I was very satisfied with both the product and customer service. A different company had told me the embroidery I wanted on a backpack would not be possible. Merchology was able to make it happen. At a time when many deliveries seem delayed, my order from merchology arrived very fast! I'm impressed.

Dishonest, indifferent, and incompetent are three words I would use to describe Merchology. I've ordered several lots of products from their so-called Quick Ship program. One was partially shipped but the balance is nowhere to be found after over 2 weeks. Another order was placed on the 8th and still shows unshipped after 4 days. Merchology, 4>3 so what's the hold-up? There have been multiple promises of updates from the operations team but evidently, no one there can be bothered to send an email after several increasingly urgent requests for information. I have already missed my deadline. The one thing they are very good at is charging my credit card. All of the orders hit almost immediately.
High quality embroidery on my order of aprons and hats- delivered in a timely matter. I highly recommend Merchology.
After 30 days still cannot provide a shipment date for part of order. Part that DID ship was delivered to wrong address by FedEx. FedEx told me to contact Merchology. Merchology just said they would "look into it" with no date for expectation of resolution.
They sell fake products. I ordered a speaker off the Walmart website through this company and it was a fake product from Jamaica. Do not buy from this seller.

Terrible company. We ordered our items in May, and were guaranteed two to three week shipping. Two and a half months later, I had to reach out several times to get a response and update on my items. It turns out they never received the shirts from the supplier, and didn't bother to update or notify me. I did not receive my shirts for my event, and have yet to have received an update or guarantee of delivery. It is now three months later. Very disappointed, and will never use them again.

Horrible service! I paid for a sample to be overnighted on 3/2. I called no answer I emailed no one responded. I called 3/3 to ask for a refund as it was not overnighted... again no answer and no one had responded to the 2nd email. It's 3/7 and the package barely arrived. I have been. Calling to get a refund on shipping and there's no one to talk to at this company!

After receiving my order, I requested to change the size of one item and to change the color of another, based on a misrepresentation of the color on their website. No response after two email attempts. I'm about to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered backpacks over a month ago and communication stopped from my rep. Finally heard back and was promised that they would be here 3/25. Big surprise they didn't show up. No one at the company will answer the phone or emails. This is the second order they have screwed up and by the looks of their reviews, it is a common occurrence. I won't be using them again and will do my best to spread the word of how bad of a company this is.

I ordered a few hats from their site to try out as potentials for new company apparel. The order went well with the exception of the shipping estimate. . . Long story short, Merchology made it right by crediting me for the additional money I paid for the expedited shipping and were very easy to work with. Alyssa Johnson in particular did a great job communicating and listened to my needs. Overall the hats looked great, received good service, and would definitely use them again!

I purchased masks (Face Coverings) during this pandemic. I believe this is not the time to take advantage of customers purchasing a product that is subpar. Specifically this product is a very thin and has no structure. This company has always stood by their products and had quality "Merch"andise. This product is garbage and they have refused to take it back or give me a refund. I paid $2400 for 2400 quantity of product. Their website clearly states quality and custom satisfaction.

I am grateful for the relationship our marketing team created with Merchology. I was introduced to my rep a few years ago. She is super friendly, easy to talk to, and provides me with the latest updates regarding my orders. Most orders I place meet a minimum to receive a gift, which is always an added perk! I receive tracking on each order and approve all proofs. I have yet to be disappointed and don't believe I will. Thank you for the great product and excellent customer service!

I have now completed 2 no. purchases, incl. polo shirts, jackets, shirts, bags, pens, etc. The products are great and excellent quality. So are the decorations. I cannot fault this whatsoever. The support from the staff is very good as well, checking about the details of the logo placement etc. Usually very quick dispatch from production - occasional delays in delivery then are not down to Merchology but the local logistics company unfortunately. Merchology try to help in that though as much as they can, which is great.

