I got a contract for free oil changes, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten one
I got a contract for free oil changes, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten one. They keep giving me excuses and it's really frustrating.
I talked to 2 dudes at Metro Ford of OKC 'bout checkin' some parts on my ****
I talked to 2 dudes at Metro Ford of OKC 'bout checkin' some parts on my ***. They said they'd do it, but then they just did a regular check and charged me 150 bucks to say I needed new filters and a coolant flush. They didn't even look at the parts I wanted checked!
I bought a new car from Metro **** because I liked the first one I got from them
I bought a new car from Metro *** because I liked the first one I got from them. But the guy in the finance office messed up big time. He sent out 5 loan applications with all the wrong info about my old car (*** Taurus). I only found out because one of the companies called me and was confused. They thought I bought a *** Taurus! I told the guy at Metro *** about it, but he acted like I was making it up. Now I have to fix all these loan applications with the credit people because Metro ***'s finance people don't pay attention.
I ain't gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed with Metro Ford of OKC
I ain't gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed with Metro Ford of OKC. I bought a GMC pickup with around 138k miles on it from some dude named ***. I told him straight up that I needed it to pull my fifth wheel, but when I got there to test drive it, he said they put new tires on it and aligned the front end. So I thought, cool, this truck is good to go. But when I got to *** and got an oil change, they told me the tires weren't LT and couldn't handle pulling a camper. I called up *** and he basically said tough luck, the truck was sold as is. So yeah, buyer beware, don't buy anything from Metro Ford in ***.
Got a car from Metro Ford of OKC last week
Got a car from Metro Ford of OKC last week. Sales guy was cool and finance guy was chill too. But then, just a week later, I found a leak in the transmission. I called up and the lady who answered sent me to a sales boss named "Mike". He started yelling at me for calling too late and maybe lying about the problem. So I called the service people the next day and they said that yeah, they did replace a seal before I bought it, but they'll still charge me $150 for a checkup if it's not that. I tried to talk to another sales boss, but nobody was around except "Mike". I told the lady I didn't want to talk to him again, but he called me back in less than 5 minutes. And I had to call the service center twice because the first person didn't even try to set up an appointment for me, just said to go to any Honda dealer. I'm super unhappy and won't trust their service again after this first and last time. The GM still hasn't called me either.
I been trying to get Metro **** to fix my F-150 Raptor for over a year now
I been trying to get Metro *** to fix my F-150 Raptor for over a year now. They keep saying they submitted my warranty claims to ***, but it's all lies. The old service manager and reps were fired, and now there's a new crew. They finally fixed three out of four claims in December , but they forgot about the fourth one. *** promised to follow up, but it's been a month, and I haven't heard anything. Don't go to Metro *** if you want good service. They don't care about their customers.
I bought a 2021 **** Escape SE AWD from Metro Ford of OKC on March 29, 2022
I bought a 2021 *** Escape SE AWD from Metro Ford of OKC on March 29, 2022. But after driving it for a few days, I noticed that the hood was shaking. So, I opened it and saw that the front end of the car had many broken, replaced, and missing parts. It was clear that the car had been in an accident before. I checked the CarFax and found out that the car was a TOTAL LOSS! But Metro Ford of OKC sold it to me as BRAND NEW without telling me about the accident. I talked to ***, the New Car Sales Manager, about it on 04/12/2022. He said he didn't know about the car's history and would look into it. But I haven't heard back from them since then. I've called them many times, but they don't answer my calls. They're ignoring me and the fraud they committed.

They gave me a warranty for less than 2K when I bought my truck on 02/19
They gave me a warranty for less than 2K when I bought my truck on 02/19. But the real price was $7,708.31. When I got home and saw what happened, I called them the next day to cancel it. But they said they couldn't do it. I went to the dealership in person 3 days later and after a lot of arguing, they agreed to cancel it. That was on 02/23. But it's now 03/12 and they still haven't canceled it. I have to pay Bank of America $7,708.31. They said they sent the money to Bank of America, but they haven't gotten it yet. My payments start soon and I have to pay the $7,708.31. I want them to cancel the warranty and give the $7,708.31 back to Bank of America.
