I wanted to make a complaint to mataquest about the exorbitant cost IMO of a case which metaquest charge £69, 24% of the cost of a 3s!
I was unable to contact metaquest except though inappropriate channels they had, let alone make a complaint. I was unable to contact them about this.
I now regret buying one of their products and will try to get a refund.
