me.

I have no problem with this company. I bought from them couple times and received my order w/no problem. I spent about $120 each time buying single roll of 64 Kennedy half dollars and that was 3 years ago. I'm glad I bought them then cause now a roll of Kennedy half dollars are $225 a roll. I'm loving how they are worth so much more now. And I most definitely would buy from here again. I had a a nice smooth transaction and I used credit card to buy. But now I have wised up and use my checking account where you save tremendously..

This is an awesome company hands down. I got an extra gram of gold for 50$ less vs a competitors price. My original order (minus the extra gram of gold) came out to just over 1k on the competitive site. On BGASC my order PLUS that extra grame of gold came out to 950$. What a significant price difference for the same exact Bars! My order even shipped out for FREE with Priority mail and tracking number the very next day. Only downside is that the post office took a week to deliver (at no fault of BGASC) The package was very well secured to ensure of no tampering, it took me a good minute to open it. I am very happy as a first time buyer from this company!

I ordered some coins from this company, and sent a complaint to the company email due to something that happened with the order. I got a response from an employee named Shawn (and I have the physical email saved) saying that he was going to send me my next order free via FedEx. That I would pay the USPS shipping and the upgrade to FedEx would be free on only my next order (which was already placed at the time of the email). However, my next order came via USPS. And it took two and a half weeks to reach me. My complaint is not with USPS, it's that Shawn said he was going to send it via FedEx, and my order was sent via USPS.

I then contacted the company asking for an explanation. I received an email from a guy named *** who said was one of the owners. He said that he would not honor Shawn's free shipping request and that Shawn would never offer free shipping. One of us is lying, and it's not me. I have the physical email, ***. So I am not the one lying. It's you, ***, who are not telling the truth.

Anyways, I strongly recommend not doing business with this company. How can you do business with a company like BGASC when they flat out lie to you?

I bought a 1oz. Gold Bar from BGASC, LLC. When I opened the box, there was nothing inside. No invoice, no gold. The box didn't look like it was messed with. I talked to someone named *** at BGASC, and he said he has a video of the order being filled, but he won't show me the video. I lost $1,830 for a gold bar that turned out to be an empty box.