I paid $59.95 for a oil change package at Metro Ford of OKC
I paid $59.95 for a oil change package at Metro Ford of OKC. During my appointment, my service advisor asked me to buy an engine air filter and oil additive, but I said no. I only wanted an oil change, oil finger change, and tires rotated with the multi-point inspection that was included in the $59.95 price. When I went to the cashier, the service advisor told me they put in a new oil drain plug for $13.65 without asking me. They also charged me an additional shop supplies fee of $7.44. I ended up paying $86.18, which was more than what I was quoted. I didn't get any warning or chance to argue the cost.
We bought a car on May 7
We bought a car on May 7. They said it should have come on May 3, but it hasn't come yet. We called them a lot, but they didn't call us back or tell us when it will come. They said it might be at a rail yard in ***. We asked why we had to start paying for the loan before we got the car, but they said that's how it is. They said it would come in a day or 2, so we weren't too worried. But now we don't know where the car is and when it will come. We have all the papers that say we bought it, but we might have to say it was stolen.

I got a car from Metro Ford of OKC on July 16th
I got a car from Metro Ford of OKC on July 16th. I went there 'cause Capital One told me to. I talked to a sales guy and we made a deal. I thought the loan was gonna be through Capital One 'cause that's what I signed the papers for. After a few weeks, I got the registration and title so I could get the car tagged. I saw that First Fidelity Bank was the Lien Holder, not Capital One. Nobody told me about this and I didn't get a letter from First Fidelity yet. I called Capital One to find out what happened and they said the dealership did whatever they wanted. I've been talking to different people at First Fidelity and they all blame the dealership. I went to the dealership twice now and they still haven't told me what I can do. They haven't called me either. I'm pretty screwed and something needs to be done about this.
I bought a used car (2017 **** Escape) from Metro Ford of OKC on June 21
I bought a used car (2017 *** Escape) from Metro Ford of OKC on June 21. I didn't get a dealer warranty, but they said they did a big inspection. I felt good about it and told my friend (***) to buy a car from them too. But both our cars got check engine lights within a month. I asked the dealership to fix it many times, but they didn't do anything until I went there and made them. They said they'd pay for half the repairs and I'd pay the other half. I dropped off my car on 08/23 at 7:45am and they said it'd take 4 hours. But it's Thursday, 08/26, and I still don't have my car. They haven't talked to me since Tuesday, 08/24, and I've called every day. I feel like they stole my car. Please help.
I got a truck from Metro Ford of OKC in March
I got a truck from Metro Ford of OKC in March . I also got the platinum level warranty. But, after a few weeks, I noticed some problems with the front drivers side wheel assembly, media center, and backup camera. I had to take it to the dealer three times for these issues. They told me it was just the tire rubbing or the lift kit needed to be tightened. They said they fixed it, but now the front passenger side wheel is grinding when I back up and turn. The backup camera still doesn't work and the media center doesn't produce sound for music or phone calls over Bluetooth. I paid a lot of money to be back where I started. They kept the truck for two weeks because of a warranty package issue that came up when they submitted it wrong.
I got a 2022 Superduty from a military car dealer while overseas and chose Metro **** to be courtesy dealer to pick the truck up from when I
I got a 2022 Superduty from a military car dealer while overseas and chose Metro *** to be courtesy dealer to pick the truck up from when I returned to the states. This is the second time I've done this; the first process I did in 2018 was flawless, easy, and easy. That's why I once again chose Metro *** to handle the courtesy delivery. I'm a resident of *** but I am stationed in Virginia. My plan was to fly to ***, pick up the truck, pay tax/title/registration in my home state, and drive back to Virginia. This was planned for months. Once I got the pick up verification date I secured a plane ticket and made arrangements for travel. The night before I am to board a plane to *** I get a call from the military sales agent informing me that during pre-delivery inspection the diesel particulate filter and other DEF system parts had been stolen. Talking with the person who is responsible for courtesy turnover at Metro ***), he was explaining that it had been on the lot for about nine days and this theft was just discovered. *** was trying to blame it on the person who works in receiving and nobody knew anything about why my truck was shipped there. Thats irrelevant. What ever individual is at fault is not my business. What is my business is that my close to $80k vehicle was vandalized in their possession and what is going to be done to remedy this. *** kept explaining that courtesy turnover isn't usually his job and that he had no idea how to handle the situation. I asked for a detailed list of damage to the truck and was told I would get that the next day when the service department manager would come in the next day. This was all on September 30th of this year. It is now November 5th. Metro *** has not contacted me on the status of my truck that I've been paying for since September. Getting information on this vehicle from the dealer is almost impossible.