STAY AWAY from this company! I should have stayed away after reading so many bad reviews but I was lured by the Under Armour products that they carry. However, it ended up costing me. I opened my business doors with no uniforms to wear. Embarrassing and unprofessional. I placed an order 1 MONTH in advanced to my grand opening. I decided to follow up 3 days prior to my opening as I did not receive any communication from Merchology. I was told my order was not even in production! 3 days prior to my opening! Their reason... a miscommunication between two departments! I inquired as to why I did not receive any communication from them and their response was simply "I'm sorry". Merchology's pricing is the highest in the market and their service is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the money and spend it on a company that values it's customers. There are so many other vendors out there and they can sure use the revenue and will treat you better because it can't be any worse than Merchology.

I ordered on June 10 and I inquired of my order and I received an email back saying they were waiting on items to arrive. I have sent two emails asking about my order and I received two more emails from them saying they will check on my order and I still have not received an estimated delivery date. The last email I sent I have received no response.

My company placed an order through Merchology on 11/8 for branded jackets. The proof provided did not indicate placement on the product. It was approved for the logo itself. Unfortunately, the jackets came in with logos that are less than standard industry placement - very high on jacket chest, under collar. We are unhappy with the product and let Merchology know. They have not taken any responsibility for the error, have made no attempt to correct or refund the order, nor have they made any attempt to right the wrong.

My company placed an order through Merchology for branded corporate apparel. When the ordered items arrived, the logo was defective (incorrect colors in the logo as well as the logo itself being changed). We of course have no use for a product that doesn't even utilize our actual logo. We politely notified Merchology on multiple occasions of the issue and they have made no attempt to correct or refund the order. There is a digital process for confirming orders and our evidence clearly shows that the order we received is not the order we placed and confirmed. This is a very unprofessional way to conduct a business; categorically denying wrongdoing and making no attempt to right the wrong - a wrong the customer had zero part in creating.

Hello! I placed an order originally on 10/27 for a total of 6 quarter zips across a couple of sizes. This order has been incredibly frustrating, two of the items that were in this order were of the size 2XL which were available on the website at the time. My order was delayed by a couple of weeks due to the 2XL sizes not being in stock which I wasn't informed of until a couple of weeks later after numerous attempts to reach their customer support team through email, phone, as well as their chat service. Upon finally being able to get a hold of someone on their team, I agreed to have the rest of the order shipped with the 2 ea. of the 2XL quarter zips being on back order. Since then, I have been checking in with Merchology every couple of days trying to get an update on the balance of my order. I only get a response every 1-2 weeks and it is impossible to get a hold of anybody through the phone. Recently, they have offered that since the 2XL is unavailable, that I may request a refund or swap for a comparable item from a different brand. I have sent multiple emails asking for the following -Update my shipto address for this order back to the original order address -Would it be possible to get the 2 quarter zips in XL instead of 2XL -If the size change to XL is not possible, then what are my other options that I may choose from within their other offerings. They have been incredibly unresponsive, see timeline of communication in additional complaint details. I can provide a timeline/summary of the order as well as the communication that has been exchanged upon request.

I ordered 14 - screen printed purple sweatshirts on January 28th. I ordered this with three color screens, which I paid extra for. I did not receive an order update after the initial order, so I checked my order status on February 6th. Having done this, I saw that my digital proof showed the white was not included, so I contacted customer service. Janney from Merchology contacted me back to confirm that the third color was in fact missing and the file would need to be fixed on their end. After that, I received an email from the same customer service representative on February 10th to say that my order would be shipped out by the end of the week. I emailed Janney once again on February 18th, because the order number was no longer trackable on the website. The rep replied saying there were significant delays regarding production and would keep me posted on ETA. Fast forward to February 25th, I received a shipping confirmation order that it was on its way. I received the sweatshirts yesterday, February 27th, and immediately contacted the same customer service rep. The colors are completely off from the colors provided, and when I reached out it was explained that the Pantone colors assigned were 7579c and 180c. I took images with my Pantone swatch book and showed that the colors did not match those colors, but matched Pantone 2020c and 1807c. Had the colors matched the colors Merchology claimed they used, the colors would have been fine. However, the orange is so dark that it is in the same key as the red, and looks indistinguishable. I was told that I would not be receiving a refund, was never offered replacements, and told the best that they can do is offer a 10% discount on future orders. Having worked in the print industry for almost a decade, this color discrepancy is completely unacceptable, and the sweatshirts are of no use to me, as they are not the quality I paid for or was promised.
