I got this thing called Tires for Life from Toyota of Greensboro. I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed a new battery, so I bought one. While I was there, I asked about my tires and some service guys said I needed new ones. They said it was harder to get new tires with the program. They said Andrew would review it and call me back, but he never did. I called twice but he didn't want to talk to me. I wrote a bad review and the next day someone called me. They said if I did some other stuff, they would keep the program going. But they didn't say what that stuff was and it cost more than just getting new tires.

I went to Toyota of Greensboro for my 20,000 mile service on my Tacoma. They were supposed to change my cabin air filter, which I confirmed with my service advisor. When I checked out, I asked if it had been done and he said yes. But when I checked my truck, the filter had not been changed! I went back to show him and his first excuse was that he thought only Camrys had them. Seriously? A Tacoma has had a cabin air filter since 2005. Then he said I needed an alignment, even though my tires were fine. It seems like they try to take advantage of women. I left a message for the service manager to call me, but I haven't heard back yet. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I went to Toyota of Greensboro for my car repairs in 2018. My car got hit by a bullet, and it was a very stressful morning for me. I saw that my windshield and passenger door glass were shattered. I called my insurance, and they towed my car to Toyota of Greensboro collision. They fixed my car in less than three days, and it was back to its original condition. Thank you, Toyota of Greensboro! I am writing this review now because my car got hit again, this time the passenger rear door. I am taking my car back to Toyota of Greensboro because they did such a great job the first time. I am sure they will do an excellent job again.

I'm writing this review 'cause I'm pretty upset about my experience trying to buy a car from Toyota of Greensboro. It took us over two weeks to get everything sorted out, and it was a real hassle. The guys in charge kept saying they'd call us back, but they never did. They made it seem like we had a deal, but then they wouldn't work with us even after our credit union approved our loan. It was a real letdown.

I got a 2018 Toyota van at Toyota of Greensboro 3 weeks ago and had to take it back twice already. I told them I don't want it anymore because it's not safe and keeps shutting off while I'm driving. Seems like it's the transmission. I had to give them $4,500 and pay $400 every month for a car that should be working fine. It's not okay and I want a different car, but they're trying to make me take one that's not safe for me and my family.

I got 4 new tiers and had the tire pressure sensor error within 8 miles of the dealership. I brought the car back after having a tire center check them. I was told at Toyota that one of the sensors was faulty, now after 4 return trip's all 4 sensors have been replaced. This service cost me an extra $1000. I'm sure they ruined my sensors by recalibrating them so many times it ran the batteries dead. Research says they should last about 12 years. The car is only 6 years old? The dealership lied to me to keep from paying for there mistake. I'll never spend another dime in that place.