Service Deparment left my oil filter loose after oil change, oil leaked at 2800 miles
Service Deparment left my oil filter loose after oil change, oil leaked at 2800 miles. Engine had "Miss/Vibration" after oil change. They tightened filter two days later and sold me an "additive" to "smooth it back out". At 5800 miles, miss is worse. Took truck back twice, they kept it for a week each time. They said systems were "all green" and no problems. Computers won't pick up mechanical damage or throw a code. They won't acknowledge the problem or that they caused it. Warranty is up and they say miss is "normal". They won't offer a solution. Their stripped down shop truck with 20K miles vibrated but didn't miss. They're rude and won't communicate. Advisor who agreed it was internal motor damage was let go. Their mistake has compromised my vehicle with only 5800 miles.
Metro Ford has multiple vehicles listed on their website and on Auto Trader for one price, but Management will not honor the price
Metro Ford has multiple vehicles listed on their website and on Auto Trader for one price, but Management will not honor the price. Some vehicles on their website do state price does not include conversion package. the vehicles I'm talking about doesn't have that saying anywhere. Even their own website states price drop alert! They are basically doing a bait and switch, which is illegal to do.

I reached out via the webpage for interest in an F350 Black Widow
I reached out via the webpage for interest in an F350 Black Widow. A person in sales contacted me promptly and we exchanged multiple texts for weeks. She in writing confirmed the price of the truck was $78,498 which was consistent with the price posted online. I provided pictures to the dealership with the trade info and a relevant details. I was then passed on to another guy who said there was concerns relative to the sales price, but asked I provide my written conversations with them and i did. He came back and said the Sales Manager who was new would not go below $85,500. I asked to have the sales manager call me, he would not. I emailed one of the owners, after some web research and nothing. I have watched the price online vary thousands over the last 2-3 weeks. They ran my credit for this already, which I approved based on the lower price. I tried to reach some middle ground and there was no response. I have great credit, but this entire process seems to have been done under false pretenses. I tried to speak to a manager and contact a more senior person for resolution but nothing was done. The online pricing was resolved as soon as I started complaining, but the quote I have in writing appears to be meaningless. I live 1,800 miles away and was getting arrangements in place to drive out and back.

I bought a $52,000 2018 Raptor
I bought a $52,000 2018 Raptor. It test drove fine, so I bought it. When driving off the lot, I noticed the engine was knocking. I turned around in the lot and told Donny the manager about it. He said it was probably a weak battery. The next morning it clattered really loud on start up so I called to schedule service. 4 hours later they called me back to say they can't look at it. So I went up there in person with a video of the noise and they said 3 service techs said nothing was wrong with it. I have the paperwork. I told the sales manager I was not happy and I just wanted to do a collateral swap on a different vehicle. He said tough luck and if I wanted to do that, I would take a depreciation hit. I asked to just cancel the sale and instead buy a new 2020 Raptor but they told me I would have to trade and take this depreciation hit. So, 48 hours later after my purchase I had a $52,000 truck with major cam phaser issues and a manager literally tells me; "You bought it, tough luck buddy." This dealersip sold me a mechanically defective vehicle they lack the integrity to fix it or allow me to collateral swap and spend another $10,000 to upgrade to a new one that doesn't have engine problems. The manager literally said I would have to "take a hit". I can't make this stuff up. This dispute is 100% true and factual. To the best of my knowledge there is not any speculation or misinterpretation because I have documented the engine knocking. I also have the sales receipt and service department denial of any problems with the truck.
